Chapter 50 - S2 - Discovering Elijah

Day later....

Randy was conscious, but he could only lie down and listen. Even if he said only a word or two.

Since it was revealed by doctors that Randy had regained consciousness, Elijah chose not to visit his ex-husband.

Elra, his son who represented him. The toddler went along with Biom and 2 male bodyguards.

Arriving at the hospital, Randy smiled when he saw the presence of his son.

Biom put Elra in the man's bed.

"Where is Elijah, brother?" randy asked in a soft voice.

"He's at the hotel."

"Pa-pa!" babble Elra with a smile.

Randy no longer asked about his ex-wife, now focused on his son's behavior and Biom chose to leave the room because Lanny was watching the boy.

Elra punches Randy in the face while showing his newly grown teeth.

Randy never stopped kissing his son's cheek.

Lanny smiled seeing her nephew so happy.

"Why didn't mom come?" tanyakanya.

Elra can only smile.

"Tante, I want to meet Elijah" he said.

Lanny just kept quiet, because Elijah once said he wouldn't come to see Randy if he was conscious.

"Tante, is Elijah still mad at me?"

"No, Randy. Elijah even called Auntie if you're treated here."

"Then why won't he see me?"

"Maybe Elijah has a job" Lanny replied lying.

"Maybe, yeah."

An hour passed, Biom re-entered the room and took Elra. "Sorry, Randy. I had to take her because Elijah told us to go home."

"Yes, Brother. Thank you for bringing us together" Randy said in a soft voice.

"I'm sorry then!" Biom carried Elra and they passed.

The next day...

Elijah and Elra left the city of E because they had been there for more than a week.

Before his return, Biom asked Elijah, "Miss, don't want to say goodbye to Randy?"

"No!" elijah answered firmly.

"Alright, Miss. We're leaving now!"

Biom then ordered the driver to move.

The road to his Madya family residence passes through the hospital where Randy is being treated.

From behind the windowpanes, Elra stood up and chattered, "Pa-pa!"

"We have to go home, son. Next time you'll meet him!"

Elra continued to look at the multi-storey building from the vehicle she was riding.

"Pa-pas. Ma-ma!"

"Watch your hand!" elijah's orders were gentle.

"Pa-pa!" Elra suddenly screamed as the building disappeared from her sight.

"Darling, we have to go home. Papa you haven't recovered too much, so with Mama alone!"

Elra tightened her cries.

Biom who sat next to Elijah asked, "Are we back at the hospital?

"No, Brother. Continue on!"

"All right!"

The car also sped.

Elra, who was crying for almost 20 minutes, fell asleep on her mother's lap.

At the hospital where Randy is being treated..

"Tante, why isn't Elra here yet?"

"Randy, Elra has come home."

"Why didn't he say goodbye to me?"

"Elia didn't get to come by here."

Randy smiled bitterly. "Surely he wants to keep me away with Elra."

"No, Son. Elijah has to come back because he's so tired, every day he's always here to take care of you."

"He came here every day when I wasn't conscious, but now?"

"You love Elijah, don't you?"

Randy nodded.

"You need to be healthy in order to catch up with him again. If it's still here how is it able to conquer it?"

"I doubt it, Auntie."

"Elia doesn't have a boyfriend yet, so this is a good opportunity for you" Lanny gave her encouragement.

"What if his family doesn't allow it?" ask Randy.

"Tie down Elijah's heart first and approach his sister and mother" Lanny said.

"You have to get excited, there's Elra who needs you!"

Randy nodded slowly.

Seven hours drive by four-wheeled vehicles finally Elijah and Elra arrived at the residence of Madya.

The middle-aged woman who was enjoying a cup of tea in the garden behind her house rushed to her son and granddaughter.

"Oma, Elra's home!" said Elijah.

Madya then carried her grandson not to miss kissing the whole face of the toddler.

Elra who was uneasy seemed to reject him with a scream.

"Oma misses you," said Madya softly.

Elra looked at Madya's face and smiled.

"Just remember?" ask Madya.

Elra answered with a smile.

"It's only been a few days since I forgot about Oma," Madya gave me another kiss.

Elijah then stepped into his room.

Madya immediately gives Elra to her nanny and catches up with her daughter.

"What about his condition?"

"Still in the hospital, need treatment for the next few days" Elijah explained.

"You didn't see him again, did you after the kiss?" ask Madya.

"No, Ma."

"Thank God then, I'm afraid you'll melt down and come back to her" Madya said.

"But, Elra was very happy to meet her father."

"It's natural because they never met" said Madya.

"I wish Randy never showed up in front of us again, Mom."

"Mother too."

"But Elra was crying every night."

"If she wants to meet her son, your mother and sister will allow her. But if you go back to her, we won't approve of her."

Elijah chuckled, "I don't want to go back to him either, Mom."

"Good."

Two months have passed....

After he recovered and was healthy, Randy returned to his clothing store business.

More and more visitors who come to his shop so he must employ 3 employees at once.

And today Randy intends to visit his son. Using the bus, Randy headed to the residence of his former papa superiors and former in-laws.

Arriving there, he stood watching the building behind the towering fence.

A man who served as a security guard approached him and asked for his needs.

"Can I meet Miss Elijah?" ask Randy politely.

"Wait a minute, sir." Answer one of the security guards.

Randy assented.

Soon the security guard approached Randy, "Please come in, sir!" open the turnstile.

Randy enters the palace of Abraham Shahbana, a woman shows him the way to the park.

Elijah was watching Elra running around the garden grass and laughing together.

Randy approached the two with teary eyes.

"Pa-pa!" babble Elra.

Elijah then looked.

Randy approaches Elra and holds her up and kisses her son's cheek, "Papa misses, son!"

Elra laughed amusedly.

Elijah watched the two so intimately shed his tears.

Randy looked at his ex-wife, Elijah's thump throwing his face away and wiping the corners of his eyes.

"How are you?" ask Randy.

"Very good," Elijah smiled faintly.

"I'm happy if you're nice" Randy also displayed his stiff smile.

"Yes" said Elijah briefly. "What about your shop?" continues asking.

"The day is getting crowded" answered Randy.

"Well done" Elijah smiled briefly.

"El.there's something I want to talk to you about" Randy said.

"Yes, please. What do you want to talk about?" ask Elijah.

"I....."

"What else do you want here?"

The sound of baritone makes Elijah and Randy immediately turn around simultaneously.
