Chapter 39-S2-Effort to Pursue

In the afternoon, Randy delivered a package of food. A courier delivered it straight away. An envelope with paper.

After thanking her, Elijah read the letter. "I know this is your favorite meal from your favorite restaurant. Have a good meal."

"Why didn't he give up too? Does he really love me or not?" Elijah inner.

Elijah also enjoyed the free food rather than being thrown away and he was also lazy to go out of the office.

After eating, his phone rang under Randy's name. He lazily replied, "Hello!"

"Thank you for appreciating my food," Randy said softly.

"I had to because I was lazy to come out" he said.

Randy laughed.

"Remember, yes. My heart won't change, there's no chance of that even if you send me a thousand gifts!"

"I'm not giving up, El."

"I'm sure in a week you'll give up too!

"Have you forgotten seven years, El?" Randy reminded me of those words.

"Yes, now you know the truth."

"Even if you reject me, I will never give up even if I have to die."

Elijah was silent to the statement.

Randy then hung up.

"Is he crazy?" muttered.

After work, Elijah meets Randy. An hour ago he sent a message to the man to meet.

Randy happily followed the game that Elijah made.

Randy arrived first.

Elijah sat down in front of Randy and said, "Stop obsessing over me!"

"I'm not obsessed, El. I really like you!"

"If you love me and love me. Stay away!" Elijah emphasized his words.

Elijah looked furious with the man in front of him who did not want to give up.

In the evening, the worried Elijah finally invited Mitha to meet at a cafe.

Elijah recounted his family's grief and rejection of Mitha.

"I can't help you convince Brother Harsya, sorry!"

"Would you help me persuade Randy to stay away from me?"

"Well, I'll try!"

"Thank you, Tha."

"Yes, you're welcome."

Elijah went home to drive a car with the rain down very heavily.

Elijah was driving slowly because the road was flooded.

Elijah made it through the low road, he increased the speed of his vehicle on the road that was quiet motorists.

Suddenly the engine of the car he was driving died.

The sound of a knock on the window shocked him. Elijah looked carefully at who the man who had knocked on the glass was.

"Randy!" ogre.

Elijah got out of the car with an umbrella. "You're following me?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"Go!"

"I'm not leaving with the condition that you're still caught in the rain. Especially your car's on strike!"

"I'm fine, Randy!" Elijah said strongly because the sound of rain made his interlocutors not hear clearly.

"I'll take you home!"

"No!"

"Elia, don't be stubborn!" randy's Snaps.

Elijah remained silent.

"I could've done something bad here because nobody knew. So, please obey me this time!"

Elijah didn't want to see Randy get angry and stuck in the rain last night and said, "Wait a minute, I'll get my bag!"

Randy nodded.

Elijah left his car parked on the street. He walked with Randy.

The man opened the door for Elijah. Then he came in.

Installing a safety belt, Randy starts his car engine and drives away.

"Wear it!" Randy handed over his jacket that was on the dashboard.

Elijah took it and put it on.

Both arrived at the residence of the Lord.

"You don't have to go down, I also have an umbrella. Thank you for helping me today!" elijah said before Randy spoke.

Randy hasn't called Elijah in a week of chat or phone calls. Packages of deliveries such as small gifts, chocolates, flowers and food were never given.

There's a bit of a sense of loss, because usually Randy will always terrorize him.

Elijah looked at his cell phone many times. "Where is he, anyway?" muttered.

Ever since Randy helped her that night, he's never heard from her.

Elijah who was very curious about Randy's condition then contacted him, he threw away his ego.

"Hello!" the woman's voice answered from the other end of the phone.

"Ha..hello, who is this?" elijah asked nervously.

"I should ask you, who is this?" sniff the woman.

"I want to talk to Randy."

"He's in a meeting, don't bother him!" the woman called him rudely.

"So, he's been lying to me all this time!" snarl. "So if I see him, I'll teach him a lesson!" muttered.

An hour later, Elijah's cell phone rang under Randy's name.

"Hello, El. What's calling me?"

"I just want to know if you're okay or not. Turns out, you're very kind and have found a replacement for me."

"It doesn't take much for Randy, that woman is your lover, does she?" Elijah asked back.

"Which woman?"

"Women who an hour ago answered my phone. He doesn't like me calling him."

"He's just my secretary."

"Secretary?"

"Eh, he means a co-worker happens to be a secretary."

"I don't care about his position, I just want to congratulate him!" Elijah then hung up his phone.

"Aarrgh...why am I so upset?" earmarked.

In the afternoon, Randy was waiting for Elijah near the woman's car.

"What else do you want to come here?"

"Well you."

Elijah laughed cynically. "What's it doing to see me?"

"I miss you."

"Currently, I've had a lover but seduced other women."

"El, she's not my boyfriend. Then why did he tell me to stay away from you?"

"I don't know, El."

"He likes you, Randy."

"I don't care if he likes me. For me now it is you!"

Elijah remained silent.

"El.." -...."

"I must hurry home!" Elijah's holding the car knob.

"El, can I take your car?"

"Are you not taking the car?"

"No."

"Yes, already. Coming in!" said Elijah who was forced.

Randy became happy because of his car with Elijah.

"Where do you want me to take you?"

"I want us to go for a walk."

"Do you have no job? I'm not your driver!"

"Let me drive!"

Elijah agreed, the two exchanged positions.

Along the way, Elijah preferred silence.

"El, you want to eat?"

"No, I'm going home!"

"El..."

"Don't say much, just focus on driving!"

"Yes." Yeah."

Half an hour later, Randy said, "El, I'm hungry!"

"Yes, eat!" resounding.

Randy stops his vehicle at a chicken noodle shop. Opening the safety belt, "Come, get off!"

"I don't want to!" Elijah refused.

Randy without permission to open the safety belt used by Elijah, because the distance of the two is only 5 centimeters makes them look at each other.

Randy lowered his gaze and opened Elijah's safety belt.

"Come, out!"

Elijah followed Randy's orders.

Order 2 servings and iced sweet tea. The two sat facing each other.

Randy first ate when the chicken noodles were in front of him.

"Why look at it? Let's eat!"

Elijah was hesitating to enjoy his meal.

When we finished eating, there was no conversation. After paying, Elijah and Randy go home.

"I'll take you home!" said Elijah.

"No need, I'll just get off here!" Randy stopped the car. "Thank you!" said it.

Elijah did not answer Randy.

The man got out of the car and walked to the side waiting for something.

Elijah is now sitting in the steering wheel, he sees Randy from the rearview mirror.

Just turning on her car engine, Elijah sees from a distance if some men come up to Randy and hit him.

Elijah turned off the engine and rushed out. "Stop!" his screeches.

Randy has fallen down.

Elijah ran up to him and helped him stand up.

"Who are you?" ask Elijah loudly.

"No need to know, Miss!" sniff one of the unknown people.

"Why hit him?"

The men didn't answer and just passed by.

Put Randy's body back in the car.

Inside Elijah wiped the blood on the tip of Randy's lips making the man grimace.

"Who are they?"

"I don't know them."

"If they don't know, why are they hitting?"

"I don't know either" replied Randy.

"I will take you home" said Elijah.

Randy assented.

An hour later they arrived at Randy's parents' residence, before descending the man thanked him.

"Together."

"You don't want to say hello to my mom?"

"All right." Elijah went down.

The two walked into the house together.

"Why lonely?" ask Elijah.

"Mama's usually a room" answered Randy.

Elijah was unsuspecting.

From behind, Randy smiled, smothering Elijah's mouth so that the woman had trouble breathing and fainted.

Randy carries Elijah's body and takes him to his room.
