"I'm not dreaming?" ask Ian. Ian stepped forward and watched his surroundings. "This kei... Totally bonkers. So the alphas were tortured and then preserved and put on display here?! He's Kei's psychopath!!"

"I know Ian. And not just werewolves here but blacks, whites, even vampires? Had the vampires seen this, I'm sure they would have attacked this pack."

"Then Kei, let's tell the vampires. Uhh!! Valhant Family. So we don't have to fight that alpha psychopath."

"Wouldn't. This is our fight and we'd better finish it."

"Well, if that's what you want."

"We're getting out of here, Ian. I don't want to waste time."

Kei and Ian left the room. They came out secretly from home. They're pretty good at it. Up outside they pretend to be pack members and blend in.

They easily reached the forest again.

"Luckily it was quite easy." said Kei.

"Right, this is because we always sneak around when Dylan was around."

"Hahaha yes it is. You remember that Ian?"

"of course. Especially in the part where Dylan was in law dancing during meetings. Swahaha... Even that's still very funny to this day."

"Hahaha yes it is. That's very sad, Dylan. I miss him." said Kei. Ian grabbed onto Kei's shoulder.

"I'm also Kei and I'm still here with you."

"Your highness?" call someone. Kei and Ian stopped walking and looked over. They were both surprised. Bruce, Roger's alpha beta is behind Kei and Ian. He was as surprised as Kei.

"There's an intruder, call the guards!!!"

Kei and Ian turned around and ran away from Bruce. He soon turns into a wolf, as well as Bruce and the two gamma he carries.

'Where's Ian? Arrgghh I'm so bad considering the direction!'

'This is Kei!'

Ian took the lead because he remembered and knew where to go.

'Zach?! Zach, you hear me?!'

'Yes Kei, I hear you.'

'Where are you Zach? '

'We're looking in the forests of other parts of the region. We didn't find Tania anywhere.'

'Stop looking for Zach. Go back to the meeting place. We've been known.'

'What?! Alright. I'll be there with the others.'

Bruce ran faster. He jumped up high, trying to pounce on one of the two wolves in front of him. Kei and Ian parted ways so Bruce could not pounce on them. Bruce is after Ian. Ian turned around and attacked Bruce. While Kei faces two gamma who also come after him. Bruce raised his claws. Ian dodged and pounced on Bruce's body. They rolled on the ground. They broke away and growled at each other, trying to observe his opponent.

"Gerrr.. "

Bruce and Ian advanced simultaneously. They attack each other. Ian raised his claws and hit Bruce right in the face. Bruce walked backwards and endured the pain. Ian may be younger than Bruce but Ian is very fast. He had a speed that exceeded even that of an ordinary alpha. Ian was back.

'Ian, we don't have time to fight. We have to go!'

'We've caught Kei, all of you.' Ian ran towards Bruce.

'No... Ian!!'

Ian is back fighting.

'Shit!'

Kei defeats the two gamma who attack him. Ian's crashing near Kei's feet.

'Ian let's go. It's not time to fight. Tania, Ian and the other safety.'

'Certainly, sorry.'

'No problem. We divert and then leave.'

Ian and Kei run and attack both the gamma and Bruce simultaneously. They bite, kick and even blow. Kei faced Bruce and continued to corner him. While Ian has crippled one gamma. Ian and Kei ran away. They headed straight to the meeting place.

'Zach, where are you?'

Ian and Kei further accelerated their pace. From behind there were already a few wolves chasing after. Kei could see Zach was fighting. Zach sees Kei from a distance and tries to end his fight. He tries to pave the way for Kei and Ian to get through. Zach throws down the wolf in front of him. Kei and Ian ran past Zach. Zach wants to catch up but suddenly he is attacked by one wolf. Zach rolled on the ground. Kei stopped when he was outside the pack.

Zach got up. Zach fought the wolf that attacked him. He's biting the wolf's ear. The wolf groaned. Zach is running back. But he was attacked again. Three wolves at once. Zach was lying on the ground, the three wolves holding him back.

'Shit!!'

Kei ran into the pack. Kei comes to Zach and hits one of the wolves. Zach kicked one of the wolves that were on top of his body. Zach tries to get up but another wolf bites Zach's front leg. Zach groaned in pain. The wolf in Zach's hempas was already nearby again to attack. Kei swiftly confronted.

'Zach go!'

'No Kei, we go together'

Kei and Zach simultaneously fight the wolf. The longer the wolf comes. Kei and Zach panicked. They are surrounded by wolves.

