Chapter 16 - You're crazy Elmer!

After Ela left from there, Elmer looked glum. He thought of the words Ela said. Yes, he does know, between hate and love is a thin line. But if it's Bella, he doesn't hate anymore but it's like a grudge. If only murder had not gone to prison, perhaps Elmer would have chosen to kill the woman. However, he was still sane and would never do anything that could harm him and his family.

Elmer got up and saw Sam not far from him. He walked over to Sam.

"There's still no take?" ask Elmer.

"There is, but it looks like it will be postponed and take it tomorrow. I heard a little chatter from the crew when there was a slight constraint on the equipment. But, to be clear, I'll confirm it first."

Sam chose to call the production house instead of seeing her in person. He doesn't want to be cheated anymore.

"Yes, last take was postponed. You want to go home?" ask Sam.

Elmer nodded.

Both walked to the car. After Elmer got into his car, Sam went back inside to say goodbye. It would be rude to just leave. That's what Sam thinks.

On the way, Elmer rested his head on the seat of his car. Even occasionally he muttered indistinctly and was upset himself.

Sam who saw it could only shake his head. He knew Elmer's mood wasn't good right now.

Arriving at the apartment, Elmer immediately drove Sam home. He wants to be alone.

"Yes, enjoy your own time. I hope your mood is better tomorrow. Relax tomorrow you won't be one more frame with Bella."

Elmer moved his hand asking Sam to leave immediately. Sam did what Elmer asked.

After Sam's death, Elmer began to act again by disguising himself as a geeky. If his mood is bad, the main thing that can make him get better again is to go out for some fresh air.

After his disguise was convinced, Elmer prepared to leave by taking a taxi, because if he got in his car, people could be suspicious.

Now Elmer has arrived at the edge of the lake. He sat there singing alone. I didn't realize that anyone else was coming there too.

The voice of Elmer who was falsely begging for mercy made the person laugh. Though, at first he had held it but for a long time he could not stand it either.

Elmer looked back. He was a little surprised to see Ela there.

Kan, right, it seems like wherever I am, you are always there. The earth is very broad.

"Ah, sorry, sorry, I didn't mean to mock your voice. But your singing voice sounds really funny. I couldn't hold back my laughter" said Ela, still trying not to laugh.

For the first time, Elmer saw the laughter of Ela so crisp in her ears. The laughter seemed to be a healer of his mood that had deteriorated so that the smile on his lips even though it was very thin.

"Scoffing is okay. I know my voice is ugly" said Elmer who was acting as a geeky and low-key person.

"No, not even an ugly voice, we must not mock. We have to respect people" Ela said.

Uh, why is he so wise and good? Why is it that when he's with me, he's always sniffy and squeaky? Aih, what types of men do Ela like that geeky?

As Ela was about to leave, Elmer asked her what her name was. Yes, even though I know, now Elmer is undercover.

"Wait on! What's yourname?" ask Elmer.

Ela turned her head and replied, "Ela."

"Oke Ela, my name is Zion. May we meet again."

Ela nodded then left with her sweet smile.

The deg! The deg! The deg!

Elmer's heart pauses. He felt goosebumps. He thought his heart was having problems.

"Do I have to see a doctor tomorrow?" he said while putting his hand on his chest.

Six years never close to a woman. It's like making Elmer forget what it's like to be in love. All he remembers is pain.

"Yes, it looks like tomorrow I have to get Sam to take me to the doctor."

Arriving at home, the pauses in his heart were still felt.

"Oh my God, don't let me have severe heart disease" said Elmer, dramatizing the situation.

Even going to sleep, Elmer even thought of Ela's sweet smile earlier.

"God! It's not just heart disease. I even hallucinated. Should I go to a psychologist too?"

Elmer rolled around on his bed so he could sleep. However, his sleepiness did not come.

He just played his phone. Unknowingly Elmer even looked at photos of Ela on the internet.

From a stiff, friendly, smiling face to a smile with squeaky teeth. Elmer smiled like a madman.

A second later he threw his phone on the floor. Be aware of what he is doing.

"You're crazy Elmer! Absolutely insane! Argh!"

Elmer ruffled his hair and threw his pillow on the floor.
