EPS 39 Obie Part 3

After one week Rara accompanied Obie to practice, now came the day that Obie was racing at one of the circuits in Bantul, Jogja. In accordance with what Rara had said that Rara would come to watch. After college Rara immediately rushed to the race venue. That day Rara did not enter work. Rara set off alone as Obie had already arrived at the racing venue from the morning to prepare in advance. Arriving at the racing venue, Rara waited for someone in the parking lot. Shortly afterwards came a man friend Obie who had been given the task to pick up Rara in the parking lot and bring Rara into the stand area Obie's entourage. Already many friends and Team Obie who came and ready to support Obie. Obie is already on the circuit and is preparing as the next few minutes will start soon.

Moments before he started, Obie waved her hand at Rara and her team. Rapun replied by waving her hand as well. Everyone feels quite tense but looks quite relaxed because they are used to seeing and participating in racing events, but not with Rara. For Rara this is the first time Rara saw the race event in person even Rara was on the stand of one of the players close to the circuit. Throughout the race event begins Rara deg-degan heart not because it will win or lose but Rara is a little afraid and anxious if there is an accident especially when the 3rd round has fallen.

After passing several rounds finally the last round had arrived. All the spectators were cheering but the teams were watching with focus. Obie crossed the finish line in second place. Although only in second place, all the Obie team cheered happily and hugged each other because they were happy and proud. Because said one of Obie's friends, in last year's event Obie was in the 4th position which means this year's event there is progress in the second position. Rara stood up and clapped her hands while looking at Obie who was still circling around the circuit with a slow and wide smile.

Obie arrives at his team stand and the whole team welcomes Obie with joy. Hugging Obie one by one is a sign of congratulations and pride. Obie looks tired but everything pays off with a victory that is clearly illustrated in Obie's smile.

"Congratulations" Rara said with a smile looking at Obie who walked over to her.

Obie immediately hugged Rara tightly without speaking anything.

'He's downing me?' Rara was surprised to be silent without saying.

The whole team cheered and applauded.

After Obie took a shower and changed clothes, Obie returned to his team stand and said goodbye. Then take Rara out of the circuit area and invite Rara to eat because the time is almost night and make Rara hungry because from noon he has arrived in the race area and has not eaten anything but drink.

"Thank you for watching" said a smiling Obie who sat in front of Rara.

"Either. Lo cool earlier, not in vain you practice every day" reply Rara.

"Maybe it's because there's also Ra" Obie.

Rara smiled. "It's a race again ajakin me yes, if you know I can come see again" continued Rara.

Food came, Obie and Rara immediately devoured the food because they were already feeling very hungry. In the middle of mealtime, Obie suddenly asked.

"Where are you with Bimo?" Obies.

'Well, how does he know Bimo?' Rara's.

Rara was silent for a moment. "How-ever" continued Rara.

"meaning?" Rara's confused.

"Huh?" Rara was surprised and stopped eating for a while.

"When did you receive the race award?" Rara asked.

"Tomorrow, if all is well. Tomorrow morning there will be a lower class race. Wait for it to finish with the award division. It's usually a little late in the afternoon" replied Obie.

"Oh so. yaaah unfortunately I am tomorrow afternoon until the working malem" said Rara sadly.

"Gapapa.. later I send you a photo so you can see" joked Obie.

"I'm so sorry lo"
