Part 61: Girl on the Emergency Stairway

Ana's presence in the office is warmly welcomed by Mr. Kim. She seemed to have seen Ana present at the office that morning.

"When are you back Ms.Grey?" Just asking sumringah after 5 days did not see Ana who was always troublesome and made her worry because of her always unexpected nature.

"Just now." replied Ana smiling.

"What's? You just got here this morning?" Ask Kim in shock.

"Hmm.." nodded Ana quickly.

"Do you want to rest first? I can postpone your meeting for a while.."

"No need Mr. Kim. This meeting is very important, let it fit the schedule.." Ana immediately opened the door of her room, but she was stunned at the door as she looked into her room.

"What the hell is this??" Chirps Ana is angry.

Mr. Kim immediately approached Ana to see her room. The room was filled with a bouquet of colorful flowers.

"I.this is from Mr. Franz.." Mr. Kim had tried to forbid Franz from sending Ana flowers, because it would lead to a garbage can, or to burning garbage, but Franz was always stubborn and did as he pleased.

"Throw it all away." Ana's chimpanzee was upset.

"Why do you always throw away my flowers?" The familiar voice arrived startling the two of them.

"What are you doing here this morning??" Ana asks cynically to Franz.

"It's obvious I want to say hello to my flowers. I've been visiting you for a few days to the mansion, but you've never been.."

Ana just shuddered in horror, of course she went to the mansion to see her mother, not to see Ana.

"Didn't you usually come here, like this?? Tumben once arrived at the mansion while I was abroad??" Tukas Ana flat.

"Of course I can let go of my longing in your mansion rather than here." elak Franz tried to deceive Ana.

"Quick empty my room." Ana told Mr. Kim to ignore Franz.

"I want to take you to dinner." exclaimed Franz dispelling Ana's steps to leave.

"I'm busy.."

"We're getting married soon, so don't act like this.."

Of course Franz's words made him feel disgusted, eager to throw his fist at Franz's smooth face, but he had to keep it in order to smooth his plan.

"Urus alone is all alone.I don't have time.." Ana pushes Franz in the way.

"Do you want me to do everything my way??" Franz shouted in a threatening tone.

"As far as you go." Ana muttered firmly ignoring Franz who was standing behind her.

Franz looked at Ana with a cold look.

"All right." he murmured inwardly.

That afternoon Ana visited GC Hotel because there was a meeting with her business partner from C country. After a long meeting Ana decided to head to the emergency stairs to smoke, because she felt depressed during the meeting. He can't smoke in just any place given his good image.

In the emergency staircase area Ana sat on the stairs while casually smoking, before long she heard a noise from the direction of the lower floor. Ana stood up slowly, eavesdropping on the conversation while trying to peer down from between the stairs.

"You are this. don't try to find face in front of the Manager.You are still new, but you are pretentious to be the most noticed !!" The loud voice of a woman scolded an innocent-looking girl who was downcast.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean that.."

"Have it. You always make trouble.today you have to overtime again until morning, or you will accept the consequences !!" Impact again.

"But I've entered this morning, sister.how could I be overtime until morning again.." elak the girl pleaded.

"That's your business !! It's none of my business !!" Her jerk again immediately left the girl.

The girl seemed to be sitting limp and crying on the stairs.

Ana who was in a bad mood immediately came out of the emergency stairs and called the hotel manager.

"Please give me the employee's work schedule, and the new recruit's employee data.."

"Ba.baik Ms.Grey.."

"Well Ms.Grey.." the nod to the female manager was quick. He seemed to have passed away with big steps to retrieve the files Ana wanted.

After waiting 10 minutes, the hotel manager walked into the meeting room carrying the file in his hand. He immediately thrust the file at Ana who was sitting looking at her phone while enjoying her warm coffee.

Now he focuses on looking at the work schedule of employees and new recruits' personal data.

"Who's in charge of this employee's work schedule??" Shows a file containing a work schedule for new employees that turns out working hours are distinguished from the hours of old employees who are made much less.

"That's the responsibility of the chief of staff Ms. Grey." the manager replied in a heartfelt tone.

"Call her here." Ana ordered in a firm tone.

"Well Ms.Grey.." the manager nodded away.

He soon returned with the chief of staff. Ana watched the woman from head to toe and smiled sinisterly.

"You call me Ms.Grey??" Ask him a friendly smile.

"You're in charge of this work schedule??" Ana asked to throw the sheet onto the table in a cold tone.

"I.iya Ms.Grey.." she nodded in fear.

"I saw something strange about her working hours." Ana looked at him with a cynical look.

"I.that's a schedule made in accordance with the agreement with Ms.Grey." she replied brickly.

"joint agreement? Who is between with whom?? What do you mean the deal made by your own will and forced them to accept it??" Typal Ana cold.

"That's not what I mean Ms. Grey.."

"You set their hours as if you were going to pay their salary?? Ah... What if I cut your paychecks that work fewer hours, then add those salaries to new employees who work longer hours??"

"Ti.no Ms.Grey.don't do that.." the ring was quick.

"Ma.I'm sorry Ms.Grey.I'm not good at making that work schedule.."

"So you admit it?? Making arbitrary decisions and harming others because of that schedule??"

"I.iya Ms.Grey.pardon me. I will fix that schedule right now.."

"No need.." Ana insisted.

"Manager Cha, replace him with the girl on the emergency stairs." cried Ana.

"What's? The girl on the emergency stairs?? Si..who do you mean Ms.Grey??" Manager Cha asked confusedly.

"Just ask her who is the girl on the emergency stairs." Ana pointed to the woman who had been drowning.

"Jinha, who's the girl on the emergency stairs?" Ask Manager cha to him.

"Anu.i.that's Irene. the new employee.." Jinha replied in fear, she was surprised Ana knew about herself and Irene.

"I beg you to forgive me Ms. Grey.." Please start crying.

"Oh !!" Ana let out a sigh of annoyance.

"You're lucky I didn't fire you, I usually just get rid of this garbage like you. You should be grateful for that, after all, you yourself can't work well and becus.. so I have to replace you with a more competent person.." Ana has seen the qualifications of Irene's self-data which turned out to be an accomplished child during school, she also received many awards when participating in various kinds of inter-student Olympics.

"I'm sorry Ms. Grey.." please again.

"Go away. please announce this to all employees.." Ana orders again to Manager Cha.

"Ah... one more.. Do not dare you bully anyone again... or you will deal with me.. You know I am very good at fighting???" Threaten Ana while chuckling.

The woman looked at Ana's gaze in horror. Although Ana looked smiling but that smile was very frightening.

"Ba.well Ms.Grey.I promise.." she nodded quickly.

After being summoned by Ana, Manager Cha immediately gathers all the employees and announces an impromptu promotion for Irene who is now the head of the staff division. He will be responsible for the hotel staff service.

At the announcement Irene saw Ana looking at her from afar with a warm smile. Irene tries to catch up with Ana shortly after their group disbanded manager Cha.

With big steps Irene seemed half-run chasing Ana, but she lost quickly, Ana turned out to have gone to speed with her car.
