EPS 124 Family Vacation

Mmmmcchhh.A sweet morning kiss landed on the cheek of Rara who was preparing breakfast in the kitchen.

"Loh Mas, not to the office?" Rara is surprised to see Reyhan coming down from the top floor wearing only a t-shirt and shorts.

"No, today papah and mama will go home" Reyhan replied.

"Huh? what time's? now it? I haven't prepared Mas's food" Rara started to panic.

"Haha.. is papah and mamah here want to eat?. Don't worry. later a bit of papah and mamah come here to pick us up"

"Get me?" Rara's confused.

"Yep, we're going out for a vacation"

"Huh? where to?" Rara is increasingly surprised because of the idea of this very sudden family vacation.

"There's.." ledek Reyhan. "Here you go, let's have breakfast" Reyhan continued sitting at the dinner table to prepare to devour his breakfast.

During the day, Reyhan's parents come to the house with Mr. Udin and bi Ina. They came to pick Reyhan and Rara up.

"Mas..where are we going?" rara asked as she entered the car.

"Dear vacation." Reyhan replied as he pushed the small suitcase containing Rara and Reyhan's dressing.

'It's a holiday, but where? until I bring a suitcase, why suddenly like this?' Rara was confused and actually a little upset because she asked no definitively answered by Reyhan.

Car wheels continue to run until it does not feel the journey has been more than 1 hour. The streets began to be quiet, around only green and tall trees were seen. Rara was more astonished and confused about where she was actually taken.

Shortly after, Mr. Udin stopped the car in front of a house but not like a normal house. The house consists of 2 floors of medium size but around it there are grasses, plants, trees, and flowers are spacious and green. Even not far next to it there is like a fish craver that is quite wide.

Everyone got out of the car, a man who was almost old approached them, shook hands and then immediately took out the suitcases and brought them into the house helped by Mr. Udin as well.

Then everyone entered the white house and when they arrived at the entrance, there was a mother who was almost old coming up and shaking hands with mamah Reyhan, even mama Reyhan replied to her with a hug.

"Mas Reyhan..Will the suitcase be placed downstairs or up?" ask Mr. Udin

"Okay, above all sir. later let mamah and papah below" replied Reyhan.

After shaking hands and hugging each other, everyone chatted and chatted a little about the news.

"This is my daughter-in-law" exclaimed mama Reyhan as she embraced Rara.

"Welcome miss" the mothers replied smiling and greeting Rara.

"Call Rara, ma'am." Rara smiled back.

Rara was really confused where she was and who she was talking to.

"Beautiful my wife" Reyhan continued from behind and hugged Rara from behind as well.

"Mas..what the hell is shame" grumbled Rara.

Everyone laughed to see it.

"Reyhan take Rara to the room, rest for a while, maybe Rara is exhausted after a long journey" said Mr. Santoso.

"Ready reward" Reyhan replied, holding Rara's hand and pulling her up the stairs.

"Mas.." said Rara when she entered the room and closed the door.

"Yes" Reyhan replied as he took off his jacket and watch.

"Here are we where the hell is Mas?"

"This is one of the family villas, belonging to papah" Reyhan replied.

'Waw, crazy. One of? how many villas does Santoso have?' Rara is shocked and she still does not realize that her in-laws are very much.

Yes, during the marriage to Reyhan. Rara and Reyhan live by their own efforts, mainly the result of what Reyhan built long ago. Reyhan also never told or revealed anything that his parents had.

Reyhan walked towards the door of the room terrace. Reyhan opened the curtains and then opened the door. Reyhan walked out and stood on the terrace. "Look, there's a tea garden" Reyhan pointed out.

Rara looked at what Reyhan was directing, clearly visible the vastness of the tea garden that was so fresh, even though the day showed a scorching afternoon, but the air was really cool.

"Mas, that..." Rara pointed down.

"That's a fish pond, a lot of various freshwater fish in cultivation there" Reyhan replied.

"Is that Papah's too?"

"Yes. The tea garden too"

"Seriously Mas????"

Reyhan nodded. "The Papah built this to be able to employ local villagers, so that they can have income and also keep their environment. But Papah did not immediately intervene to take care of all this. Therefore papah believes all this to Mr. Ujang and his wife Bu Nana" continued Reyhan.

"Is that the person below?" ask Rara.

"Yes. They're Mr. Ujang and Ms. Nana. Those who take care of the tea garden and the fish pond, and also keep this house clean and not empty"

"Yes, they are very nice people. If they are not good, it is impossible for them to pick me up and lift me up as a child" Reyhan said.

Rara approached Reyhan, and hugged her husband.

"Aren't you picking up, are you trash? are you a leaf?. They found Mas's precious treasure, you"

Haha.. Reyhan laughed as he returned Rara's embrace.

"Sweetie I'm tired, I want to sleep" Reyhan continued.

As papah Reyhan said before. Finally Rara and Reyhan took a day off, falling asleep in their room.

After many hours passed, Rara woke up and heard a bit of stuffiness downstairs. Rara tried to find the source of the noise. Rara stepped towards the terrace of her room and looked down. Right in the fish pond, there are several men including Mr. Santoso, Pak Udin and Pak Ujang, also helped by several others. They seem to be catching fish.

Rara stepped towards her bed again, trying to wake Reyhan up.

"Mas.. Mommy..."

"Hmmmmm" Reyhan just puffed up.

"Mas, it looks like downstairs is busy catching fish"

"Iyaaaaaa" Reyhan replied still closing his eyes.

"That's it. Bangun Mas. ayok auxiliary"

Reyhan opened his eyes. "You want to plunge into the pond?" Reyhan.

"You" Rara smiled innocently.

Reyhan looked at Rara.

"Hahahha. Mas Ayok woke up, it was late in the afternoon too. It looks like the kitchen is also busy because of the noise"

"Yes. Later in the night there will be a fish-burning event and dinner together with papah employees who work in tea gardens and ponds" explained Reyhan.

"Oh yeah???" Rara really doesn't know about it.

"Yes. I took a shower" Reyhan took a towel and went into the bathroom.

'Well, it looks like tonight will be exciting, there will be many people, and a party of grilled fish. Gladlyaa' muttered Rara inwardly imagining later tonight.

While waiting for Reyhan to take a bath, Rara tidied up her bed. And while folding the blanket, Reyhan's phone lying on the table by the bed shook, as did the phone's screen. Unaware Rara looked at the phone. A message appears to be coming in.

Gita: I'm really Missing...

DEG!!!!! Rara was surprised to read the message. His heart was pounding, his legs were starting to limp, his breathing was irregular.

'What!!! A miss? The gita? who's Gita???!!!!!!'
