Part 56: Like an angel
Tonight Ana comes home late at night as usual, this is a powerful way to avoid meeting Aunt Layla while at the mansion, the clock shows at 11.25 pm.
When out of his room, it turns out that Mr. Kim will also be preparing to go home. Mr. Kim usually comes home first from Ana, sometimes longer than Ana.
He is a hard worker and a workaholic. Plus he's also a bachelor, he lives only one kara. So she does admit that she fills her lonely free time by working and accompanying Ana.
"You're going to Ms. Grey??" He asked while packing when he saw Ana just coming out of his room.
"Hmm. I just finished.." nodded Ana quickly.
"Sir Kim.. Will you accompany me for a drink?" Ana asked with a slightly doubtful tone.
"Of course Ms. Grey.." nodded Mr. Kim quickly without hesitation.
"I know a good place that we have to visit. since a long time I want to take you there.." exclaimed Mr. Kim eager to take Ana somewhere.
They went in Ana's car, they continued down the city streets until Mr. Kim began to drive towards the road to the edge of the city, Ana who was sitting in the front passenger seat watching the street with a blank look, and then she looked at the road, Ana when going with Mr. Kim usually he will sit in the front seat, he is very reluctant to sit in the back seat.
It turns out that their destination is the favorite drinking place of Mr. Kim and Thommas first. The place was just an old tavern on the outskirts, it was far from luxurious, but from the outside it looked comfortable because it was not too crowded.
Mr. Kim parked the car and immediately went down followed by Ana.
"Me and Mr. Thommas often spend time together here." said Mr. Kim.
"My dad comes here often?" Ana asked closely to look at the place.
"Of course, we often come here together after work." nodded Mr. Kim led Ana inside. Of course, the owner of the store immediately warmly welcomed Mr. Kim with familiar.
"Have you not been here long?" Asked the middle-aged woman excitedly.
"Sorry Bi. I'm very busy this late Auntie.." Mr. Kim looked very polite to the old woman.
"This is the first time you brought a woman here? You should have taken her to a fancy restaurant, not here." seduced the woman.
Ana just smiled kindly without refuting.
"Ah. This is not what you think Bi. introduce this Ms.Grey, the daughter of Mr. Thommas.." said Mr. Kim introduced Ana. Ana looked smiling kindly.
"really??" Shocked away. "You're so pretty.. I'm sorry for the passing of Mr. Thommas and your mother." the woman held Ana's hand warmly.
Of course the woman knew, because the sad news of Thommas was broadcast in many media.
"Thank you Bi.." nodded slowly.
"Please sit.."
"This is usually Mr. Thommas will eliminate his saturation and fatigue.. He will tell a lot when drinking, and after that he said that he felt better." added Mr. Kim lirih while continuing to shadow the figure of Thommas.
"Thank you you were always there for my father." - Ana Lirih.

"Always hearing stories about you from Mr. Thommas, makes me feel like I know you so well, but of course what I think is very different from the real you.." mr. Kim was without hesitation.
"really? I am always beyond the expectations of many people.You must be disappointed to have to work with me.." Ana smiled.
"No. I don't mean Ms. Grey. I know you're very firm and hard unlike Mr. Thommas who is meek and patient.." obviously Mr. Kim wants to get the point straight.
"But you have a very good heart, you always hide the good that you do out there, but let others judge your ugliness.. I know how many orphanage children you foster and pay for their lives, and also do many other charities that are not highlighted by the media.."
"Why do I show my sincerity to the blind? I only show my sincerity to those who look at me with their hearts." Ana chuckled.
"I agree." nodded Mr. Kim laughing. "Now you look the same as Mr. Thommas, you are like angels who have saved many people." praise Mr. Kim sincerely.
"I did save a lot of people, but I also finished off a lot of people as well." Ana murmured inwardly.
They enjoyed having dinner together, exchanging stories with each other. Ana drinks only a few glasses of alcohol, while Mr. Kim does not drink at all because tomorrow they have a solid work agenda, especially Mr. Kim still has to drive a car.
On the way home Ana sat back quietly without flinching, when they had just told each other a lot, Mr. Kim did not look like his secretary, but like Dad to her. Mr. Kim is very mature and wise, sometimes he is able to make Ana calm and control her emotions, sometimes he helps Ana make decisions in working wisely when she is in a bad mood, without having to be angry like Ana's habits.
"Have you two made up?" Ask Mr. Kim to break the silence in the car.
"Who? Me and Louis?" Imbuh Ana is confused.
"You must be thinking about it. How can you think that it's about you and Mr. Louis.." teased Mr. Kim laughing.
"It turns out you've already started to play tricks on me." said Ana in a threatening tone.
Mr. Kim just laughed without understanding Ana's threat. "She looks very kind and attentive to you Ms.Grey.I can see her.."
"Don't I just have to be careful with good men? Sometimes a nice guy who would actually break my heart in a very painful way." said Ana lirih.
"He's different Ms. Grey. he's very sincere.." added Mr. Kim again.
"How much did he pay you to say this?? I'll pay you 3x to keep you quiet Mr. Kim." chirped Ana coldly.
Mr. Kim no longer flinching, he realized Ana really did not want to talk about Louis, but he really hoped Ana would be with Louis and not with Franz who obviously had played him.
Mr. Kim saw some photos of Franz at the nightclub on Ana's desk, as he put down some work files and tidied up Ana's desk at the time. He still does not know what Ana's plan is this time. But clearly he would strongly agree if Ana broke with Franz that brengs*k was.
