Mission Jessy

Mission Jessy
Wild Racing (2)

Jessy immediately ran over to Mirza. "Mas, can I pinch Mas Mirza's car? This time, pliss....."

"But what's it for? Can you drive a car?"

"We tried it first?"

Mirza shuddered in horror at the word 'we try first' from Melva's mouth. He saw how bad and messy the girl was when trying to ride a motorcycle this afternoon and now he intends to dabble in luck with his favorite car.

Jessy knew Mirza doubted her and could not even believe her at all. "Mas, plis, this time. I promise to nukar this opportunity with a request from Mas Mirza. Okay?"

Mirza eventually relented and shifted to the passenger seat. Jessy then sat behind the wheel, set her breath, looked at Ali who was already in the sedan in front of her, then started her car.

They then took a starting position. One of Ali's friends named Ratu gave the rules of the game and instructions about the crossing they would pass as well as the finish line they had to reach first.

"Wait, you want to race with Ali?" ask Mirza not to believe it.

"Mas Mirza is calm. Trust me the same!" Jessy looks at Mirza, then checks Mirza's seatbelt and hers.

The queen then gave me a warning and both cars were speeding up on the count of three.

Jessy drives Mirza very smoothly and fast. He looks adept at moving gears, stepping on the gas pedal, brakes and clutch also controls the steering.

It was very different from Melva who he saw very bad riding the bike this afternoon. Melva who is now sitting next to him looks very calm and professional controlling the speed of his car.

Although his body seemed to be shaken by the pounding of the wheels and asphalt is very hard, but Mirza felt that he was watching a real car race. Melva can even do drifting techniques very smoothly and controlled when passing through the turn track.

Just one more turn before reaching the finish line and now Melva is driving her car at maximum speed. He looked so calm, slowly but surely his car now managed to overtake Ali's car.

Melva's phone rang many times but Mirza didn't want to disturb Melva's concentration at all. So he just let the phone go.

Jessy then performed one more drifting maneuver and then drove to the finish line and stopped smoothly right behind the finish line.

"Wow!" that's the only word that can come out of Mirza's mouth once Melva stops her car and returns as if she's just holding a long, long breath.

"Mas Mirza isn't papa?" jessy asked as she opened her seatbelt and checked on Melva.

Mirza who was still flabbergasted could only stare at Melva with awe.

"Mas Mirza why? Mabok?"

Mirza hurriedly removed her seatbelt and got out of her car and approached Ali.

"Lili also died in an accident, so why doesn't Mas Mirza worry about him?"

"Origin! Conscious, Li! It's accident. Even if you kill Melva now, Lili will never come back with you."

Jessy then follows Mirza and approaches Ali, "Mas! I'd like to talk to Ali. Mas Mirza wait in the car daar yah?"

Mirza was forced to comply with Melva's request and returned to her car.

"Gue won this time. I hope that from today on you will not harm me again for the death of Lili. I don't know if you believe me, but Lili didn't die because of me. If I had intentionally, I would have died with adek lo, Li. My bike ringsek at the back, because there are people who deliberately make me crash."

Ali set his roaring breath unfailingly. He's angry about losing to an amateur girl like Melva. But Ali was a man who was always sporty, so he acknowledged Melva's prowess and triumph that night.

"So who was the one who tried to kill my sister that night?"

"Gue doesn't know, Li. I don't know who he is, what his motives are and who he wants to hurt, me or Lili. To be sure, I can't possibly kill my own best friend, Li. I'm sure you understand that."

Jessy then leaves Ali and returns to Mirza's car. This time he was again seated in the passenger seat next to Mirza.

Ali looked at the passing of the girl he barely knew at all. The Melva she knew in the past was a sweet girl who was very good at restraint, never willing to accept any challenge from Ali and always chose to give up. But that night, he saw a girl who was very persistent and determined to defeat him without the slightest hesitation. Ali had no idea that the accident had turned Melva into such a brave and tough girl.

"So where did you learn the car?" ask Mirza when Jessy finished putting her seatbelt on.

"Youtube." replied Jessy briefly.

He is unlikely to answer honestly and says that James has taught him since Junior High or that he has also trained at one of the famous car racing clubs in the capital although it did not last long because of him still loves swimming more than racing.

Mirza laughs. He knew very well that Melva was lying. If youtube could train someone to be so professional in such a short period of time, Melva shouldn't have had to bump into the yoke this afternoon.

"Wherever you go, you're great, Mel. I'm amazed at your driving skills."

Jessy just smiled at Mirza's praise. But he really did not want to continue the discussion about the race again, especially about the reason Ali challenged him. He fears he cannot control his words and eventually tells MIrza that his father was involved in the accident that befell Melva and Lili.

"Well, what if Mas Mirza buys me dinner? Very laper."