'No!! Kei!!'

'God!!'

'Don't Ian! Don't come any closer!'

'No Kei...'

'Don't risk all of Ian. Please go and find Tania, for me.'

'Just...'

Kei decided on their mindlink. Kei was still staring at all those wolves.

'Are you with me Zach?'

'Sure Kei, always.'

Sruk up!!

A sword thrust into Kei's body. Silver sword plated wolfsbane. Zach, who wants to help Kei, gets stabbed. Zach groaned in pain. He and Kei fell to the ground and turned into humans again.

"Ohh no... Kei!!" call Ian.

"Let's get out of here." take Livia.

"Are you crazy?! We can't leave them!! Open this protector again."

"I'm sorry Ian, I can't. Because I promised." said Livia. Ian looked at Livia in wonder.

"What do you mean?"

"I promised Kei, no matter what happens to him, you need to get out of here and continue looking for Tania."

"But that's impossible!!" peekkik Jason's.

"Livia's right. Kei made us swear." Lily said.

"No! You guys are crazy!! Open now!!"

"I told you I can't. We better get out of here and find Tania."

"And let Kei there?! He could die!!"

"He's not going to die! Don't you trust Kei?!" cry Livia. "Kei trusts you to look for Tania while she's there who I'm sure will be tortured. Kei will survive therefore you must hurry!!"

Ian remained silent. He doesn't know what to do.

"Kei will be fine. He asked me to trust him. He asked you and all of you to trust him and hand Tania over to you!! Are you guys going to give up while Kei and Zach try to hold on. Find Tania and then we save Kei and Zach, even if there's going to be war. Do you understand?!" livia's emphatically.

Ian seemed to understand while the others bowed.

"We don't have much time Ian.." persuaded Livia.

"alright. Let's do it. We're getting out of here" Ian said at last. All nodded then turned into wolves and ran away. Ian was still silent in place and staring at Roger's pack territory.

'Hold on Kei, Zach. I'll definitely come for you.'

Roger just quietly sat looking at them at the whip. He even sat without expression. Part of him felt grateful for what Ordivick did behind him, unbeknownst to him. On the other hand, he felt betrayed. He realized getting Kei and Zach like this was a coincidence. If not, maybe he'll lose again.

There was still the sound of lashes hitting Zach and Kei's body.

"Alpha, do we just kill them?" ask Bruce.

"No, no. I still want to torture them." replied Roger.

"But alpha, sooner or later they'll attack us to get them back." Bruce pointed at Zach and Kei.

"Even if the king and alpha snot are killed, they will still come here. So I guess it doesn't matter if I have fun with them first. Tighten the guard and stop all our activities oppressing the small pack. Get everyone home. We need as many troops as possible. Lykort is not a small pack and especially having support here and there makes it look strong."

"Good alpha, I'll do it soon." Bruce left the room.

"Stop. That's enough for today. We'll continue tomorrow again. Leave 'em. With wolfsbane in their bodies, they won't heal."

"Good alpha."

The four men who whipped Kei and Zach out of the room. Roger walked up to Kei and Zach.

"It's so much fun. I just want one alpha and one beta. But I got one alpha and one King!! Haha... Turns out you're just a naive, stupid king. I'll make sure you lose everything, your throne, your family, your pack even... Your eye."

Roger laughed loudly and left Kei and Zach.

"Zach.." call Kei in a hoarse and slow voice. "Zach's.."

Zach. His body was sick and full of injuries but he could still hear clearly.

"Zach, we have to find a way to.. Could detach.. And get out of here" Kei said again. Zach nodded weakly. Kei inspected the surroundings with the rest of his strength. Sometimes he grimaces because of the wounds he gets. "It's all full of wolfsbane."

"What... Are you.. Be certain.. We could.. Get out of here?"

"Sure Zach, we have to be sure. I'm sure they'll attack this pack as soon as possible. We gotta.. Hold on until that time comes."

"Will me... Try the. L'm.. Wants ber... Istrest."

"Sleep, I'll watch and find a way."

Zach closed his eyes. He felt very tired and in pain.

Some wolves ran very fast. They stopped in front of the Lykort border.

'We are for duty. Jake and Roland, go to Roykolt's pack and tell alpha Sebastian what happened here. Brad and Jason, you tell Alpha Oston. Adrian and Mike, gather our alpha-alpha supporters. Moles, Kian and Austin, prepare the troops.' Ian's orders are firm.

