Part 25: Office Gossip

Every morning Mr. Kim always put a work report and work schedule for the day and 2 days ahead at Ana's desk before Ana comes to the office.

But the morning view surprised him. His steps stopped, his eyes widened in shock to see Ana sleeping in the office. And even more surprising, he rested his head on the lap of Louis who also fell asleep on the sofa. Even Ana looked calm in her sleep. The living room table in Ana's office looked messy, there were 3 empty bottles of wine, the rest of their food and several bottles of soju and mineral water were empty.

"They must have stayed up all night and told me many things." muttered Mr. Kim happily inwardly.

Ana appears to be wearing a blanket that is Louis' longcoat, while Louis is asleep in a sitting position leaning back to the cushion of the sofa with his head turned up and mouth wide open.

Mr. Kim smiled sweetly at the extremely rare sight. He immediately came out of the room Ana decided to let them rest a little longer.

Drrt...

Ana snapped out of her sleep. He grabbed his mobile phone vibrating on the table. He immediately grabbed it with a head that felt heavy.

"Haloo.." answered Ana in a raucous voice.

"Where are you? You didn't come home last night??" Ask Aunt Layla worried.

Ana immediately got up from her sleep looking around, and was shocked to see Louis sleeping next to her.

"A.I was in the office all night Bi. I fell asleep here.."

"Oh my goodness, Ana, you must be very tired.I will be there to deliver clothes, food and vitamins to you." said Aunt Layla worried.

"No need Bi. I have a stock of change of clothes here. don't worry about me.." replied Ana half-whispering.

"Why are you whispering?? I didn't hear you clearly." Aunt Layla asked suspiciously.

"Let me call again.." Ana immediately disconnected her phone call and felt a little relieved.

He tried to slowly get up so as not to wake Louis up. He immediately walked out looking for Mr. Kim after realizing he saw the clock was already at 7.45 am.

"You've woken up Ms..Grey??" Greeting Mr. Kim with a warm smile.

"Why didn't you wake me??" Ana's grumpy grudge massaged her dizzy forehead.

"You look very tired Ms. Grey. I just planned to wake you up." replied Mr. Kim lying, but he would let Ana sleep even longer.

"I'll get ready and let Louis fall asleep first.."

"Well Ms. Grey.." nodded Mr. Kim slowly.

Mr. Kim and Ana whisper to each other while discussing some work and meeting schedules for the next few days in Ana's room. Ana, who had just finished meeting, immediately drank the juice from her mini-fridge to refresh her body. Previously he had eaten some bread from Mr. Kim and had taken his vitamins and hangover drugs.

Louis seemed to squirm and rub his eyes. He looked around in a semi-conscious state. Moments later his eyes widened when he found Mr. Kim and Ana sitting at Ana's desk discussing the file on his desk.

The two of them looked at the dumbfounded Louis without flinching.

"You awake??" Ana asked with a flat look.

Mr. Kim immediately exited Ana's room, giving them a little privacy.

"Why didn't you wake me??" His voice jumped in shock when he saw his watch had shown at 11:30 p.m.

"I woke you up. But you were angry with me.." replied Ana lightly reassembled her work file.

Louis was seen checking his phone and there were 75 missed calls from Mr. Dong and his assistant.

"Gosh.. I had a shooting this morning.." he cried frantically immediately packed up and put on his longcoat.

"I've contacted Mr. Dong. I said you're with me and asked for your shooting schedule at 2pm today.." again Ana looked very calm even though she wanted to laugh at Louis's frantic behavior.

"Be..really?? Ahhh !! Thank goodness.." Louis breathed a sigh of relief. After being in a state of panic, I saw a lot of missed calls from Mr. Dong.

"Let's have lunch soon.Let's have lunch together.later I'll have the driver take you to the shooting location.." take Ana kindly.

Louis looked at Ana in wonder. He looked different this morning, looking calm, warm and charming with his blazer peach stellan, plus his long wavy hair in high pigtails. "I'm taking the car.."

"Isn't that Louis?"

"Well, he's very handsome.."

"Are they dating??"

"They look very harmonious.."

"There's no way they're dating.."

"His good looks make me kinky.."

Various comments from staff and employees who whispered in the office cafeteria made Ana uncomfortable.

"Akh !! Their whispers made me nauseous." Anas grumbled softly piercing his meat skewer with chopsticks.

"Just let them comment.don't mind them.even I often hear malicious and very bad comments at all times.." said Louis who heard Ana's complaint.

"It feels like I want to sew their mouths with these chopsticks.." Ana turned to look at the gosipan voice with a deadly look. Suddenly everyone no longer dared to flinch.

"Stop being scary.you make me cringe." Louis chirped.

"Rapidly finish your meal.The driver and Mr. Kim are waiting for you below.." - timpal Ana no longer continues to eat.

"Why don't you eat your food??" Ask Louis in wonder.

"I'm full." answered Ana lying when she felt something was wrong with her stomach. He was sure that his liver was starting to have problems because of drinking too much wine.

"Are you on a diet?? Your body is so thin." Louis' comment made Ana look at him cynically and coldly. So that he managed to silence his mouth tightly.

Drrt...

Ana reached into her blazer pocket staring at the phone screen with a deadly face. Then immediately lift it.

"What do you want??" asked Ana threateningly.

At once Louis looked at him with a shocked look. Ana simply returned the gaze flat then shifted her body sideways, trying to avoid eye contact with Louis who kept staring at her.

"You can't threaten me." Ana replied again firmly and quietly. He doesn't want anyone else to listen. But suddenly he seemed to wander around the cafeteria with an anxious face.

"We'll see who ends up tragically.." Ana immediately turned off her phone in annoyance and put it back in her blazer.

"You okay?" ask Louis lirih.

"Hurry and finish your meal and get out of here soon." Ana replied suddenly cold.

He pensively for a moment.

"Did I interrupt your lunch? Looks like you guys have spent more time together, and he's actually very handsome.It's worth it that you fell for him." Dominic said on the phone earlier made Ana worry about Louis. Someone must be spying on them and reporting it to Dominic.

He couldn't get Louis involved with his problems.

A moment later Louis finished his meal. Ana immediately got up and pulled Louis' arm tightly. Louis is dragged trying to follow Ana's quick steps to the elevator. Ana pressed the elevator button in annoyance.

When the elevator doors opened, Ana immediately pushed Louis inside. Press the button to the lobby.

"What's wrong? Why are you so upset?" asked Louis curiously.

Ana's not budging. His gaze was cold and empty. As Ana's elevator opened, she pushed Louis out, greeted by Mr. Kim, who was standing by the elevator door.

"Go away. don't ever come here again. All work matters will be taken care of by my staff at your agency office.don't call or see me again for any reason.." ana's stern remarks to Louis made Mr. Kim also surprised.

Louis was silent to the petrification of a thousand languages hearing Ana's stern and cold words. Ana immediately disappeared from behind the elevator door. Louis looked at Mr. Kim who was in a row.
