When I left the class. I was approached by a duo of congeks. They're taking her somewhere. They said there was something I needed to know about Salim. I'm the one who's still curious to follow them. Not yet, contact Mas Bowo. They both dragged me into the car.

"Where are you taking Ave?" I was half screaming.

"Have been quiet. Later you know for yourself," cynical Bhishma as she spoke.

"Down with Ave right now. If not, then Ave will go down!" my screams were ambushed with fear.

"Try it if you dare, Miss Sweet," replied Bisma with a condescending look.

"Who said Ave didn't dare?" My opponent while trying to open the door of a running car.

"Shut up!" The crack of Dimas that surprised me.

Never once have my people or my family snapped. If we are wrong then Father and Eang will sit us down and give understanding without anger but firmly.

"So by snapping you can be silent? Heh!" Repeat Dimas glared at me sharply from the steering rearview mirror.

"Already Mas. Don't scare him. Look at her pale face, "demonstrate Bhishma looked at me.

I was just about to run away when I stopped at the red light, suddenly my heart shrieked when listening to Dimas's snaps.

God is still on my side. While the red light was still on, I saw a street child busker who could not speak but was very good at playing his little guitar. Raka. He extended his hand to Dimas who was driving. Dimas opened the glass and gave a change to Raka.

Raka looked at me for a moment with a strange, confused look. I gave her sign language.

"Please Ave, Raka."

"Contact Salim."

Thank goodness Raka understood what I meant. He got out of Dimas' car.

"What did you sign the boy for?" asked Dimas with his angry face.

"Give nothing. He's deaf. Ave said eat fast. It's lunch time" I told a lie.

Fortunately, they did not understand sign language.

"It turns out you're good too, yes," said Bisma beside me.

"You'd better be just like me" he continued affectionately in my ear. So amused to hear it.

"Stop Bisma. Don't talk like that anymore. Remember our original plan" Dimas reminded.

"Oh, how could I forget? Aren't we going to take his life?" Bisma patted his eel and joked with his leisure.

You're gonna kill Salim? What is Salim's fault?

"We have arrived. Let's get down!" snapped Dimas again while dragging me into his house.

Where are you, Lim? Ave fear.

That's all I can mutter when I walk into a small house on the beach.

Salim's Pov

I immediately drove the car to Dimas's residence by the beach. I know he took Ave there because he was invited by Dimas when we first became freshmen.

Damn red light.

Hc .. tok ...

I looked at the car glass to my right. There's Raka the deaf busker.

"What's Raka? Sorry Mas Salim couldn't play today" I said apologizing.

He instead handed her a piece of paper containing his writing. (we once taught her letters and writing) I accepted it and she smiled.

Raka had seen Mbak Ave riding in a car with people who Raka did not know. They're heading towards the beach.

True allegations. They took Ave to his beach house. If anything happens to me, I will never forgive Dimas and Bhishma, even though Bhishma is my cousin.

"Thank you Raka. Now you call Kang Rustam, yeah. Salim asked for help." I asked him to contact Mas Bagas and Kang Rustam.

He nodded and immediately left. I'm going to ask Rustam's kang the feared thug chief and be displeased by the police for his cleverness in catching the drug dealer.

I don't know who else to ask but Kang Rustam. If I ask the police for help. I won't guarantee they will help. Dimas' father was the police chief.

Prangs....

Eyang Uti runs into the kitchen. Ambar was still confused by this incident.

"What's up, Nduk?" Eyang Uti panicked as the glass fell from Ambar's hand.

"Ambar doesn't know, ma'am. Suddenly the glass Ambar was holding fell down," he said, still in a worried tone.

Ambar looked at his in-laws eyes sadly.

"What's up, Nu? Ambar was afraid something happened to the children." Afraid of Ambar with his worries.

"Ora happened nothing, Nduk. Wes serahake ning Gusti Allah." [Nothing happened, Nduk. Leave it to the Gusti of God]

Ambar nodded though in his little heart there was something he could not explain.

Salim's Pov

I've arrived at Dimas' house. That's Dimas' car. I knocked on the door of the white house. The bisma opened it and was a little surprised by my arrival.

"Where is Ave?" many reflexes.

"Relax my handsome cousin. He's in the room. Maybe again alone in the room," his annoying sneer.

"Are you what you said?" I grabbed her shirt collar.

Bisma laughed with her sinister.

"Calm Bro. Dimas was talking to Ave alone. Don't panic" joked the crisp bisma.

"Oh, yeah what about that document? Are you ready to give me your autograph?" He returned the document to me.

"Don't I tell you, my friend. I'll never give my autograph to your geeky father."

"Oh so you want to risk your life apparently," he quipped sarcasm.

I forcefully entered. I want to know about Ave's situation. I was afraid that his illness would recur because I was shocked by this incident.

I found a door locked from the inside. I forced him to open but couldn't. Dimas locks from the inside.

"You won't be able to open it, Salim. Just listen to their conversation from the outside," he said with a cunning smile.

I could hear Dimas tell Ave everything about me. I honestly don't want Ave to know.

Ave's Pov

"That's the love of your heart has come." Dimas laughed crazyly. I think he's crazy.

I was about to go to that closed door but Dimas' heavy hand held me tightly and even painfully.

"Where are you going, Miss Beautiful? Said you want to hear Salim's story?" He looked at me with a cynical look.

Dimas pushed my body to the point of falling on the bed. He pulled my chin.

"Marry me and your lover I will not kill." Dimas grinned. "And tell your beloved that to give his signature otherwise Bhishma will destroy Salim's father" he continued with condemnation.

"Why do you want to keep saying marry Ave?" I urged him to speak.

"I need your family's wealth and power, Vel. I need it all for my dad. Did you know that the one who killed your brother was my father? If this news spreads, then the history of my father is finished. If I marry you then my father can still be in power and will nominate the President. Who would dare to arrest a President if guilty?" continue with the pongah.

I thought that news I heard was wrong, but it was true. Only for the sake of power and wealth will the people darken the eyes.

"And there's one more secret you need to know about Salim?" He approached me.

"What's that?" ask me with curiosity.

"Are you sure you want to hear it, Miss?" investigation grins.

"Don't you listen to him, Ve" Salim said from the outside.

Dimas glanced at the door and chuckled.

"If you want to hear it, prepare your heart."

What was he going to talk about anyway?"

"Quick say!" I stopped him so he could talk quickly.

"Don't Ve. Don't listen. Salim please."

Dimas whispered something that made me very surprised and almost slapped Dimas, but luckily I didn't slap him.

"So how? Do you still want to go with Salim?" repeat it in a whisper.

I felt tightness in my chest and could barely breathe. I grabbed the bag to take the inhaeler.

"What's wrong with you, Vel?" There was a panic in Dimas.

My body is hanging on the bed. Before I actually fainted. I saw Salim and Kang Rustam crashing at the door.

"Salim ...."

I called her soft and these eyes were closed because of the tightness in my chest.
