Author's Pov
Today in Pendopo Ave is surrounded by parents who look at him suspiciously.
"Wes sane, Nduk."Eyang Uti asked his situation. (It's healed, Nduk)
"It's been Eyang," he replied made as polite as possible.
"Ave, I know you want to go to college, but I don't think that's important right now."
"So Ave can't go to college?" Ave pursed her lips.
"Not going to college, Ave. I mean, you mean like this, son. You were engaged to Salim and I just let you go to college."
It seems Ave is happy, but Ave's fiancee's problem isn't ready yet.
"If Ave doesn't want a fiancee, does that mean Ave didn't go to college?"
Eyang Yaya cleared his throat. Ave glanced at her mother to defend her.
"Why does Ave have to be engaged, anyway, dad? Same with Salim again."
"Salim's son isa watch the boat, Cah Ayu." Eyang Yaya interrupted. (The regime can take care of you)
"Ave was already big eyang Yaya. No need to take care of it," she said again.
"Nduk, ora politely ngomongane." Eunang Uti commemorates Ave's disrespectful manner of speaking. (It is not polite to speak)
"Yo wes's. Ora need to go to college, Cah Ayu." Eyang Yaya still looks patient to see the behavior of his youngest grandson. (No need to go to college)
"Yes Ave's fiancee with Salim from Ave's college," grunts with a face that looks bent.
Eyang Yaya and everyone looked happy.
"Try Salim the woman must have been betrothed to Mas Bagas," he was annoyed while staring at his brother who was fun playing games.
"Luckily this guy. So there's no need to be betrothed," he said, heating up his sister.
"Marine Cak Bagas sing Eyang mate." Eyang Yaya expressed his wish. (In the meantime Bagas to be bet)
Bagas almost dropped his phone on the floor. He did not expect that he would also be set up.
"Sauffeurs, Mas" taunted Ave by sticking out his tongue.
"Review you yes, Dek," he growled as he chased Ave who ran to his room.
"Mishew himself why also mocked Ave last night," cried Ave from his room.
"Just get to you later yeah, deck. Let me not ask you to watch again."
"Belvin. Later Ave the same story mbak Dian if the bad Bagas mas same Ave," ridiculed again with a grin.
Bagas could not do anything if Ave had related to Dian, his lover. Dian is very fond of Ave. If Bagas is nosy, Dian will defend him.
Finally Bagas left. Not hitting his only brother.
"Basic look for supporters," he grumbled again.

Ave's Pov
Today is graduation at my school. Finally for three years I was free to be a high school boy. I'm glad I'm not meeting Killer's teacher. Pak Budiarto's.
"Congratulations, Avel. You've graduated." The congratulations turned out to be from Mr. Budiarto. The teacher I don't like.
"Oh .. Yes Sir. Thank you," I said stalely.
"Let me stay first" he said, carrying a suitcase-shaped bag.
"Tumben tuh sir Killer nyapa lu, Vel." My friend looks surprised.
"You know how many people." Rani's cry sounded in my ear.
"Where are you going to college soon, Vel?"
"My college is in front of this school." I showed you the campus across the street.
"Had I thought you weren't going to college, Vel." Again, Rani makes a sound.
"Gue thought you'd be married to Eyang. Lu knew for himself that your family still upholds the custom" Ayu said.
"I can go to college...."
"Originally I want to be betrothed."
"Well, what am I talking about? Surely you will get married at a young age," said Ayu by patting my shoulder.
"Who's your soul mate, Vel?" Rani tries to find out.
"Congratulations." I answered with my head down in shame.
"The salim? That driver of yours?" Sahut they simultaneously.
I'm nodding.
"It's a good thing you've been betrothed to someone you know. Try not you know. It must not be delicious. Isn't that Ran?"
Rani did not listen. He was even engrossed in seeing Salim sitting under a tree while reading a book.
"Enak ya lu Vel. Same with Salim. Though I want to brush your driver," said Rani still see Salim.
"Ulus. Lu it Ran. It's not polite to say that."
"Congratulations Vel on her engagement. Take care of your future husband so that no one is taken," Ayu suggested.
Indeed, I honestly admit that Salim is a young man who is idolized by all women. I don't understand why eyang Yaya betrothed me to her. Is it because we knew each other from childhood until the family betrothed me? I don't know. But that feeling is not in my heart.
"Non, howling," said Salim before me.
"Non's sick again?" He asked my situation.
"Let's go home Salim. I'll be angry if I stay here for a long time" I asked while entering the car.
I don't want the incident of Mas Bagas who colored his graduation uniform last year to make Yaya's eyes angry. Mas Bagas was punished by his father for speeding on the road to celebrate his graduation. Said that was not good. Eyang Yaya was still old-fashioned. If graduation day does not need to be celebrated. Just pray at home.

Mr. Jaya and Mr. Malik were discussing something at his residence. They seemed to be seriously discussing about the continuity of her children's engagement.
"Malik, it doesn't feel like we've been friends for almost 30 years."
"It's true Brata. We're getting older, yeah."
I heard laughter from the side of the house.
"I thank you for agreeing to this fiancee" said Mr. Brata.
"Don't do it, Brata. I should have said that. You helped me in the hard times first" said Mr. Malik humbly.
"Malik, how long are you gonna keep this a secret to your son if you're still...." His words came to a halt when he heard his beloved son shout from outside.
"Dad ...."
"Where's the father?" Call him again with a shrill voice.
"Dad here, son," replied Mr. Brata at the Gazebo.
"Daddy with the tumbens at home. Ave went to the plantation but said Uncle Rizal. I'm home."
"Yes dad has a headache."
"It hurts, huh?" Ave looks worried.
"It's hard, son. Ohm yeah how's your graduation grade, son?"
"Awesome, Dad."
"What is owesom?" Mr. Brata was confused by Ave's words.
"Perfect, yeah. Ave champion two," he said proudly.
"Thank you God." Praise be given by Mr. Brata.
"But Salim's word is ordinary." His face was sour when Salim said the second-place finish was common.
"Don't think about what Salim said, Non. He is envious" said Mr. Malik defending Ave.
"Tuh nengerin pakde Malik." Ave pouted and pinched Salim's arm. Ave ran into her room.
"Awfc ... Non. It hurts." Salim let out a small scream as his arm was pinched.
"I'm sorry Salim. Ave was still a child despite his old age." Mr. Brata apologized for his son's behavior.
"It's okay, sir. Salim is common."
"Later if you get married, you have to be patient with Ave, Salim" said Brata.
"Yes pakde. Salim understood."
"Don't fuck around non Ave loh, le. Take care of Ave, "please ask her father seriously.
