Chapter 75 {Time to Sleep}

 The topic of their conversation now turned to Yuuki.

Even though Midnight put her hatred on the man, she would still tell him the beginning of this strange conflict that ended until now.

“Actually, this conflict started happening nine years ago. Exactly when I was nineteen. And by then, I had married Megawave and adopted Carmine. Chloe shakes her head while permeating every conversation that Rara and Midnight make. “But, why did Yohan become Minji's girlfriend?”

“Entahlah. They started dating last year. First of all, because Minji's sister is in love with Yohan.” Reply Rara.

Suddenly, Midnight clapped her hands once while getting up from the chair and told the teenagers to sleep. Hearing Midnight's sleeping orders, everyone complained.

“Alright.. Though not yet sleepy.” Complaints Jacqueline.

“Iya, right?” chloe said after it evaporated.

“Good night everyone! Beautiful dreams yes!” midnight exclaimed excitedly, as he passed to another place towards his room.

“Why did you just contact me now?”

Elena instantly raised a call from a man named Ethan without a second thought. Lazily, he answered some of the questions Ethan asked him. The man named Ethan asks her condition, what Elena is doing right now, and where she is. And, Elena replied as she was currently experiencing. Sitting on a bed talking to a man on his cell phone.

Time showed at one o'clock and he still had trouble drowning himself in a dream. In short, he had insomnia.

“You didn't catch up with those kids?”

“I'll catch up with him but not now. Too dangerous.”

Elena nodded softly as she glanced at the doorknob of her room. Make sure that the handle is still in a state of silence.

“Iya. And again, Yuuki had already turned on all the dead Legend Aura. I still don't know how that guy did it. I'm also not sure about the species.” Beber Elena's. His eyes twitched to and fro, trying to recall some of the information he had obtained.

“Then, is Emma still there?”

Across the street, Ethan thought for a moment while permeating some of the information Elena had obtained. In fact, there are many things that plague Ethan's mind besides Yuuki. Ethan sighed heavily, then continued his conversation with Elena. “Elena. Tomorrow do you have time?”

“Entahlah. I also while following Yuuki's plan. Intar, if that guy gives me another mission, I'll let you know.” Reply Elena.

“I know.. Hey, Ethan.”

Ethan responds to “Iya” as soon as Elena calls his name.

After a short sigh, Ethan replied to Elena who sounded hesitant. The question about Midnight was already the 713th time Elena asked the same question every time they lost the topic to talk about. Yes, Ethan honestly still can't forget the memories of fourteen years ago. August the fourth, to be exact.

Long story short, Elena has a friend that she loves very much. His name is Aogata Yoru. Yoru is Elena's first friend. The one who accepts Elena for who she is. The one who wants to hear Elena's whole wild imagination, and the one who always gets rid of Elena's negative thoughts.

However, Yoru never once told her the problem. Elena was convinced that Yoru had a problem she wanted to tell her about. Therefore, Elena wanted to be a good friend to Yoru.

However, his wish was broken by the sad news delivered by his homeroom teacher on Monday morning. Her homeroom class guardian, Inohara's mother, stated the news of her death about Yoru.

The news was so sudden, that it made Elena sculpt as if she had just been struck by lightning. Before the news of the grief was told, Elena found Yoru's bench empty for three days. At first, he thought that his best friend was sick. But in fact, Inohara's mother declared alpha in Yoru's absence.

It was truly shocking news as well as painful. His heart felt squeezed. Sick but not bleeding. Pain that cannot be described with words.

A vase that housed three stalks of lily was placed on Yoru's table. Every time she remembered the flower, Elena's tears felt like spilling. Beauty that invites tears is not a compliment.

“Elena?” call Ethan a few minutes later.

“Ah, sorry. I just... Hiks... I don't know what else to do?”  elena sighed softly.

“Already... Already... I know it hurts. But for now, save your grief. Don't worry, I'll help you reveal the truth. I believe your best friend is still alive. Therefore, do not cry again, yes!” talk Ethan in a soft voice.

Just like Elena, Ethan was also feeling sad. Remembering Yoru is a good girl. When he finds out that his sister has a friend, Ethan is thrilled. A happy smile was engraved on his handsome face. Accompanied by laughter Elena who is very enthusiastic to tell a variety of funny things that she passed with her best friend.
