Chapter 48 - S2 - Still Careful

Elijah, who had learned of the news about her husband, rushed to his father-in-law's house without taking his son.

Although she had not fully recovered, Elijah forced her to come.

As soon as he arrived and said his greetings, his Mama Randy smiled happily as he looked at the face of the son-in-law he missed.

Elijah replied with a brief smile.

"Randy's fine, El!" said the woman with teary eyes.

"Thank God, Ma."

"Elia, I'm sorry Mama!" begingly.

Elijah said, "Mom I'm saying goodbye, I'm glad Randy's okay."

"El, where are you going again? Where's Mama's granddaughter?"

"He's healthy and very funny."

"May you meet her?"

"No, Ma."

"Why, El?"

"Sorry, I can't tell him. Excuse me!" Elijah also passed.

As she was about to open the car door, Elijah heard her name called as soon as he turned his head.

Randy showed me his face when he approached his wife, "I know you're here to ask me the news, right?" guess it.

"Yes" answered Elijah, throwing his face away.

"I'm happy if you still care about me" Randy smiled happily.

Elijah laughed bitterly.

"El, I miss you. Sorry me!"

Elijah turned his head and said, "Throw away your longing, soon it will all be over."

"El, I don't want us to end up!"

"But I want it!" elijah said in a cold tone.

"What do I have to do so you can forgive him?"

"There's nothing you need to do!" Elijah opened the car door.

"What if I die, will you forgive me?"

Elijah's steps stopped.

"El, thank you you for still caring about me even if the news isn't true" Randy said.

Elijah did not want to linger with her husband chose to leave.

Randy just stared at his wife who passed.

Elijah left his home-in-law with teary eyes. His decision to split up has been unanimous. No matter what her husband would do to melt her heart.

Randy came into the house and saw his mother crying, and he hugged her.

"He won't forgive Mama, Randy!" his sobs.

"I'm sure Elijah isn't like that, Ma. His little heart must forgive us!"

"Mom wants to see your son before you go."

"Where are you going? Don't leave me alone!"

"Mama's so sorry, Randy."

"No, Ma. It's not our fault but Aunt Cindy who has made a misunderstanding" Randy wiped away her tears.

"Find with your granddaughter."

"I promise, Ma!"

Four months have passed....

Although Randy did not stop sending gifts to his wife, but did not discourage Elijah from separating.

This morning, a letter from the court came. Randy's mother who read it seemed shocked to make him have to be rushed to the hospital.

Randy gets the news and rushes to see him.

Accompanied by Lanny and her private secretary, Randy sits beside the two who are encouraging.

Randy's body collapses when the doctor tells him that his mother has to leave forever.

Randy's tears broke in the hallway. The woman who had been with him had now left.

"Mama, don't leave me!" his screams in tears.

Lanny hugs Randy's body which continues to lament.

In the afternoon, Randy's funeral was just sitting limp in his mother's bedroom bed.

His heart was completely broken. The two women he loves must now stay away from him.

Randy doesn't stop crying. "Mama, I'm sorry I haven't made it happen."

Lanny approached Randy and sat down next to his niece. "Why not tell Elijah about this, Randy?"

"Free, Aunt. It won't make Elijah melt and forgive us."

"You want to surrender and release Elijah?"

Randy nodded slowly.

"You don't love him?"

"I love her so much, Auntie. But he doesn't want me anymore. Maybe it's a punishment for me who's hurt her."

Hearing that, Lanny shed her tears back. He hugged his nephew, "May one day you find happiness!"

Eight months later.....

Elijah and Randy officially separated 7 months ago, the news of the death of the in-laws and Elijah got from the legal counsel of her ex-husband.

There was a sense of regret in her chest for not realizing the wishes of her mother-in-law who wanted to meet her son.

Since her divorce decision, Randy has never sent her any gifts - not even the news of her has been heard.

Randy gave up the company on behalf of his ex-wife because he was entitled to it, especially they also had a child.

