Part 47: The Deal

Ana walked lethargicly into the lobby. It's a downhill road. Along the way he thought of Albert's words. At first he lost his basecamp which injured many of his men, then he was played by Jane and Dominic, then now he dismantled the basecamp Ana that he managed to burn. If Ana is caught this time, she will be deported from the country, then she will be jailed for life in L country or even sentenced to death.

His steps came to a halt when someone stood in front of him. He raised his head slowly which felt heavy. That face made her feel right to have to give up and admit defeat to Jane.

Franz stood in front of him with a warm smile.

"What's wrong? You look so tired? Are you sick?" Ask to see Ana's lethargic face.

Ana did not budge, she stepped forward slowly and buried her head into the chest of Franz's field so as to make him misbehave.

"You okay? Didn't you seem so excited this morning??" Franz asked again wrongly because the people around them seemed to start paying attention.

Franz then ventured to take the opportunity by hugging Ana tightly.

"You can tell me Ana. I'll listen to your grievances." she tried to calm Ana down.

While in the distance Louis who saw it was simply speechless. The words Ana said this morning kept ringing in her mind. He had to trust Ana. He had to close his eyes and ears. He had to trust Ana.

He constantly believed himself not to believe what he was seeing.

At the mansion that night, Ana sits across from Jane. This was the first time he had come to Ana's mansion.

"I heard you did good to Franz.. Have you decided to fight me now or do I think Ana??" Jane asked while looking around the mansion.

Ana just kept quiet and didn't budge.

"If you really can continue to obey me, I promise I will do very good to you Ana. You do not need to continue to fight me. It will only be in vain.." he said again.

"Did Mr. Zhou call you? He should have told you already.." this time he managed to attract Ana's attention. Before long Ana's phone rings turns out it's Mr. Zhou.

Ana immediately received the call.

"Hello.."

"Ms.Grey.your men have returned safely.they're all fine..I'll take them to T city for a while.."

Ana just kept quiet not responding to Mr. Zhou's explanation. He immediately turned off his phone.

"Take that as a gift from me because you've done Ana a favor.. I can give you more gifts if you marry Franz immediately.."

"Alright." answered Ana briefly without thinking long.

"really? You can't play me anymore Ana. You know what I can do, right? So you'd better really stop playing with me." - Jane timps in a threatening tone.

"Then I go first." said Jane immediately got up.

"What exactly is your relationship with Aunt Layla and Dominic??" The question turned out to make Jane stop her steps.

"Why did you suddenly ask? Are you starting to suspect Layla??" Jane asked again.

"Who are you really?" Ask Ana again with glassy eyes.

Ana let out a heavy sigh hearing the words after words from Jane. He was confused by Jane's words. What exactly is the relationship between the three of them. Why Aunt Layla seems so familiar with Dominic.

That night Ana sat on the terrace of her room facing the pool that had frozen, cold weather did not stop her from sitting there to relax. He continued to down his wine and enjoy his cigarettes until late at night. His body even felt frozen, but still he did not care.

His phone keeps ringing but he doesn't mind, he really doesn't care about anything right now. Until someone's voice diverts it.

"What are you doing out here Ana. You can freeze to death." cried Aunt Layla immediately enveloped Ana with the sweater she was wearing.

Ana looked at him sadly.

"Hey.. What's up? Let's go inside.." Layla pulls him into Ana's room. He immediately closed Ana's room

"Are you going to stay there if I don't bring you in???" Omel Aunt Layla is worried.

"I love you so much Bi. with the rest of my life." added Ana Lirih.

"I love you a lot too.. What happened??" He looked worried to see Ana.

"Nothing's wrong.I just miss you.." annoy Ana softly. He had a lot of questions on his mind. He ignored his intentions because he himself did not know where to start.

"Now you rest. Calm your mind.." Aunt Layla covered Ana who was already lying on the bed because her body felt limp.

"Bi." cried Ana clasped Layla's hand slowly.

"What's up??" Layla asked with a warm look that made Ana reluctant to ask anything else. He felt unprepared at this time to know something about his Aunt.

"I'm getting married soon.."

"A..what?? Married married?? With who?? What's with Louis??" Aunt Layla jumped in shock with Ana's statement just now.

"No. How can you assume I'm going to marry Louis??" Ana looked astonished by her aunt's guess.

"Because you just look so familiar with her..Who are you getting married to??"

"Grandma introduced me to someone.."

"Are you sure?? Isn't this too much of a hunt for Ana??"

"Didn't you want me to get married??"

"Yes..I mean of course married to the person you love.This is sudden after all.. You must not have known him for long, right??" Aunt Layla seemed very anxious about this.

"Auntie don't worry.Just pray that I live a long life and continue to live happily.."

"Of course, I always pray that you live a long life, always happy with the one you love Ana.."

"Thank you Bi.."