'Then... What are you going to do beta?'

'Aaron and I are going to find Tania. I already have a clue, so all of you, go! We don't have time.'

'Good beta!!'

Everyone walks apart. They are at their designated destination. Ian and Aaron.

'What are we going to do now? What clue?'

'When I went to Roger's alpha house, we got a lead on where Tania was. Although not in detail, but I seem to know where it is'

'You know? You know where Tania is?' ask Ryan who just came.

'Yes, Ryan. I think I know. We're going to attack Bykort's pack tomorrow so we should be able to find Tania tonight as well.'

'But we're up against Ordovick. We can't just be three.'

'Do you trust me, Aaron?'

'Of course.'

'What about you Ryan?'

'I certainly believe.'

'Then trust me. I already have a plan for that.'

'Alright. We believe.'

'Let's go, we don't have much time.'

The three of them ran back. Ian was leading the journey. Until they finally reached the high cliff wall. Ian turned himself into a human being, and so did Aaron and Ryan.

"What are we here for?" ask Ryan. He looked around him.

"It looks like it's here. If I don't remember wrong."

"That?"

"That's. The entrance of a cave. There is a goa. That cave will lead us to a forest beyond Lykort. Me, Dylan and of course Fred go to the woods through this cave."

"You and.. Ordovick's son... Friends?"

"Here, yeah.. We're friends." replied Ian.

"What's going on?" ask Aaron.

"He was too eager to get his father's attention. Their mother, like my mother, died when we were children. He lost his mother and tried to get his father's attention. My father was a hard and stiff man but I can still feel his affection. But Ordovick was very hard on his children. So it's only natural that her children want her father's attention."

"It's so cruel."

"That's how."

Ian searched for the mouth of the cave behind the tall and numerous shrubs. Aaron and Ryan are looking for.

"Can!! Right here!!" Ian got rid of the shrub that covered the mouth of the goa. The mouth of the cave was not big, just enough to pass one person. "Let's go in."

Ian came in first. Then Aaron and Ryan.

"It's very dark here." said Ryan.

"Use your dark eyes Ryan" said Ian.

"Wolf eye?"

"Like this." Ian showed his shining eyes a bright yellow because he was a beta.

"Oh wow." murmured Ryan saw the glowing eyeballs of Ian and Aaron. "Can I be like that too?"

"Sure Ryan.. You beta, your eyeballs will be the same color. Try."

"How is it?"

"Close your eyes and concentrate. Feel your human power as good as yours."

Ryan looked up and closed his eyes. Before long he opened his eyes and his eyeballs turned bright yellow and shining.

"Oh wow.. This is amazing. Even I can see clearly in a dark place like this. It's like the night vision camera I got but it's the perfect version."

Ryan's words made Ian and Aaron laugh amusedly.

"What's? Wh why? Why are you laughing?"

"Only you can make us laugh at such an important time. Makes us calmer." said Ian, then walked back.

"I don't even know why you're laughing." Ryan murmured. He scratched his head. Ian and Aaron laughed.

Soon they reached the end of Goa. They heard the voices of some people there.

"Until when are we here? I'm tired of being here." complained one person there. "I'm sure they knew it was us, too."

"Then? This is the safest place. Let them attack alpha Roger first" said the other person.

"But it seems like the girl is getting weaker."

"Then why? He chose not to eat. Cayden anyway, why are you so considerate of him? Don't tell me you fell for her?"

"I didn't pay attention to him or fall for him. But didn't we kidnap him to lure Kei?"

"Let my sister. That girl will die in the end."

"D-he's going to die?" ask Cayden. Fred nodded for sure.

"Sure he'll die."

"But why is it like that? We want to hurt and kill Kei, not the girl!"

"Ohh calm. What's wrong with you?" Fred looked at Cayden in wonder. "Ahh is this because of your dead mate? What's-her-name? Keyra?"

"It's none of your business." replied Caydrn ketus. Fred laughs.

"It's good that he's dead. Mate's just gonna be a pain."

"Therefore you're not looking for your mate Fred?"

"Therefore we don't need to have mate!" said Fred firmly. "We'll kill the girl, soon. Then we'll be able to kill Kei easily."

From Goa came the sound of Ryan's growl.

"Damn."

"Patience Ryan. We're gonna find a way to-Ryan.. No!!"

Ryan came out of their hiding and immediately turned into a wolf and attacked the one there. Ian and Aaron looked at each other. Lothawat!