Randy opened a business selling men's clothing in the city of E. He bought a store that is not too big because the capital is not enough.

Randy also distanced himself from his family, relatives and even friends.

Four months to open his business, today he is off sale. Randy enjoys his vacation time by walking to a mall not far from the store and where he lives.

Using a hoodie and a mask he went around in it. The mall is not crowded because it is still early in the morning and not a national holiday.

Randy sat in one of the cafes enjoying a cup of coffee that he had not tasted for a long time.

Sipping his drink, he watched his surroundings. His eyes saw Elijah holding a boy.

A happy smile was etched on his lips. He wanted to get to her but his legs could not move. Finally, he broke.

Randy rushes to finish his coffee and leaves the mall.

Elijah holding his son, who is now almost 13 months old, was suddenly astonished. Because his son said the word papa.

Elijah then spread his eyes.

"Is he here?" tanyanya.

"Pa-pa!" the toddler spoke again.

Although she has since separated, Elijah introduces her son to her biological father through photographs of her and Randy.

"Where's papa, son?" asked Elijah gently.

The cute toddler pointed towards the elevator, immediately Elijah followed the direction of his index. The elevator door just closed.

Elijah hugged his son. "Maybe you're wrong. Let's go again!"

Elijah and his son stepped back, on the second side 2 women who became his personal bodyguard.

Randy walks over thinking about the faces of his ex-wife and son he misses. Until a car honks so hard.

Randy realized if he stepped in a dreamy state.

"Hey, move!" shouted a man with an ear-splitting voice.

Making Alpha who also accompanied Elijah in the mall outside the building distract him.

Randy put on his headgear, then walked over quickly.

Alpha couldn't see the face of the man who had just been scolded by people.

Randy finally chose to go to a park on foot because when he went to the mall he also did the same.

Sitting in the park, he enjoys a can of soft drinks. His life is really irregular. Not yet breakfast already enjoy coffee and soft drinks.

Randy has been eating a lot since his mother died. He also briefly goes to the hospital and Lanny takes care of him. He will fill his stomach if he is very hungry.

Randy stood up as he watched the boy laughing merrily with the ball of his foot. Yeah, the same face he saw in the mall.

Randy stepped over to him, but 2 similarly dressed women quickly approached the boy.

"Young Master, let's go back!" say one of them.

Randy momentarily fell silent looking at the boy's face from a distance, in his little heart wanting to hug him.

A young woman ran over to the boy and carried him.

"Gellie!" ogre.

Elijah looked up and looked surprised.

Randy's eyes looked teary.

Elijah quickly gave it to one of his guards. "Take Elra to the car!"

"What about Miss?" tanyakanya.

"I can take care of myself!"

The two women rushed to bring their son Elijah.

"Is he our son?" ask Randy softly.

"Yes." Yeah."

"I want to hug her, can I?"

"No."

"Oh, okay. How are you guys doing?"

"It's really getting better after we split up."

"Thank God." Randy smiled.

Elijah could see if her husband was very changed, his body thin, his hair a little long and a small beard growing on his chin. However, the perfume remains the same.

"What's our son's name?"

"You don't need to know."

"You're afraid I'm taking it?" ask Randy.

"Yes." Yeah."

"I wouldn't touch him if you wouldn't let him" Randy said.

"Miss Elijah!"

Make both look.

Alpha immediately met Elijah because he knew from his men that his sister Harsya was talking to a man.

Randy sees Alpha and says, "I'm saying goodbye, take care of yourself and our son!"

Alpha just shut up and looked at the two

Randy turned his body around and then passed.

Elijah turned to his car with Alpha.

Braakk.....

Elijah and Alpha looked.

The people who were around the two also ran closer to the origin of the sound.

Curious Elijah came to him, as did Alpha.

His eyes were round, his body stiffened as residents lifted Randy's bloodied body into a car.

Alpha swiftly held Elijah's staggered body.
