Chapter 53-S2 - Getting Challenges From the Madya

Day passed....

Elijah and his son have returned to their city. They arrived at Madya's residence after an hour-long flight.

Elra is very satisfied to play with Randy in his rented house. Of course through tight guard around the site.

Alpha has his men on guard at Harsya's behest.

Elijah and Astrid wait at the hotel.

Finished playing, Elra slept in the arms of her father. Elijah gave time to the two before returning home.

Within 10 hours with Randy, Elijah picked up his son and brought him home. It was done so that Madya was not angry and suspicious.

Arriving home, Elijah took Elra to a room to be bathed and put to sleep. After that go to the dinner table for dinner because it feels very hungry.

Madya approached Elijah at the dinner table, "Where are you from?"

"I'm not going anywhere, Mom."

"You want to lie to Mom?"

Elijah looked up at Madya's face, "Sit down, Mom. We'll have dinner together!"

Madia sat down in front of her daughter. "You met him, didn't you?"

Elijah assented.

"How many times do you say don't hook up with him!" said Madya firmly.

"I'm sorry, Mom!"

"What's the reason you're still in touch with him?"

"I still love him, Mom."

"Love, love, bullshit!"

"Mom, Elra needs Randy."

"But you don't!" Madya cut off her daughter's words.

"Mom, Randy is different now..."

"He's still Cindy's niece, he might destroy us!"

"Mom, give us a chance to be together again!" please Elijah.

"No, El."

"Mom, just this time. If she's still the same as back then, I promise I'll never come back to her!"

"Mother stick to the same decision, El!"

Elijah took a breath.

His conversation with his mother was very difficult. Elijah called Randy and told him everything.

Randy asks Elijah to be patient because Madya's worries are very reasonable especially if it concerns his daughter's happiness.

A week later, Randy comes to Madya's house. Without any obstruction from the security guards.

Elra was so pleased with her father's presence. He took her to his room full of toys.

And Randy also followed the request of the fruit to play together.

Elra always laughs when her papa invites her to chat when I don't know what the boy is talking about must show his teeth that have not all grown perfect.

Madya heard a cheerful laugh from her grandson's room, and asked her daughter, "Who is Elra playing with?"

"With his father" Elijah answered casually.

"Why did you let him come here, El?" Madya looked unhappy.

"I told Randy to come over here and persuade Mom."

"You think I'll be devastated if persuaded," said Madya.

"Lady..."

"Whatever the reason, I won't agree!"

"Mom, Randy doesn't have parents anymore. His father died in an accident after delivering Mother and Aunt Esty to town B."

"Where do you know Esty's name?"

"He told everything to Randy's mom."

Madya's body felt limp.

"Randy's mom died after getting word of our divorce when he wanted to apologize to us but had not been delivered. Even to see his granddaughter, I can't fulfill."

"It's all because of the fault of those who trust Cindy."

"Randy is so sorry, Mom."

"Mother still won't change her stance, El."

"Why are you so selfish? Can you forget your mistakes yet?"

Madya looked angry at her daughter's question.

"Mother was disappointed in the father and the brash woman but took it out on me!"

"It's not so, El."

"Then what, Mom? I should've taught Cindy a lesson, not Randy, who's here as a victim!"

"Elia, enough!" his jolt. "Don't make Mom angry!" continued.

"Mother wants me to lose the love of the man I love just like Mom lost the love of dad!"

Madya was about to throw a slap but someone's hand prevented it.

"Sorry, Auntie."

Madya pulls her hand from Randy's. "Don't interfere in our affairs, you're nobody here!" snapped it.

"I'm not a family here anymore, but the blood of Elra Aunt's grandson is my blood and Elijah's. Don't hurt your daughter because of the mistakes I made" Randy said.

"If you don't want our relationship to be strained, then stay away from my daughter!" Madya said firmly.

Randy knelt at Madya's feet, making the woman take a step back.

"Tante, I love your daughter very much. I promise to make her happy!"

"I won't give you another chance."

"I beg you to give me a chance!" Randy lowered his head. "Whatever I will do to prove to you that I am really serious about Elijah" he continued.

Madya took her breath, she then chose to leave.

Her night...

Madya has Elijah, Harsya, Randy, Alpha and Biom gathered in her home pool.

"Why did you tell us to come here?" ask Harsya.

"Randy wants to prove to Mom that he loves your sister very much. So, for proof, I'm gonna have her dive in the pool for an hour."

"Mom, that was a long time ago!" elijah Protest.

"If he loves you, maybe it won't be too long" Madya said.

"Mom, an hour of diving without breathing apparatus how could Randy survive?" ask Harsya.

"Mother doesn't care, if she can't please step back!"

"I'm aunty," said Randy loudly.

Madya pulled the tip of her lips.

"Randy, this is very dangerous especially when it is night" said Elijah.

"It's okay, El." Randy smiled and convinced his ex-wife.

"Then please carry out my challenge!" said Madya.

Randy opened his jacket and shoes, wallet and cell phone he put on Elijah.

"Let's get off!" titah Madya's.

Biom and Alpha look at each other.

Randy began to enter the pool fully clothed, slowly drowning his entire body inside.

Elijah seemed anxious, he was afraid something would happen if Randy continued to push himself.

Ten minutes later, Randy was still standing at the bottom of the pool.

Elijah squeezed his hands with a worried face.

"Mom, just stop this challenge" Harsya said.

"No, Son."

"It's very dangerous!"

"No, Harsya."

"What if he dies?" ask Harsya.

"No way."

Harsya chose to remain silent without arguing again.

Elijah sees the stopwatch in the mother's hand if Randy's challenge enters the 20th minute.

Madya smiled when she saw the pool water started to move unsettled like before.

"Lady..."

"Shut up, Elijah. If he loves you it must be very easy to get through it," said Madya.

"Mom, Randy could die!"

"You pray that you don't!"

In the 27th minute, Randy showed his head with a big breath. Make everyone waiting by the pool stand up.

Elijah ran down the pool and took Randy upstairs.

Randy was lying limp.

"Challenge doesn't work, you failed to have my daughter!" said Madya.

"Mom, I agree Elijah's back with Randy" Harsya said.

"Why aren't you on Mom's side?" ask Madya.

"Does I want Elra to lose her father to a challenge like this?" Harsya asked back to leave Madya speechless.

Elijah was busy wiping Randy's face with a towel and helping him sit up.

Madia chose to leave.

Harsya tells Randy to change clothes first before going home. He promised the man to persuade Madya.

Randy also agreed.

An hour later, Alpha and Biom have driven Randy home to one of his family.

Heading back to the house Alpha said to Biom, "Lucky when I approached Astrid there was no challenge like this."

"Yes, because it's so hard. Getting the blessing of Kak Darren alone almost makes Rissa desperate" said Biom.
