As she entered her first day, Jessy was doubtful whether her decision to spend four years of her education on campus was the right one. After all, numbers are a frightening specter for Jessy even though she can handle it easily using Melva's watered-down brain.
While living, Jessy never thought of anything other than swimming. He did not want to go to college, let alone major in mathematics education as he does now. In the past, he just wanted to be a professional swimming athlete, training and racing without dizzy thinking about the roots of sin, cos, tan, rank, quadrad and his friends.
The fact that Jessy knows no one and can be more free to be herself on her new campus gives her a little fresh air.
"You're a new student too?" asked one of the men in white and round face cubby.
"Ah, yes. Elo?"
"Same. I'm Aldo. You?"
"Jess-Ah, Melva."
Jessy was not in the mood to deal with whooun that morning, so she chose to avoid a longer chat with Aldo that would probably make the two more familiar.
"Gue's going to the cafeteria first." Jessy is deliberately looking for another way to not continue with Aldo until he gets to his class.
But instead of hurrying away, Jessy just stood glued to see a man who was so charming. His tall stature, slightly brownish complexion, with firm jaw and cheek bones, as well as cold eyes, clearly showed that he was not typical of nosy people and liked to interfere in the affairs of others. The ideal type for a Jessica Abraham.
'What the h**l! How could there be such a cool guy here?' jessy muttered in her heart.
His gaze could not shift from that man who kept walking towards him.
'God, this is the most beautiful plan you have prepared for me? That I can finally find the man I've been dreaming of? The man who was only busy taking care of his life and my life, whose one eye blink was able to shed all the grievances and annoyances that often approached me.'
Jessy continues to slam until she forgets that she is married and does not realize that the man is getting closer to her.
When she wakes up from her daydream, Jessy prepares to pretend to hit the cool guy like she did in the movies so she has a chance to get close to him.
But Jessy had not had time to act, the man had already hugged her and held her tightly until she had difficulty breathing.
"I'm glad you've finally really come" the man said while still hugging Jessy.
Jessy who was still in shock with the man's attitude could only shut up and listen without being able to say a word. He was happy to be in the arms of the man of his dreams, but also wondered why the man just hugged him.
"I know you're definitely back. I've been waiting a long time for you, Mel."
Jessy immediately let go of the hug and kept her body away from the man. "Mails? Who lo?! Not taught manners? It's good to play hug people carelessly."
Jessy's loud voice immediately attracted the attention of many students who passed around them, including Aldo who was also still standing there, not far from Jessy.
Feeling humiliated by Jessy, the man immediately left without saying anything.
"Mel, aren't you going to the cafeteria?" aldo asked as he quickened his pace following Jessy's steps.
"I'm happy to eat" replied Jessy briefly.
"You know that guy?"
Jessy nodded sure. He did not know the man at all and he was disappointed that the man knew Melva instead of her.
'Why does Mel always know Elo? not me? Evan and now that guy.' Jessy's inner self is upset.

He sat next to Aldo who turned out to be his classmate and decided to follow him.
Soon a teary-eyed man came in and closed the door and began to introduce himself as a lecturer.
"What?!" Jessy could not believe that the man she had met was actually her lecturer.
"Mails...." Aldo is no less surprised than Jessy.
"Because of our age we are not far adrift, so you can call me Mas Mirza. I'm going to teach Algebra. And I happen to be trusted to be your guardian lecturer."
The first time Jessy felt like leaving and running away because she was embarrassed and felt so stupid had humiliated her own guardian lecturer. It was really frustrating to imagine that he would spend the next three to four years with the man.
As if she can read Jessy's mind, Mirza seems to take advantage of the slightest opportunity to avenge Jessy's actions.
"This is the front bench why is dikosongi? Everyone in the House of Representatives fighting each other for the front seat, uh here even wasted. Come on, the one sitting on the back row at the very end can advance. We're just about to start class when all the benches in the front row are full."
Jessy really did not believe that she would be forced to sit on an empty bench right in front of the lecturer's desk. 'Shit! What dreams am I having?'
Having no other choice, Jessy is forced to comply and move seats. Jessy has a premonition that her days are going to get tougher from having to deal with the wrong people.

After college, Jessy hurriedly searches Melva's diary and searches for stories about Mirza. Jessy is sure Melva will definitely not miss the story for a man as cool and scary as Mirza.
After flipping through many pages, Jessy finally found something. A letter that did not fold neatly and tucked inside the diary, but once sent to the recipient.

Dear Mas Mirza's,
Sorry to have to go this way. That day I intend to go see you at the station like we agreed. But something happened and I couldn't keep my promise. I just hope that Mas Mirza will graduate and be able to become a lecturer soon so that we can meet again at the campus of our dreams.
Greetings, greetings,
Melva.
Jessy then searches for another note in Melva's diary about the incident Melva spoke of in her letter.

Yesterday afternoon Mas Mirza was going back to Jogja so I rushed off to meet him at the station. But Lili suddenly just came to the house and forced to come along. I had no choice but to invite her over because I had no more time to argue and find excuses to prevent it.
But all of a sudden a biker hit us so hard from behind that our bike was racing and Lili was thrown a few meters away. The man fled and there were no witnesses there.
Soon a few people came and helped us. They took us to the hospital, but Lili eventually died of severe bleeding in the head.
It was the first time I witnessed death before my own eyes and he was my own best friend who was away with me. I was devastated but people then blamed me and accused me of killing Lili for speeding.
No one believed we were hit-and-run victims. No one wants to hear my explanation. Because I can't even say that that person is Mas Mirza's father. I have decided that I am the cause of Lili's death and am willing to bear all the consequences.
I ..........
The story in Melva's diary was cut off just to get there. Jessy doesn't believe that her father Mirza is involved in a cowardly hit-and-run and that the wiry-brained Melva chooses to blame herself and to cover up the crimes of others.
