Adam came out of the supermarket after buying a few packs of fast food for himself. Because Adam did not know that Zahra had come home from his parents' house.
Adam's gaze focused forward, set foot towards the parking lot where his car was parked, Adam accidentally turned to the left, he saw a beautiful woman wearing a robe with a hijab that covered her head.
"Mas.." exclaimed the approaching woman looking towards the goods purchased by Adam.
"What are you doing here these nights?" ask Adam.
But Jihan did not answer Adam's question, her focus still on the package Adam had just bought.
"you eat food like that mas, it's not good for your health" Jihan said.
" Yes.mas was forced to buy fast food, because Zahra had not returned from her parents' house" Adam said with a smile in response to Jihan's remarks.
"Is your wife still angry, at your request to marry me, then I am very sorry mas, I do not want to be a burden in your marriage. but your wife shouldn't have left you alone at home without someone taking care of you" Jihan said, judging Zahra's attitude as too childish.
"It's okay Ji, it's my fault, I've made Zahra hurt, it's only natural that she calms down at her parents' house." Adam replied, again with a smile.
"Eating food like that will make your stomach have problems mas, what your wife does not think of it." Jihan replied a little irritated because Adam defended Zahra.
"It's okay it's not a big deal, Ji. I'm sorry because I promised Zahra not to marry you, I can't keep my promise to you and your papa" said Adam.
Adam's voice sounded weak, it was not willing to let go of a pious Jihan just like his wife, whose name was already filled in his heart.
"It's okay mas. I understand that, nor do I want to marry you without the permission of your first wife, even though I love you so much and wish I could be a part of you."
Adam was silent to the love of Jihan, never once did Jihan express her feelings for Adam. Tonight Jihan clearly said that she loved Adam very much.
"Sorry ji. sorry." said Adam who did not dare to look at Jihan.
"Excuse me, if there's nothing to talk about, Jihan said goodbye first" Jihan said.
Adam stood speechless looking at the departure of Jihan who entered the supermarket, while holding her thumping chest, the same feeling Adam felt when he first met Zahra.
"I also love you so much Ji, I'm sorry I can't keep my promise, other than to keep your heart there is a heart that I have more right to keep" said Adam. It feels like Adam is not willing if he can not get Jihan to be his second wife.
Adam got into his car leaving the supermarket and went home, holding back the hunger that had attacked his stomach.
Adam did not want to eat at the cafe or in the restaurant, because it was too lazy for him to sit in an open place, for Adam better buy fast food and directly devour him at home.
Arriving at the house Adam saw his house, which was usually dark when he came home. Tonight his house was bright, full of lights and also the sound of a television that was turned on.
Slowly Adam stepped into the house, no one saw him, but the sound of television was clearly heard.
"Dad.." cried a child as he ran out his hand toward Adam.
Adam happily welcomed his daughter's embrace, while being kissed by the tiny cheeks several times, causing laughter from his daughter Aisyah.
"Eum.. I miss Aisyah."
" Aisyah is also very kangen with the father" replied her daughter girang.
Tampa realized Zahra was stepping closer towards Adam and Ayesha, with a smile that adorned her lips.Zahra's attitude was as if nothing had happened.
"You've come home, you must be tired right.I've cooked for you, you take a bath first yes" said Zahra kissed her husband's hand.
"Dear thank you for preparing food for the mas."
"Sama-sama mas.. indeed it's Zahra's obligation. You better take a shower soon you must be hungry, right?"Adam just interfered with Zahra's words.
"Darling... father's daughter, father took a bath first yes, then we play together, will you?" ask Adam to his daughter.
"You are so bad dad... Aisyah already misses playing with dad" said Aisyah.
Zahra stared long at the husband who stepped into the room, their relationship was as warm as ever, but will the heart return to its usual state, I don't know if only time can answer.
"Honey. let's go to the dining table, while waiting for our new bath father to eat" said Zahra while carrying groceries purchased by Adam earlier.
"Yeah..We finally eat with father again mother." cried Aisyah with excitement.
Zahra and Aisyah sat on the dining table chair, which had been served with a few side dishes while waiting for Adam to finish his bath.
"Well, it looks like mom's cooking is good" said Adam sitting where he usually sits.
"I'm sorry, the cooking is only potluck, because Zahra has not had time to shop."
"It's okay, baby, it's good because you cooked it." Zahra smiled at her husband's words.
Adam ate with a simple Zahra dish that was delicious on his tongue. For a few days Adam only ate fast food.
Done then Zahra cleaned the dining table and washed the dirty dishes, while Adam and Aisyah continued to watch while joking and laughing together.
After cleaning the dishes, Zahra approached her husband and son who were in the living room, no longer heard their laughter.
"Where was Ayesha, how could I not hear Ayesha's voice again?" ask Zahra.
" Aisyah is sleeping baby, I've moved her into her room."
"I'm so quick, Zahra just heard her laughter."
"Maybe Aisyah is tired, you have prayed dear?, if we have not prayed together."
" Yes could mas.. Zahra hasn't prayed."
"You wudhu baby, we pray in the room."
"Yes, um." Zahra answered, putting her foot in the room.
Zahra came out of the bathroom after she finished taking the water, Adam was waiting for her with a cocoa shirt and peci on his head.
Tampa talk a lot again they both perform Islamic prayer together.
After the prayer, Zahra kissed her husband's hand with reverence, which was answered with a kiss on his forehead.
Zahra doesn't want anything from her husband, she just wants her paradise to stay awake without a third person in it, that's all Zahra wants.
Zahra did not oppose Polygamy because it was the Islamic Shari'a, provided that her husband did not do polygamy, Zahra was better divorced than to be combined.
Did not the Prophet forbid Ali ibn Abi Talib to combine Fatimah, not wanting to equate himself with the life of His Majesty the Prophet, but Zahra's heart was not that strong to accept polygamy, if her husband did that.
