Chapter 185 {Season 2: Heartbreak}

The atmosphere outside the mall was inversely proportional to the one inside. Where inside the mall all visitors are fast asleep, while outside the mall, four-wheeled vehicles and two work well on the highway. People walk down the highway with their own routines.

After adjusting her breathing, Chloe again stepped in to find a place to call the Devil Mask. Afraid that Edward would bring spies to the mall, Chloe also chose a place that was quite crowded, namely a crossroads where vehicles queued waiting for the red light turned green.

Edward still vividly remembered the voices of the two of them as he said, “We know, you're vengeful for the girl. However, it's good, you bowed to Huke to make your life safe from Black Aura. He was not an indiscriminate Aura who would bother to waste his strength. If your fight is considered disappointing for him, then, finish your history,” after that followed by laughter from the blonde woman.

Before the move of Black Aura got closer to him, it had crossed Edward's mind about his plan to kill Chloe with the power of Aura that Yuuki had entrusted to him.

If it wasn't for Yuuki, he wouldn't have been able to fight until he put everyone to sleep. He will not be able to meet his stepbrother Chloe— who steadfastly left himself and his family. Actually, Edward felt fine if Chloe was not in his family circle. After all, his father loved him and his mother more than his biological children.

Edward chuckles. Not satisfied with her making Chloe suffer. After he finds out that Lucas has been away from Chloe for a long time, Edward feels like he wants more to ruin the girl's life.

“Their sadness is excessive somehow. But, that's what I like. Seeing the girl crying, suffering, feeling dumped. I like that drama. I like to see it that way. Even better if he was persuaded to end his life. Isn't seeing someone you don't like dying fun? Have you ever thought like that?” ask him on Black Aura.

Edward looked down and still chuckled. His voice sounded cold and sly. But, still for Black Aura the voice with such a tone was not something he needed to fear.

“Oh, so you hate Chloe?” black Aura asked finally opened her mouth.

Edward who was in sealed condition nodded. “Vietnam. On the other hand, I have no particular reason why I hate him. I just don't like to see a child live. There is nothing special about Chloe. I was curious, the reason his father got married again was probably because he was sick of taking care of his children who could not make him happy at all.

Black Aura frowned in wonder. For some reason, this man's mind seemed cruel to Black Aura. As it turned out, the Aura was cruelly defeated by humans like them.

Their thoughts about getting rid of others were no less powerful and sadistic than Aura.

Black Aura was still silent and listened to all the outpouring of the man's heart. No matter how sad the story was, Black Aura would not be moved and felt to help let alone comfort the man who had made her lover suffer.

Black Aura realizes that she is not directly involved in the conflict between Chloe and Edward. However, if given the choice of which side Black Aura would save, it was certain that she chose Chloe.

Because, the grudges that Chloe keeps are almost all from a wounded soul.

“You know, losing it hurts. Papa left me and went to find his real son. He left me alone with my mom. I feel like, not now that mom has to go. That's why I'm looking for a way to bring my mom back.

“Kukira, my mom actually left me. But, as it turns out, there was a kind girl who restored the soul of mama. He gave mama life.,” Edward's tears overflowed and fell profusely soaking the cold floor of the mall.

Unfortunately, Black Aura was completely untouched by the story and questioned who the girl who gave Edward's mother life was.

“Girl? She's Aura?” black Aura asked ignoring the sadness of Edward's heart.

Edward smiled faintly. “The girl who turned on mama is Huke.”

“Huke?” Black Aura was wide-eyed. But on the other hand, they want to laugh because Huke's real gender is male. It felt, eager for him to correct the man's words but afraid that this cold and gripping atmosphere was destroyed by shame.

“He's very kind. He also gave me half his strength. Don't worry, Huke's still alive. I know, you have a desire to kill Huke, don't you?”

“Then, where's Huke?”

For some reason, cold sweat ran down Black Aura's left cheek. His feelings were suddenly no desire coupled with a little spice from fear that disturbed his soul.
