Chapter 17 - Darrell Regrets

Darrell enters the room, all the interiors of the room according to his hobbies and his favorite colors.

Darrell is a football fan, he is also a fan of one of the players from the European continent and his favorite color is blue.

Rissa was really very considerate of her even though she stayed away and hated her sister as much as possible.

Darrel opened the closet looking some neatly arranged stuff.

Darrell was holding a sports shoe and underneath it was a piece of paper.

Darrel read it, "Happy birthday, brother. This is my first salary as a doctor, I bought these shoes because you like them so much. I wish we met, I love you."

Darrell turned his eyes to a t-shirt, he read again, "Sister, on your birthday I can only buy this shirt. I don't have money because I'm still in school. If I'm working, I'll give you a great gift."

Darrell noticed that there were 10 items in the closet with letters.

Darrell sat on the edge of the bed staring at the closet, his head bowed and crying.

"I'm sorry, Rissa!" ogre.

Due to the fatigue of crying and the body was also tired, Darrell finally fell asleep.

Two hours later, Darrell woke up, his body sweating. Breath hunting.

Darrell immediately went downstairs, he rushed to the bathroom and cleaned himself up after which contacting Madya.

"Hello, Auntie!"

"Hello, Darrell!"

"Auntie, how's Rissa doing?"

"Auntie again at home, in the hospital there's Biom and Elijah."

"Auntie, I want to go to the hospital. Who am I going there with?"

"Darrell, you're going to the hospital tomorrow. Take a rest today."

"No, Bi. I'm really worried about Rissa's condition" Darrell said.

"Auntie, will send the car and driver there!" Madya. "Don't forget to eat, you have to take care of your health. Because if Rissa realizes you're sick, she'll be mad!" continued advising.

"Yes, Bi."

An hour after calling and filling his stomach, Darrell went to the hospital. On the way he remembered his dream.

"Rissa, where are you going?"

"I want to go with papa, brother." Rissa replied with a smile.

"Where to go?"

"Away, Brother."

"Don't leave brother, I beg you!"

Rissa did not reply, she stepped closer to the middle-aged man without looking back.

"Rissa, don't go!" shouts Darrel calling.

Rissa kept walking.

Darrell chases and holds his sister's arm, "Don't go!" said loudly.

Rissa just smiled.

Darrell arrives at the hospital, several medical teams run to the room. Everyone waiting for Rissa looked panicked.

"What's wrong? What's going on?" darrell asked Biom whose eyes were glazed over.

"Rissa's condition is dropping, sister."

Darrell's body staggered. He remembered his dream.

"Rissa must survive. I don't want to lose him!" Darrell.

Half an hour later, the doctor came out with a smile.

"How, Doc?" ask Biom.

"Doctor Rissa is past her critical period."

"Thank God!" say Biom.

"Please take turns if you want to visit him," said the doctor.

"Yes, Doctor. Thank you," said Biom.

"Sister Darrell wants in?" ask Biom to his sister-in-law

Darrell nodded.

A week ago, Rissa was lying down but nothing had changed. Darrell always alternates with Biom keeping and accompanying him.

Before going to the hospital, Darrell took the time to go to the funeral of his parents.

In front of the navel Darrell expressed his feelings, let alone his regret for having wasted his sister.

Almost an hour at the funeral, his phone rang with the name Nayna.

"Hello!"

"Hello, Mister. Miss Rissa has regained consciousness!"

"I'll be there!" Darrell hung up.

Within 15 minutes, Darrell arrived at the hospital. Running small, towards her sister's treatment room.

Darrell enters Rissa's room, looking at Biom, Madya, Elijah and Harsya.

"Ka..sister!" Rissa said stammeredly and quietly.

Darrell could not hold back his tears, he approached Rissa and hugged her. "Sorry Brother!"

Tears broke out in that room.

Madya and Elijah cried sobbing at the sight before him.

Harsya and Biom wiped away her tears that were about to fall.

"So, I'm not sorry!" Darrell cupped Rissa's face.

"Sister will do anything to make you happy" Darrell said.

Rissa smiled even though her face was pale.

"Sister promises to be back there after you get married" Darrell said.

"Thank you, Brother."

Rissa has not been allowed to go home because she still has to undergo treatment.

Biom is so very happy to see the change of Rissa who is now cheerful.

"You're not working?" ask Rissa.

"Young Master gave me permission to accompany you until you are healthy" Biom replied.

"Send my thanks to her."

"Later I'll tell you. Besides me, Brother Darrel, Young Master is one who is very worried about you" Biom said.

"Thank you for watching me" said Rissa.

"We all love you very much" Biom fed porridge to her lover's mouth.

"Where's Brother Darrell?"

"So he's been here but only for a while because you're sleeping" Biom replied.

"So where is he now?"

"I don't know where he and Nayna are going" Biom replied.

"Nayna?"

"Yes, like they're very familiar. Moreover, Nayna managed to persuade him," explained Biom.

"I'm happy, Brother Darrell is here with me."

"When do you want me to apply?" ask Biom.

"Do you still want to be with me?" ask Rissa.

"Why do you talk like that?"

"I had to undergo some treatment and it took quite a long time. Will you be patient with me?"

Biom clasped his girlfriend's hand, "I love you so much, Rissa. Please don't ever question the sincerity of my heart to you."

Rissa smiled happily.

"Don't think about it, Brother Darrell has also been here. Focus on your healing and health!" Gently rubbed Rissa's cheeks with her fingers.

"Yes." Yeah."

Shortly after, Darrell arrives with Nayna.

"Good afternoon, Miss!" greet Nayna.

"Sore, Nayna."

"I'm glad Miss Rissa is sober and can smile" Nayna said.

"Thank you for bringing Brother Darrell home" Nayna said.

"Mr Darrell actually came back here not my success, but the hard rock in his heart just crumbled" Nayna said.

Darrell turned his gaze to Nayna and stared intently at the woman.

"But, all thanks to your efforts," said Rissa.

"Rissa, what do you want to eat?" ask Darrell for pleasantries.

"I'm full, brother. Biom already bribed me."

"Who knew you wanted to eat again?" ask Darrell.

"Nobody eats" replied Rissa.

"Rissa, you don't listen to what she said, yeah!" said Darrell.

"All right, Brother!" Rissa smiled.

"Huh, thank goodness. The stubborn one finally came to his senses," said Nayna.

"You insinuating me?" tanya Darrell set his sights on Nayna.

"No" answered Nayna. "Miss, I'm sorry. Get healthy and get married soon" he said. Then rushed out of the room.

"He always insinuated me" Darrell said.

Rissa and Biom were just smiling.

"Why did he become Aunt Madya's personal bodyguard?" ask Darrell.

"Nayna's Alpha's man, brother. He mastered the sport of martial arts silat and karate," replied Biom.

"If Brother Darrell dares to mess with him, we will have no responsibility" said Rissa.

"Sister isn't interested in him, either" Darrell said.

"really?" ask Rissa.

"Yes, you wouldn't be interested in a woman like her who's so weird" Darrell said.

"A lot of guys want to propose to Nayna, sister. Only he refused it" Biom explained.

"But you're not one of them, are you?" ask Rissa.

Biom laughs little.

"Bioms..." Rissa said softly.

"You have a hard time conquering my heart" Biom said.

"Geez, I forgot that my future husband is so cold" said Rissa smilingly looking at his girlfriend's face.

"Eyeah.."

Deheman's voice, Darrell made the lovers turn their heads.

"Don't show your affection in front of me!" his protest.

"Yes, Brother!" said Rissa.
