Lilian was really upset over what Ayana told her, to her, it was an insult and Lilian could not accept that.

Lilian was the only daughter and only child of Bertha and Timothy, whom they certainly indulged in with no strings attached.

Lilian was very used to thinking that Ayana was under him and that this foster child should not raise his voice, as regretful or as good as he was.

therefore, to teach Ayana a lesson, Lilian slapped her very hard.

It was so loud that the sound of a surprised screech from Ayana and the echo of Lilian's grounded punch buzzed in Ayana's ear.

So hard that Ayana thought her head would come off.

It was not only Ayana who felt pain, but Lilian felt the same.

He grimaced while holding his hand. Lilian had hit Ayana without estimating the power she was using.

But, as soon as she saw the blood flowing at the corner of Ayana's lips, her lips were drawn to a satisfied grin.

"That's what you get when you talk recklessly!" lillian shouted triumphantly. "Just feel it later, what will happen to you after this, will be the worst nightmare you've ever had!"

Finished saying his painful sentence, Lilian waltzed away by moving her hips excessively, as if mocking Ayana.

Ayana bit her lips to hold back the tears that almost slid down.

Ayana always thought there was no point crying in a world that did not care about people like her and the T city government system that turned a blind eye to the evil that happened on the black market.

Not they do not know, but it is commonplace in this city to sell foster children who have grown up teenagers like Ayana.

Therefore, although surprised when the two men came and bid themselves to Bertha and Timothy, Ayana had expected this to happen to her.

No matter how good he was, they would do this, because not one member of Timothy's family really cared about him.

Ayana continued to unscrew the last screw from her bedroom window trellis with great difficulty, as her tears blurred her eyesight.

Her cheeks felt extremely sore as she wiped her tears that slid down without excuse.

Upset, because her unwilling tears stopped flowing and the throbbing feeling on her face that did not improve, Ayana's hand was tucked away which caused the coin in her hand to fall to the floor.

Panicked and in a hurry, Ayana immediately crouched down and searched where the coin disappeared.

Right at the same time, the door opened and Bertha entered with her gloomy face.

"What are you doing!?" he snaps it rough.

Ayana flinched and became excited because she did not know what to answer. "It... Ayana's looking.." she's not used to lying.

But, Bertha's gaze was then immediately fixed on Ayana's cheek which already had the signature of Lilian's hand.

"Why can your face be like that!!?" Bertha took a long step towards Ayana. He's really riled up.

How not?! A trivial mistake like this can lower Ayana's selling price!

Bertha felt she had spent quite a bit of money on Ayana by letting her stay in this house for many years and today was the day that Bertha would reap the benefits of 'maintaining' Ayana.

So, how could Ayana hurt her face like this!?

At least that's the way Bertha and the other two people in this house thought.

With a very rough Bertha gripped Ayana's arm, forgetting, if this action can reduce Ayana's 'selling value' later.

"Who did this?!" snapped Bertha.

However, instead of scolding her spoiled daughter, Bertha instead scolded Ayana.

"Why did you let Lilian hit you!? You intentionally made her angry and did this to you!?" bertha snapped with sharp glaring eyes.

Ayana really wants to laugh, laugh at her misfortune.

How could Bertha think that way? Where is the logic of the reason?

How could Ayana be beaten like this?

"Of course not," Ayana rejected the accusation, she grimaced as Bertha's grip on her hand tightened.

Bertha seemed to want to go back to cursing Ayana, but then she swallowed back the words.

"Wear now your clothes! The people who are going to pick you up are already waiting downstairs!" bertha's wrath then threw Ayana's body violently on the mattress.

Ayana grimaced with the pain, she gritted her teeth so that no sound came out.

However, as soon as the door closed and the sound of Bertha's steps away, Ayana immediately jumped up and hurriedly approached the window, where the trellis had come off.

Fortunately, Ayana did not live on the second floor of this house, otherwise she would have other difficulties due to having to jump from that high floor.

As soon as Ayana had pushed the window of her room open, the cold night wind immediately hit her face and made herself shiver with coldness.

Even so, Ayana considers this as the wind of freedom for her.

Quickly, Ayana immediately snatched the only jacket she had and this was Lilian's small jacket that she could not wear.

Armed only with a potluck of money and a jacket, Ayana recklessly pits fate out there, despite the confines of her foster family and, especially, from the black market.

The place where Bertha would sell it.

There was no good news Ayana had ever heard from such a place, despite the fact that the news could not be held accountable for the truth, Ayana did not have the slightest intention to find out.

Deftly, Ayana exits the room and immediately runs to the back door where she ends up in a small alley.

Ayana went down the road she had already paved.

Because the road at the back of the house is slightly covered by other houses, then Ayana had to walk a few minutes to get to the big road.

It was the first time Ayana had ever been out of the house alone, but she was not afraid.

Even if he had to starve on the street or had to scavenge for food in the middle of the cruel city of T, then he would.

His determination is very round.

However, fate said another, because just after Ayana managed to escape, Bertha went back inside her room while carrying bruising medicine.

He didn't want his 'trade' to look that way and reduce the selling point.

But, how surprised he was when he found Ayana's room was empty with the window open.

Realizing what was happening, Bertha immediately rushed out and shouted hysterically at her husband, Timothy.

"The girl escaped! Quickly search for him, he must not be far away!" Bertha was hysterical.

And without warning, five grown men swiftly stood up and ran out of the house in haste.
