The Traitor

"Are you sure Aaron's okay?" ask Kei again.

"I am good, your honor." replied Aaron.

"Why did they come back?" ask Zach.

"As expected, they came back to check on Aaron" Ian said.

"But for what?" ask Zach again.

"That's..."

Everyone looked at Aaron. Aaron realized everyone was staring at him.

"They just want to make sure of my situation" Aaron replied.

"It can't be just that. What is it confirmed for? If we all knew an alpha bite could kill it they wouldn't have had to confirm it. That'll make Aaron's beta like..." Roland stopped his words.

"Like what? Why not talk until it's over? Just make people curious." Jason protested.

"Jason.." tergur Kian.

"What's? I'm just-"

"Like a traitor." Adrian continued. "Because they've seen Aaron's beta heal and with us, I'm sure they consider Aaron's beta a traitor. If they report this to their alpha, Aaron's beta will be in danger."

Aaron caught up with Ian and trained with him. Now only Kei and Zach are sitting on a big piece of wood.

"Something seems to be worried about him" Kei said.

"Yes, I feel it too" Zach replied while still staring at Aaron who trained with Ian.

"Have you spoken to him?"

"Already last night. But he doesn't seem to want to talk and I don't want to force him. I'm afraid he's getting away from me."

"You've done the right thing Zach. I didn't think you could handle all this wisely."

"Even I was surprised. I didn't expect it at all."

"You're great Zach. You deserve to be the alpha." Kei patted Zach on the shoulder. "You're an adult."

"Whoa look at this one king. Don't you realize you're the same age as me?" Zach grunted in annoyance. Kei laughed amusedly.

"What will happen later?" ask Zach.

"You mean?"

"Me and Aaron and the Orychant?"

"Because you're offending him, I'll discuss it with you" Kei said. Zach looked at Kei, preparing to listen. "Not all werewolves in the world love this orychant. "Sorry, but you're funny." Kei laughed again.

"Here you go, I'll just practice."

"Wait a minute, I'll practice too. Are you mad at me Zach?"

"No." Zach replied briefly.

"You're funny when you're angry. I want to pinch your cheek, can I?"

"Whoaaa, you've really gone crazy. Stay away from me!!" squeak Zach. Kei laughed again.

"Zach! Come on.."

Zach leaves Kei and crosses paths with Ian.

"Your alphabet is going crazy" Zach said to Ian, shaking his head.

"Why are you laughing like that?" ian asked Kei who was still laughing.

"Zach." said Kei who tried to stop his laughter.

"Why Zach?"

"He's so funny. She's sure Karen's not her mate but she's caught telling me the scent of Karen's body." Kei laughed again. "He's so funny. Cold, but adorable."

"Aren't you like that before?"

"Me?" Kei stopped his laughter. "I'm not adorable."

"Oh yeah, you're adorable Kei. I've been wanting to pinch your cheeks so many times, shuffle your hair."

"Don't come any closer." Kei looked at Ian who was stepping closer. "Don't you dare approach."

"Oh come on, Kei, you're my sweet brother." said Ian.

"I'm your king, how brave of you" Kei threatened.

"Don't you say it yourself, it doesn't matter if it's not official? Now being unofficial Kei, means you're my brother now."

"Whoa... Ian, stop there." Kei tried to stop Ian. "Aakhh shit!!"

Kei ran away leaving Ian who was already laughing out loud.

"It's beta." Nathan replied.

"alright. I'll report to the alpha and you guys, make sure you bring Aaron home with you."

"Good beta."

The beta turned itself into a black-haired wolf and ran quickly.

"Is Aaron coming Nathan?" ask Brian.

"I'm sure he's coming. It concerns his mother and his two sisters. He's always weak when it comes to them."

"I hope you're right. But... Did you see? Aaron looks. You know. different."

"You saw him too?" ask Marvin.

"Yes, Marvin. L saw. The aura looks different, like... Beta."

"That's impossible." elak Nathan. "He's not a beta, he's the lowest gamma and almost an omega. So that's impossible."

Aaron kept going back and forth in his room. It's ten o'clock in the night. But he doesn't know how to. Aaron ruffled his hair.

The sound of knocking on the door of his room surprised him.

"Aaron? Have you slept?" ask Zach from outside Aaron's room.

"Not alpha, not yet." Aaron opened the door.

"Are you okay?" ask Zach when the door is open.

"I'm fine alpha. What was? Is there anything I can help you with?"

"No, there's no. I'm just making sure you're. Stop being polite to me."

"Good, alpha. I'll try."

"good. Now sleep. It's night." said Zach.

"Okay al-I mean.. Zach. And I'm really sorry."

"It's okay Aaron." Zach pats Aaron's shoulder. "You're my bet now means you're my responsibility. So if anything happens, don't hesitate to tell me."

Aarom nodded. Zach went back to his room. Aaron closes the door as Zach disappears from his sight. Aaron looked out the window. What am I supposed to do?

