Mission Jessy

Mission Jessy
Modus

Since the incident that afternoon, Jessy barely saw Mirza's whereabouts on campus. Even her class today was filled by a substitute lecturer who said that Mirza was on sick leave.

Hearing the news, that afternoon after college, Jessy immediately went to Mirza's house which always looked quiet as usual. He knocks on the door and has to wait for more than five minutes until Mirza finally gets out to open the door and let Jessy in.

"Whether you're here, Mel?" mirza asked as the girl gawked in and sat sweetly on her couch.

"I heard Mas Mirza is sick again. That's why I'm here to bring this." Jessy showed me the package of food she was carrying.

Without waiting for permission and orders, Jessy went straight into the kitchen and looked for cutlery and arranged it on the dining table.

"Mas Mirza can't get tired of standing there?" jessy asked when she saw Mirza was still in her place. "Temenin I eat dong.. Very laper. Not to take lunch because the substitute lecturer who missed until the break time runs out."

Mirza finally sat down on the chair Jessy had prepared. He saw that there was a full serving of madura rice in front of him and a plate of rice, stir-fry pokcoy and black pepper in front of Jessy.

"You want some vegetables?" tawar Jessy's.

Mirza shook her head then started to eat her mad rice slowly. While eating, Jessy suddenly checks Mirza's forehead with her hand and compares it to the temperature of her own forehead.

"Mas Mirza fever. Already got a hot medicine down?"

Mirza. And Jessy hurriedly got up from her seat.

"I'm looking for a cure in the pharmacy?"

Mirza pulled Jessy's hand and prevented her from leaving. "It's in the medicine box."

Jessy then looks for it in a p3k box and gives it to Mirza.

After eating her food, Mirza immediately took the medicine Jessy gave her.

"It's done. You can go." said Mirza flat.

"But I haven't finished eating."

"Recycle your food and go home. Please lock the fence properly!" Mirza went straight into her room and left Jessy alone at the dinner table.

Although he was used to Mirza being cold, flat, and quiet, but seeing Mirza's condition that time made Jessy worried. Moreover, the man lived alone in his house. No one will ever know that he suddenly fainted or anything like that.

*******

After taking the medicine and falling asleep, two hours later Mirza woke up and walked to the kitchen to get some water. When she was about to return to her room Mirza saw Melva sleeping in a sitting position on the carpet and lay her head on the table.

Mirza approached the sleeping Melva. For a very long time he had not seen the girl fall asleep from such a close distance. He then took out a blanket to cover Melva's body, which may have been cold due to the extremely low air conditioning temperature in her living room.

Jessy suddenly awakens and realizes that Mirza is already nearby so she hastily pulls out the book from inside her bag. "Eh, is Mirza awake? Oh this was a lot of work and I don't know how to do it. So I'm waiting for Mas Mirza to wake up so I can ask to be taught."

Mirza looked at the clumsy and perfunctory Jessy pull out a book from her bag.

"So you want to be taught about love that is not revealed?" ask Mirza while looking at the title of the book Jessy took out of her bag.

Realizing that there was something strange about Mirza's question, Jessy hurriedly put the novel she had bought from the street some time ago into her bag.

His face was red with embarrassment. "That's not mine. I didn't deliberately buy the novel on the street semarang when the day because I didn't find the book I was looking for."

Mirza just smiled without a word while looking at Jessy who was wrong. "Well, what if the novel was for me?"

"Huh? Did Mirza like that book?"

"What do you mean by that book?"

"Yes.it is a fiction book that makes no sense and cannot be analyzed and explained by scientific proof."

Mirza laughed again at Jessy's words.

"What if we read fiction? Good as well. Entertain! And good for your left and right brain intake to be more balanced."

Jessy hesitantly takes the novel back out and gives it to Mirza. "Now Mas Mirza can teach me, right?"

Mirza knows Melva is lying. There's no way a Melva could have trouble with basic math problems in semester one. But because Mirza felt she needed a friend to talk to that night, she let the girl go and pretended to believe that she really needed help.

"So which do you not understand?"
