Part 38 Will Not Split

Today all the big families of Jayanatra are going on vacation to their lodging place on the hill. Do not forget they bring along the officials to release fatigue even if only for a moment.
"Wes mari kabeh? Let's go missile." Eyang Yaya was impatiently heading towards his inn.
"Wait for Romo. Cah Ayu is still in the bathroom" Brata said from behind.
"Ana what maneh Cah Ayu Iku? Lara tah?" Anxious Eyang Yaya.
"Ave's here, Eyang." Shouted the owner of the voice from the right.
Followed by Salim behind him carrying a lot of goods and snacks during the trip. Ave is not used to taking buses when on long trips. He will be nauseous so Salim brought orange candy.
"Mom, Ave is sitting next to Salim huh?" Pinta Ave to her mother on the bus.
"Nduk, lungga karo eyang Uti wae yo," said Eyang Utinya who was greeted manyun on Ave's lips. [Nduk, sit with the eyes of Uti only ]
"Mom, Ave would have been Salim's wife when sitting alone can't be?" Ave takes a snooze when he can't sit with Salim.
"Nduk, sit with the eyes of Uti only yes. Nurut equally eyey," said his mother softly.
"But Bu---." Rayu Ave who responded coldly to her mother.
"Ave sat down with Dian only, yes. Later Salim Sama Mas Bagas sat together. We are next to each other" said Dian with a smile.
"Salim's not going anywhere on deck. You're just like a cop," ledek Bagas.
"Uh kangmas This bagas loh. Is Kangmas not the same as Sister Dian?" Reply Ave mockingly.
"Udah toh Bagas's. Don't bother Ave constantly." Dian's interruption while pinching Bagas' arm.
"Wes let's go missile, Ramlan," said Uti while calling the bus driver who was still outside just to arrange Ave's luggage.
"Express Eyang."
The journey to the top brings pleasure to the Jayanatra family. For a long time they did not relax and release the burden even for a moment.

Salim's Pov
Seeing him fall asleep on the bus with his mouth open made it funny. I would love to photograph it in person and then make it into an album collection when we get married.
"I've photographed how he slept" said Mas Bagas beside me who had been busy photographing the scenery outside through the window.
"Oh, yeah mas? Well thank you, yes," I said gladly.
"Together Salim," he replied shortly.
"Jaga and love my sister. Don't leave it alone. Ave can't live without you, Lim." Mas Bagas's advice to me.
"Yes Mas. Salim will always be with her."
"Thank you, too, thanks to your mother. My sister can receive an eye donor" he said slowly but clearly.
I smiled and patted her shoulder.
"Yes Allah nduk. Arek wadon down kayak ngono." I'm guessing for sure Uti's gonna be mad at Ave's sleeping style.
Bagas and I chuckled when they saw him.
The longer I love him. Whatever the circumstances never made me stop loving her and taking care of her all my life.

Ave's Pov
We finally arrived at this inn. We haven't been here in a long time. The villa belongs to my family which has been guarded by the Great Paklik. Mother's sister.
"What's kabare kowe, Gung? Duh kabeh kangen karo kowe" said Eyang Yaya embraced paklik.
Paklik Agung carried away until he cried. It turns out that men can also cry just like Kangmas Bagas.
"So this tree is what made Ave fall?" ask me to Salim.
"Yes Ve." As always, the answer is short.
Mango trees are now cut down by Jaka Pakde at that time. Pakde said, mother and father do not want to remember anything about the incident. So the tree was cut down and made a seat.
"If you remember this tree you always remember it, Dek," said Kangmas Bagas suddenly.
"A, Kangmas. Don't talk about it anymore. Ave already accepted it."
"Well, let's not cry like a child. Ave's not Dian's mom, yeah. Later kangmas cry on her shoulder Madam Dian," chirped me with anxiety.

Mira was heading to Ave's room sleeping with Dian. Mira called her nona because she was told by her father and mother.
"Miss, it's-" Haven't finished Mira speaking. Mira sees Ave holding onto her left chest with pain.
"What's up, Non?" Panicked Mira saw her pale nona.
"Don't tell mom, yeah." But Mira's hand was blocked.
"Why, Non? It's pale in the face, Non."
"Ave is okay. Just haven't taken the medicine, Mommy." Ave grabbed a small bottle containing her heart pills on the nightstand.
When taking the medicine. Ave's gaze began to blur and fall to the floor. Panicked Mira immediately shouted to everyone.
"Non, wake. Do not make Mira afraid," said Mira worriedly because the cold had spread in Ave's body.
Ambar who came first immediately panicked when he found out his favorite daughter lying helpless.
"What happened to Ave, Mira?" Ambar is a little angry.
"I don't know, Mom. Miss complains her chest hurts," isak Mira nonstop.
"Reply take Ave to the hospital. Take the car, Lim." Brata's orders sparingly.
Bagas immediately carried Ave who was getting pale and cold into the car to the hospital. Along the way Ambar always warms Ave's body with a warm water compress.

Salim's Pov
How many times has my little lady been in the hospital in the last few years. I don't know why his heart often recurs. Everyone felt anxious when Dr. Rudi did not leave his room.
"How's Doc doing with Ave?" ask mom worriedly.
"Yes Rudi. How's son?" Brata's father asked.
Doctor Rudi looked at us with anxious feelings and sighed before continuing.
"Sorry Brata. I think Ave needs another heart donor. His heart valve had a problem" Rudi's doctor said calmly.
Everyone was shocked to hear Doctor Rudi's words.
"Yes do it, Doc" Ambar's mother urged.
"It is not that easy to find a heart donor in the near future, Ambar," said Brata's father slowly.
"Ambar please. Ambar doesn't want to lose her again, sir," Ambar's mother said grievously.
"We will do our best, Ambar," said Dr. Rudi patiently.
For a while, my little miss entered the ICU room avoiding the spread of a virus that would cause damage to her other vital organs.
For almost two days Ave did not open his eyes. As if he were soundly asleep. We take turns to take care of him every day.
"The salve is here, Miss. Get up, my little lady." I muttered in my heart.
