In the afternoon, Alana wakes up from her sleep. When he opened his eyes, he suddenly smiled to find Azzam who was also looking at him with a thin smile.
"Away awake?" azzam asked as he touched Alana's cheek and stroked her gently.
"When did you wake up?" Alana asked back.
"Wake up?" Azzam frowned. "People don't sleep, how do they wake up?" he laughed a little.
"Then, why here if you don't sleep?" Alana knitted both eyebrows.
"Why indeed? Can't I accompany my wife while she sleeps?" azzam asked with a disappointed look, he moved his hand away from Alana's waist and inched to the side of the bed.
As Azzam was about to descend, Alana swiftly grabbed his wrist. Alana quickly sat down and hugged her husband's arm.
As Azzam's disappointment instantly faded, he carved out a smile and ruffled his wife's hair in a fit of anxiety.
"It's time to go home, come on!" take Azzam, he gets off the bed and helps Alana down.
Yeah, it's deserted out there. The employees started leaving the building fifteen minutes ago, only a few people were still busy getting work done.
Shortly after coming out of the room, Azzam picked up the suit he had thrown on the chair, put it on and clasped Alana's hands, both leaving the room together.
"Azzam, just walk alone, yes, I'm not good" said Alana as she pulled her hand when she just came out of the door.
Azzam stopped his steps and turned his head towards Alana who was standing beside him. Without saying anything, he just let go of his wife's hand and continued his steps.
Alana was surprised when Azzam let go of her hand violently, then ran after her husband who had entered the elevator.
"Azzam.." exclaimed Alana, she quickly entered the elevator that was almost closed, fortunately she was not squeezed.
Azzam stood tall with no concern for Alana who was now standing in front of him, he threw his face because he was disappointed in Alana.
"Azzam..."
"As you wish." interrupted Azzam in a cold tone.
"Azzam, I don't mean it." Alana wanted to explain but Azzam turned his body around as if he didn't care.
Alana pursed her lips, she was lazy to see Azzam who was sulking like a child.
After the elevator doors opened, Alana came out first. Azzam who saw that suddenly frowned.
Azzam was so confused, shouldn't he be the one who was angry, but why exactly the opposite?
Azzam swung a big step following Alana who had come out of the lobby. But suddenly his steps stopped when he saw a man who was blocking his wife's steps.
"Al, I want to talk. Please come with me for a minute!"
Alana gasped at Rizal who was standing right in front of her. The man even hugged her.
"Ri-rizal, let me go!" pinta Alana while pushing the man's chest, dear Rizal is not willing to let go.
From behind, Azzam's hands clenched firmly, his jaws growling to form a very sharp engraving. Not accepting his wife was touched by another man, Azzam suddenly scattered and pulled the man rough until his embrace was released.
"Fuck!"
Bugs...
"Azzam.." cried Alana half-dead, she rounded her eyes to see Rizal sitting on the floor, the corner of the man's lips bleeding.
Then Alana held Azzam who was about to beat Rizal once again. "Azzam, enough!" Alana hugged him tightly.
Azzam looked at Alana with reddened eyes burning with the flames of anger, a second later he smiled bitterly. "Why? You feel sorry for your lover?" lirih Azzam, her heart throbbing in pain watching the worry on Alana's face.
Alana fell silent, she did not know what to answer.
"Heh, I'm your husband but unfortunately only status." sizzled Azzam with teary eyes.
"Your eyes show great love for her, then who am I? You-" Azzam clenched his fists with his teeth chattering, he growled, unable to endure the pain in his heart.
Azzam wanted to strangle his wife, but she could not do it.
"Back home!"
Azzam clasped Alana's wrist and pulled her towards the car.
"Well..."
Rizal immediately got up from his seat, he ran after Alana and held the girl's hand.
"Take him off, you have no right to run him!" sergeant Rizal, he tried hard to pull Alana's hand from Azzam's grasp.
"Suck!" as Azzam turned to Rizal, his blood immediately boiled watching his wife's hand held by the man.
Alana herself had tried to pull her hand from Rizal's grasp but could not.
Azzam let go of Alana's hand and floated his raw bogem against Rizal's face. This time the man did not stay still, he let go of Alana's hand and hit Azzam back. Even a fierce fight is inevitable.
Bugs...
Plaac...
"Azzam, Rizal, enough!" peekik Alana retreated to the back, her body trembling watching the fight.
Alana didn't know how to break them up, she screamed for help.
From the door of the building, two security guards ran after hearing Alana's screams. The two quickly separated Azzam and Rizal who were both battered.
"Sorry sir, please leave this place!" said one of the guards to Rizal, then pulled him towards the gate.
"Al, I'll be back. I'll take you away from him, he doesn't deserve to be your husband." cheered Rizal who was forced to budge for today. He entered the car parked in front of the gate.
Azzam rubbed the corner of his injured lip, it was quite sore but not worth the piercing pain in his heart.
"Azzam..."
Alana tries to get close to her husband, but Azzam dodges and decides to get into the car.
Alana hurriedly followed Azzam after thanking the security guard who had broken up the fight just now.
After sitting next to her husband, Alana picked up a tissue, she was about to wash away the blood flowing on Azzam's lips, but the man brushed his hand away.
"Don't care so much about me! You're supposed to be after him, not me!" sergeant Azzam with a cold and ketus tone, he turned on the car engine and stepped on the gas pedal, the car drove fast combing the streets.
Alana did not dare to say anything, she shed tears all the way home. Azzam remained silent and focused on driving.
Arriving at the apartment, Azzam quickly attached the cardlock to the door. A moment after the door opened, he stepped in in a hurry without caring about Alana who was behind him.
Plaac...
Craangs...
Alana was aghast in shock, her eyes glaring sharply as Azzam smashed all the items arranged on top of the ornamental cabinets.
Azzam was unable to control his emotions, he felt devastated, it seemed like a banana would bear fruit twice, he would feel what his mother had felt before.
Then Azzam passed away and went into the room, his body stunned at the foot of the bed. He shed tears, squeezing his chest that was very painful like being sliced into pieces, even to breathe it was very difficult.
This was what he had feared all along, which was why he did not dare to give his heart to any woman. But now what should he do? He already loved his wife, what if Alana left him and went with him?
Azzam could not imagine it, the more he thought about it, the more his heart broke.
