Jessy read Melva's diary again with emotion. He hopes to get more leads on Mirza but nil.
She only knew that Melva had finally moved to Jakarta after being discharged from the hospital and wrote a letter to Mirza once she arrived in Jakarta. He enrolls in Galaxy High School and meets James at a bookstore.
The next story is filled with the love story of Melva and James which makes Jessy even more nauseous after reading it. Bad memories of James who tried to be buried deep open again that night and successfully made Jessy's dinner taste disappear instantly.
'Why Mel, you even make the same problem Mirza? He is the most wanted. And why do you still want to go back to this city and go to college where Mirza teaches? What do you really want, Mel?' jessy muttered to herself.
"Mel, who's talking to you?" asked Ms Rahma who decided to go into Jessy's room for not getting an answer when she knocked on the door.
"Oh, no ma'am. Mel talked to himself, hehe.."
"Yes already, dinner first yuk! I'm already masakin saute your favorite cake."
'Couple stirrup?'
*******
"Mel, how is the food only to be seen?"
"Ah, yes, Ma. Mel no longer has appetite."
"What's up, Mel? Did anyone bother you at the college?"
Jessy shakes. "But Mel met Mas Mirza."
"Mira? What is Mirza on your campus?"
"He's Mel's guardian lecturer, Mom."
"Oh, so that's why you don't have appetite? Do you still like him?"
"Did Mel like her?"
"You don't remember?" asked Ms. Rahma hesitated.
And of course Jessy shook her head.
"You guys used to date. But not for long."
"Dating?!" Jessy does not believe that Melva has been dating the man of her dreams.
"But not for long. You broke up because of a misunderstanding. And I thought Mirza would hate you for that."
"Misunderstanding?"
"Mom's not too sure why you suddenly decided Mirza. Though I know that you love Mirza very much and Mirza always treats you well. But that day Mirza came to Jakarta to look for you and you said that you've been dating another man."
"James?"
Madam Rahma nodded.
"But Mas Mirza said he knew I was coming and he'd been waiting for me for a long time."
"If not wrong, then Mirza was completing his S2 in Jogja. Maybe he's planning on becoming a lecturer so he can see you again."
"But why this college, ma'am?"
"Mom doesn't know either, Mel. The mother who should be is the same you."
Jessy feels stupid for questioning what she should have known to others.
"Don't think too much about Mirza, Mel. Remember that! You're married to Evan."
'Ah right too.'
Jessy tasted the stir-fried mussels the first time she saw them. Like clams but smaller in size and sauteed with slices of onions and chili. "What the hell is this, Mom?"
"Couple, your favorite. The time you forget too? Try me! You must be hooked."
In the evening, Jessy's body itches and bumps after eating kupang. He also felt dizzy like a drunk. Ms. Rahma who knew of Melva's condition hurriedly went to buy young coconut water and drank it to Melva.
"Where, Mel? Already eaten?"
Jessy nodded. He did not know that Melva's body could be allergic when his mother said he was so fond of seafood that one.
"Kok you got poisoned, huh, Mel? Though you used to love eating kupang and never allergic even though."
"Maybe Mel's body condition isn't good anymore, ma'am. So a little foreign food can be directly allergic."
"Many changes you've had after the accident, Mel. I don't even know that the food you used to love, now it's almost at your peril."
"I'm sorry Mel, Mom?"
Ms. Rahma shook her head, "Ngga, Mel. It's not your fault. I just need to learn more to get to know you now."
Somehow the smile and the words of Ms. Rahma made Jessy feel very guilty.

The ospek period is certainly a kind of unwritten tradition cultivated by generations from seniors to juniors. Likewise with Jessy who was forced to participate in ospek activities that were deliberately held on the first weekend so as not to interfere with the learning process.
The new students will do a series of hazing activities on behalf of introductions and familiarity that Jessy really hates. Although not as smart as Melva, but Jessy really hates being fooled and treated like a crooked goat.
That Saturday morning, all the new students had gathered in the campus courtyard and were given several briefings related to the activities they would carry out in the next thirty-six hours.
The new students who came with a lot of practice to spend the night on campus were then divided into several groups and happened to be Jessy was in the same group as Aldo.
The event began with various remarks and briefings from teaching representatives and also the committee. Various outbound events are then conducted one by one. Starting from a trivial like a game to train cohesiveness between teams up with a game that Jessy thinks is not at all going in and deliberately made to blame new students in order to be punished by his seniors.
Jessy who initially complied when ordered to play in the team, long ago ignited emotions also when suddenly Aldo was blamed for failing to complete one of the missions that Jessy said was very ridiculous, that's getting the dean's signature.
Aldo was then called and yelled at for underestimating his seniors. What makes Jessy even more furious is that the seniors scold Aldo and say he is a spoiled child who can't do anything.
As if they were not satisfied with cursing Aldo, they then told the lush Aldo to run around the faculty three times.
"Sorry, Brother. I think my brother's gone too far." Sela Jessy who can no longer bear the ridiculous behavior of her seniors.
"Who are you? Want to be a hero?"
"Meet you, my sister Melva from the 2018 math education department." challenge Jessy without any fear.
"Okay, what do you want now?"
"I just want to say that Aldo shouldn't be scolded and punished like that, Brother."
"Well, just entered have you dared to volunteer? You think you're great?"
"Sorry, Brother. That's not. I knew I might not be better than all of my brothers, but from the beginning, the task given to Aldo was absurd. How could he possibly ask for the dean's signature when today was a holiday?"
Aldo tried to pull Melva's hand to stop her, but in vain. The girl was still fussing with all her arguments.
"So Brother scolded Aldo and said that he was a spoiled child who knew nothing. Does that big brother think it's appropriate for a senior to say to his junior?"
"Gee.."
"Lastly, Brother punished Aldo who was overweight to run around the faculty building three times. Do you think he'll be able to?"
"Well, do you want to replace him? Run three rounds?"
"What?!"
"Listen, new boy! Do not just because you have been accepted as a student on this campus you continue to feel that you are great and know everything. Today you are our juniors, so if you object to the punishment we have given your friend, it's good that you replace him or you run away together to be more intimate."
And that day Jessy had no choice but to obey her senior orders.
