Chapter 33 - S2 - Meeting A Mysterious Man

Three years passed......

Rissa is now pregnant with her second child, while Astrid and Intan are enjoying a good time with her son who was born in a different month but the same year.

Astrid gave birth in early November and Intan was born early the previous month and was only a week away from the birth of her second son Anaya.

The four women so enjoyed life as wives and housewives.

Elijah, now 24, is hosting his birthday. Because he was so close to Anaya. Special events are held at Harsya's house.

There are no invitations for friends, friends or relatives. Elijah only gathered with his young mothers and children.

"May we get married!" prayer from Astrid.

"May you have a good heart and love you!" intan.

"Beautiful, successful and rich!" rissa Prayer.

"So the brother-in-law who loves me!" prayer from Anaya. "And get married soon, let me not worry!" continued.

"Thank you, my brothers. But, why is your prayer always a match?" ask Elijah.

"You're an adult, El." Obviously Anaya.

"I don't want to get married, I want to pursue a career as a designer" Elijah said.

"Yes, we support your career" said Rissa. "If there's a kind and responsible man proposing to you. Then choose him!" continued.

"Yes, Brother."

"Then let's eat!" bring Elijah.

They also enjoyed a meal together, children playing in the park watched by the guards and servants.

The wives were busy serving food to the husbands. Elijah only saw the excitement of his sisters who served their respective spouses.

At 5 pm, Elijah finally announced. Rissa and Intan go home first.

"You're home alone, El?" ask Harsya.

"Yes, Brother."

"Are you sure you're driving yourself?" ask Harsya again.

"Sister, I'm an adult. Don't worry about me."

"Yes, go home. Don't speed!" harsya's advice.

"Yes, Brother."

Elijah also passed.

Alpha and his wife also say goodbye.

The road that Elijah walked was not the same as when he came to his main house Harsya because the road was very crowded in the afternoon. So, he chose a quiet rider even though the distance he occupied was far.

If passing the first road he only takes 30 minutes from where he lives even if not jammed which can take 1 hour.

While the second road, he had to take 40 minutes with damaged roads and deserted riders.

Elijah drove his car slowly and carefully because the time was not yet dark, he did not feel afraid.

For some reason suddenly his car tire deflated, he was forced to stop his vehicle. Elijah then went down to circulate his gaze, only the empty land was overgrown with weeds. The house is not visible at all.

Elijah picks up the phone from his bag and tries to contact his brother, but the signal is unclear and suddenly the phone runs out of battery.

"Duh, how's this?" Elijah was confused.

A car stopped, a young man got off the vehicle and approached Elijah.

Reflex, Elijah took a few steps back.

"Why your car?"

"They deflated, it looks like the workshop is very far away."

"Can I help you?" the man offered himself.

"Can I borrow your phone?" ask Elijah.

"Can."

Elijah used the phone and contacted one of Harsya's bodyguards in the main house.

When he finished calling, he returned the man's phone, "Thank you!"

"Yes." Yeah."

Elijah was about to get into his car but the man never left.

"Why is it still here?"

"I'll wait for you until help arrives" replied the man with his mouth covered in a mask.

Elijah did not get into his car, he stood and leaned against the vehicle next to the man.

There was no conversation between the two until Elijah opened it, "Do you live around here?"

"No."

"Often this way?"

"Yes." Yeah."

The man did not welcome his hand, Elijah hurried to pull him.

Elijah looked at the man's face from the side, trying to remember something.

"Have we met before?" ask Elijah.

"Yet" he answered without staring.

"Why do I know your voice?"

"You must have been the wrong person."

"Try opening your mask!"

The man shook his head.

"Squeen!" muttered.

Soon, Harsya's bodyguards arrived.

"It seems your help has come!" the man rushed away.

Elijah was led to the guard's car and brought it home.

Two bodyguards take care of Elijah's troubled car.

The next morning, Elijah got the package. Yes, it has been 7 years he received a parcel from someone he does not know.

However, he never wore it and just kept it in the closet.

A bouquet of roses and a piece of paper with the inscription, 'Other times do not drive a car alone on a deserted street.'

"So, he knew that my car's tires were flat. What exactly is that mysterious man...."

"Who from, El?"

"Regular, Mom."

"You didn't find out who he really was? Why was Mom so worried because of the package delivery?"

"I already know," Elijah guessed.

"Who?"

"I've met him, but he refused to tell her."

"Would you ask your brother for help revealing it?"

"No need, Mom. I'm afraid he'll do something reckless. Because we don't yet know the mystery man's real motive."

"Elia, you're a girl. Don't make a decision, remember you could get hurt. What if the guy's bad?"

"Mom, I can take care of myself."

"Well, I believe you want to prove it to yourself."

"Yes, Mom. I'm off to work, yeah!" pampered.

In the car, en route to an office building Elijah murmured, "If I meet him, I'll force him to take off his mask."

Elijah arrives at his office, though his family is a big businessman but he chooses to seek experience in the company of others.

As soon as she arrived, Elijah greeted his co-worker. Elijah has worked in the office for 2 months.

"El, there's chocolate bars for you!" said a woman her co-worker.

Elijah stepped up to his desk and saw 2 chocolate bars located in a red ribbon tie.

"I was curious about him?" his inner.

In the afternoon, Elijah went home to work. Drive the car alone to his house.

In the middle of the road he saw the car of a man who had helped him stop at a pharmacy.

Elijah left his car across the street from the pharmacy. Opening the safety belt, he rushed down and crossed the street.

"Hi!" greet Elijah.

The man heard Elijah's voice and looked.

Elijah threw his smile.

The man rushed towards his car, Elijah chased after him and pulled his arm, "Wait!"

Surprised, the man jerked his hand, causing Elijah to stagger and fall.

"Aww!" Elijah was screaming in pain.

"Sir, why is he so rude to his girlfriend?" ask a young mother who passed by.

The man only realized that if he had made Elijah fall quickly he was helping Elijah stand up.

The young mother passed.

"Why avoid? What are you hiding?" Elijah looked into the man's eyes.
