The arrival of Chan and Pamungkas was greeted with joy by Hendrana and Haya. They're so happy.
They had prepared a wide variety of toys that Chan would likely love most. All the toys were placed in a room reserved for Chan to play. Hendrana and Haya were very enthusiastic.
“Assalamu’alaikum.”.
Hearing the ultimate voice, Hendrana and Haya immediately rushed to Chan. The boy did not even have time to greet his grandparents.
“Chan. Grandpa together Grandma has made a lot of toys for Chan.” Haya.
Chan who was in Hendrana's arms did not seem to care. She squeezes her toys because she feels uncomfortable being there.
While Pamungkas followed both his parents into the house with a small bag belonging to Chan containing his clothes.
“Chan have not eaten yet?” Ask Hendrana. He picked up Chan and sat on the couch.
Chan was silent. He just kept looking down. Sometimes he glanced at the Pamungkas who sat in front of him.
Chan's attitude this time was very different from last night. Last night he seemed familiar with his grandparents, but now he feels uncomfortable.
The boy kept quiet. And only nod if asked.
But all that changed when Hendrana and Haya invited him into a room filled with toys. There was even some kind of mini-railway installed in the middle of that room.
“Where? Like gak?” Ask Haya.
Slowly Chan nodded.
Then Hendrana dropped Chan off and the boy immediately ran over to the toys.
One that caught his attention was a replica of a sizable plane and helicopter. He had never even seen such a big toy before.
Chan's presence changed the atmosphere of the house to be more cheerful. Hendrana, Haya, and Pamungkas accompanied Chan to play until the night.
And it was time for Chan to go to bed because it was 9 p.m.
“Evening time, Chan. Let's sleep in Papa's room.” Take Pamungkas again.
Hendrana and Haya were disappointed. Because they are not satisfied to see Chan play. But they are also unlikely to let Chan continue playing.
Finally put Chan to bed by patting the child's back gently. Not infrequently Chan asked Pamungkas to scratch the part of his body that felt itchy until he fell asleep.
But suddenly Chan woke up again and asked for another card. So it continues until Pamungkas feel tired, but also happy.
The clock showed at half-two in the morning. But Chan couldn't sleep well. It was really torturing Pamungkas. The boy woke up many times and kept asking Pamungkas to scratch his back.
Until suddenly Pamungkas could hear the sound of sobs. Chan's body swayed in rhythm with his sobs. The boy was crying.
“Chan? Why cry?” Ask at least confusion.
“Mamaaaaaaa..
Finally getting more confused. “You need a phone Mama?”
“You're home..... Huaaa... Huaaaaa.” Chan was crying harder. He even woke up.
Ow hell!
He could only scratch his non-itchy eyebrows. Confused how to calm Chan.
“Papa call mom, yes?”
“Pulaaaangggg...” Chan's crying got louder.
“Mau Papa Carp? Do you want to play again downstairs? We play again, yuk.” Take the End with Confusion. I wish Chan would stop his crying.
“Chan wants to go home. Anterin Chan went home to Mama's... Huaaaa,, hiks.”
“Chan, this is already the middle of the mall. Where could Papa nganterin you home.” Pamungkas Bay.
“Just Chan wants to go home!!” Hardik Chan's. The place feels different if there is no mother. Makes him feel uncomfortable.
“Chan, why?” Haya came in tergopoh-gopoh into the room of the ultimate. He immediately approached Chan who was crying and was about to hug him to calm him down. But the boy immediately refused and rewinded his body.
“Where is this, Ma?” Ask Pamungkas.
“Chan darling. Why cry?”
“Mau lanaannggg..... Mamaaa...... Hiks.” Chan replied amid sobs.
“Iya, Grandma call Mama. Now Chan sleeps first, yeah. Later when Mama has come, grandma wakes up Chan. Later if Mama knows Chan crying, Mama can be sad lo..” Rayu Haya's.
“Do not want!! Anyway want to go home!” Jerky Chan.
“Try you phone Binar.”
While Haya continues to try to calm Chan down, Pamungkas comes out of the room to call Binar. It's not good to call in the middle of the night like this. But how else, Chan did not want to stop crying.
“Halo?” Greeting the voice of Binar who sounded hoarse.
“Halo, Bin. Its me. Sorry to interrupt, night-night phone.”
“Iya, Mas. It'sit's okay. What's up?”
“Chan cry. Request home. She's looking for you.” Absolutely.
“Yes geez. What I told. Yaudah, where's the kid?”
He went back into the room and gave his cell phone to Chan. “Mama.” Pamungkas.
Chan grabbed the phone and put it in his ear. “Mama! Chan wants to go home. Can't sleep.” Adu Chan's.
“Chan. I promised Mama, Kakung same Uty too. If you can't take papa's nicotine. How are you crying now to go home?”
“This is not good. There is no Mama.” Refute Chan.
“Yaudah, now Chan sleeps first, tomorrow morning tell Papa to take him home, huh? I'm sorry if Papa sent home at this time.”
“You're home now. Mama pick up Chan, yes.” Chan was calm. He was pleading with Binar to invite him home at his will.
“He said Chan was a good boy, a pinter boy. It's gonna be morning soon. If it's morning, Chan can ask Papa to send Chan home. Now sleep first.”
“But can't sleep.”
“Read shalawat, later also sleepy dateng.” Rayu Binar gives understanding. “If Chan continues, Mama becomes sad, nih.”
Hearing that sentence, Chan fell silent. He looked down at his face and thought. He doesn't like to see his mother sad.
“Ya...” Chan finally gave up.
“Child pinter. Good night, dear Mama. Assalamu’alaikum.”
“Wa’alaikum salam.” Chan replied then gave his phone to Pamungkas.
Finally thought Binar had turned off his phone, apparently not yet. So he put his phone back in his ear.
“Yes, Bin?”
“Sorry already ngerepotin Mas. Give her warm water. Later also sleep again.”
“OK, okay.”
“Yaudah, I closed the phone first. Assalamu’alaikum.”
“Wa’alikum salam.”
After closing the phone, go down to the kitchen to get a glass of warm water. He gave it to Chan.
And it's true. Not long after, Chan began to fall back asleep. This time it's more slick than ever.
Finally and Haya can now breathe a sigh of relief. Carefully, Haya got out of bed.
“Mama and Binar.” Said Haya suddenly in a soft voice.
“Why suddenly say that anyway, Ma?” Ask the astonished. I don't understand why his mother suddenly spoke like that.
“Yes, twilight. So want to have a daughter-in-law like Binar.” Syndir Haya.
Indirectly, Haya hopes that Binar can become his son-in-law. After all the opportunity to be a daughter-in-law is definitely the ultimate wife.
She just shook her head and saw her mother walking out of her room, chuckling.
