Chapter 110 {Season 2: New Problems}

I don't know when this will all end? Black Aura could only stand by behind the library window covered by black curtains patterned on veronica flowers. With headphones that he rarely left because of his hobby that likes to hear songs, Black Aura looking for a song that can at least calm his mind.

Coffee that was full is now half left. Half of it ended up being a heater for Aura who drank the coffee.

“You wait outside! Don't log in!” midnight's command is accompanied by a sharp gaze that leads directly to Ethan.

In addition to thinking about Midnight, she was also worried about Elena who was currently still with Emma. His sister has not sent any messages. Midnight appeared suddenly with her clothes changed into a moon-symbolized black hoodie on her left chest. The woman also changed her round glasses which broke into new ones.

At first glance but not all, Midnight's room is really neat but dark. Ethan felt a chill in there. But, there's one thing Ethan wants to ask about Midnight's luxurious mansion. Purple flowers that he found in every corner of the room. Is it Midnight's favorite flower?

“Midnight...” call him slowly.

“What?”

“Flower in the corner of the room is your favorite?”

“Yes. Why indeed?” This time Midnight asked. His tone was reluctant to discuss the unimportant topic.

Ethan breathed a heavy sigh. “Forget it.. Not important either.” The man gave up on the question lodged in his head. He did not expect that his best friend really drastic change.

“If you have not dealt with my problem, mending go home. You're here just gonna bother me!” the Midnight Carcass suddenly.

Ethan was unable to believe what Midnight had just said. His body seemed to be struck by the fierce lightning of the rainy season with thick clouds of black cumulus. Just now the woman said something with a sarcastic and cold tone. Ethan's soft heart ached and tight. Ethan has promised to never leave his best friend again. He did not want his once very Midnightly existence to fade slowly in the blue eyes of the night.

Therefore, Ethan grabbed Midnight's arms while revealing all the contents of his heart that he had been holding so as not to be spoken at the wrong time and place.

“I…! I will keep you company until all this conflict is over! No matter how much you hate me, as a friend, I will accompany you Midnight! No papa want you to consider me trash though, I will stay by your side!” emphatically.

“Ethan... Cih! I said that because I don't want you involved!” midnight. His voice echoed along the dark passageway.

“It is precisely because of your ban that it will never make me back down! I already know that's what you want! But, letting a woman like you resolve a conflict that should have been resolved together makes me unable to bear it! I'm the only man who can't possibly finish it alone! Do you know what? The reason why Chloe and her friends are friends with your kids?”

In the brief pause of Ethan's speech, Midnight shook her head slowly even though she originally knew.

“Because of their bond! The fit and comfort they built together made it hard for them to endure feeling how tormented the breakup was. No matter how many enemies they will face, what attacks will attack them, and also what obstacles will overturn their steps, they will insist on getting involved because of that precious bond !”

Ethan's breath is unstable because it talks too much with a short pause. The man's grasp tightened and made Midnight feel a bit of pain. The glasses lady grimaced. Pain but his face could not be shifted in the other direction. I don't know why, because Midnight was comfortable with her current position.

Her chest feels hot. So did his eyes.

“You're not alone anymore, Midnight! I exist now! I'm in front of you now and I won't turn around again!”

“Then, if you lose your life how? Do you want to make me tormented because guilt has implicated you with this problem?” Midnight finally responded with tears welling up in her eyes. “As you know, I'm alone because I don't want to be tormented with that guilt! I hate regrets! I want to live a quiet life but it's hard to get!” and that's when her crying broke out. Midnight covered her face with both hands. His head bowed, not wanting to show how cute he was.

Ethan remained silent. “What are you sorry for? I'm proud that I could sacrifice to protect you.”

“Your sister is stupid!” gertak Midnight immediately made Ethan aware of his sister's position.

“Yes, you're proud to be able to protect me. I know you like me! But this is not how! You said Elena was depressed about losing me, right? Then, what if he loses you?!” with a raucous voice and breath choking on her sobs, Midnight desperately held her back so that her voice sounded stable in Ethan's ears.

Needless to say, Ethan had seen how depressed Midnight was with his life. Ethan catches a glimpse of the desire to end his life from the chaotic face of his best friend. Really, Ethan didn't expect Midnight's stress level to be at its peak. AKan but, what makes Ethan confused and embarrassed is, from Midnight knows that he put a liking on the woman with glasses round?

“Alright.. You won about Elena but, my resolve is already unanimous. I...” Ethan took a few steps closer to Midnight with both hands that he stretched out. The man was about to give his warmth to Midnight with a hug. Hopefully Midnight will not dismiss his good intentions.

As both of his arms were coiled and about to touch Midnight, a sword floated swiftly before them. Both Midnight and Ethan were surprised by the wind that was rushing across their faces. Suddenly, Ethan immediately distanced himself from Midnight and turned to the place where the sword came from.

His eyeballs glimpsed at how the sword looked. It was black and there were some dried blood spots on his sword. Ethan bristles to find out who owns the sword.

“Aura?” Midnight frowned cluelessly at the intent of the figure of Aura who had just thrown her sword in front of her face and Ethan. It was fortunate that the tip of the sword did not scratch their life rods.

The aura was standing in the middle of the passageway with their distance apart. His iron hands clenched hard signifying how unhappy Aura was about the presence of the man who was about to hug his mother earlier. In the silence of her and also the darkness of the passage, the Aura revealed its sharp gaze through its flaming violet bead.

Then Ethan remembered that the figure was Black Aura.

“Black Aura?” ethan's voice shakes with fear.

“Why are you here?”

“Eh?”

Midnight and Ethan were stunned to hear the question that Black Aura was making in front of them.

“Dia here for..”

Not to mention that Midnight spoke, a scythe of hers spun quickly before her with the target the owner had set, Ethan.

Ethan is surprised instead of playing quickly dodging to the side until he crashes into a small idle table. “What the fuck do you mean? I'm here because I want to help mom..”.

Still unsatisfied, Black Aura throws small knives at Ethan. The aura seems to care nothing about anything Ethan says other than getting rid of someone who once kept him apart from Chloe. Maybe he did it to avoid Chloe's view of the man named Ethan? I don't know…

“Hey, Black Aura!” midnight shouted this time her provoked anger. “Stop all those weapons! He's human!” and apparently, Black Aura did not pounce on Midnight's talk other than to continue his attack.

“Midnight is right, Black Aura. I'm not here to get into trouble. But... OH MY GOSH!!!” Ethan gets up and runs away from Black Aura who is suddenly chasing after him.

“Buntu?!” ethan chirps frantically finding a dead end in front of him. When he ran, he found a crossroad. Only, the panic that dominated his mind made him keep running straight until he found a dead end. “Sial! Akh!”

“Go!” shrieked Black Aura with his right hand that tightly grasped the nape of ethan to make the man asphyxiate.

Responding to that, of course Midnight could not stay silent other than to catch up with the two men and was forced to save Ethan.

“Ethan survive!” midnight exclaimed along with Silentwave who was already beside her, running in her footsteps.