"I don't know." Nathan replied.

"It's almost midnight" Brian said.

"We'll wait a minute." Marvin suggested.

A voice shocked all three. They looked standing and alert.

"Well you came too. Aaron's wise choice."

"Don't say much. Let's go before they suspect."

Aaron turns himself into a wolf and runs fast followed by Nathan, Brian and Marvin.

From behind it appeared two large wolves were following them without them noticing.

"What's this about? Why are we meeting all of a sudden?" ask Zach's father who just came to Zach's house. Kei is also no less surprised when Zach mindlink all gamma to call Kei and his father.

"I have to go now."

Everyone including Zach bowed. Kei's out of the house.

"We need to get there as soon as possible. I'm worried about Tania."

"Let's go."

Kei, Ian, Kian and Jason turned themselves into wolves and ran fast.

Tania walks with Anne and Casey. They just got home from school.

"Can Kei get home in time for Tania?" ask Casey.

"That's... I don't know."

"No need to think of the wolf men. What if we have a party?"

"Casey..."

"What's? It's better than having to wait for him."

"I know, but I don't think partying is the right answer."

"Oh come on Anne, Tania." Casey put her hand on Anne and Tania's arm. "We go party. Come on..."

The three of them laughed.

"Whoa the girl with the birthday tomorrow. You're a big boy now." say hello to someone. The three of them looked.

"Sister Ryan...!!!" pekik Tania then ran towards her third sister and hugged her.

"Tania..you how are you?" Ryan took off his hug and stroked Tania's head slowly.

"Good brother. When's Ryan coming?"

"just now. Hi Anne, Casey.." say hello to Ryan.

"Hey.. Brother Ryan.. Big brother's getting good-looking." praised Casey. Ryan laughs.

"You could have. Where's this going?"

"Go home." Anne and Casey answered simultaneously.

They laugh amusedly. But their laughter stopped instantly. There were some people standing in front of them.

"Good afternoon" said one of them.

"That one is the mate of the king." One of them, appointed Tania. "And that, is the mate of her bet." the man pointed again, but this time to Anne.

"Ohh.. Really true?" said the front man. He grinned happily. "Catch them."

"Hey, hey... What's the matter? Is there a problem?" ryan was confused.

"The problem is that we have to take them both" said the front man.

"No, I won't let you take my brothers" Ryan said firmly.

"Unfortunately you have no other choice. You're just a lowly ordinary human being." he sneered. "Quick! Catch 'em!!"

Some people are approaching. Ryan asks Tania, Casey and Anne to step down. Suddenly there were three big wolves in front of them. The wolves are Jake, Mike and Moles. They growl in anger. Ryan was very surprised to see such a big wolf before him.

"It looks like this will be interesting" their leader said then they all turned into wolves.

The room looked dark. Just the sound of moans and the sound of water droplets.

"Aakkhh.." a slow moaning sounded.

"Is he still inside?" ask someone.

"Still alpha."

"Keep tormenting him. Don't let him rest. If you need to kill him slowly. Let him enjoy the process."

"Good alpha."

"And one more thing, if she's dead, kill her mother and her sisters."

"Good alpha."

Alpha Roger's out of the room. Beta Bruce came back to the person who was moaning slowly.

"You hear that Aaron? We're being asked to kill you slowly" Bruce said.

"Now, uhuk..." Aaron coughed. "I... L'm... Doesn't matter... If.. Ye... Killing me... But.. But I beg you... Forgive.... Forgive my family..."

Bruce smiled cynically.

"We knew it wouldn't happen Aaron. A traitorous werewolf like you doesn't deserve to be forgiven" Bruce said.

"They... There's nothing wrong. I beg you.." ask Aaron again.

"I'm sorry, but this is an alpha decision and you know, the alpha decision shouldn't be disputed."

Aaron growled furiously.

"I'm so surprised, why would pure alpha let you live? You should have just died" Bruce said again.

Aaron got angry and growled stronger. He wanted to turn into a wolf but the wolfsbane content in his body was very much. His body was beaten by alpha Roger. It makes his body very weak now.

There was a scream from above the room. Aaron knew that voice. It was his mother's voice.

"Take my mom and my two sisters off beta, I beg you.."

"will not. They're gonna die, just like you." Bruce smiled.

"You motherfucker!!!" aaron Ogat.

"Well, you're brave Aaron." Bruce laughed cynically. "Torture him."

The two people standing behind Bruce started to come forward and inject the wolfsbane poison again on Aaron. Aaron screamed in pain. Hands, feet and even Aaron's neck were tied in chains, making him unable to move. Aaron's getting limp. He even has trouble breathing.

"Whip him again, this time... Till death." Bruce ordered. The two men nodded then each of them took a pure silver-coated whip that had been given wolfsbane.

They started whipping Aaron. Aaron screaming.

"Aaaakkkhhh....!!!"

'Alpha Zach... I'm sorry..'

Aaron was unconscious.
