Chapter 181 {Season 2: Before Everything Shatters}

Chloe looked at the figure she thought she would never see again. Unfortunately, the estimate was wrong. Together with Black Aura, Chloe tightly hugged the Aura's arm and stepped slowly back. Both of his legs were shaking violently in disbelief at the sight he was seeing at this moment.

Why just now? That was the question that came to his mind.

“Aura, let's go,” shrewd Chloe.

A few minutes ago, Black Aura left briefly to ask permission from Midnight that they wanted to use the Carnater mirror to travel around for a moment in the real world. They were lucky that Midnight had accepted their request.

“But, don't be long! Our business is still not finished in Carnater,” Midnight said at the time.

Chloe the mangosteen heard from Black Aura that they were allowed to leave. “Then I go to sleep! Tomorrow we go into the real world. Hm, where did you sleep, Aura?” chloe asked slowly pulling her blanket and was about to close her eyes.

Black Aura smiled gently. “I didn't sleep tonight. There's a lot of things I need to check. Don't worry, before you have breakfast, I'm back at the mansion,” he said after that moving from the bed to the door. The aura waved his right hand slowly as a form of his small parting with Chloe at bedtime.

“Good Night...” whispered Chloe finally her consciousness was taken over the empty darkness.

The next morning, as Chloe was in the dining room, she was surprised to see Black Aura preparing breakfast with Aoi. Then, the two teenagers smiled realizing Chloe's presence on the doorstep of the dining room.

“Good morning, Chloe!” greet Aoi and Black Aura together.

Chloe noticed their breakfast menu this morning was fried rice and a few other sandwiches. It looks so delicious.

“Again, Ao. Morning Aura! All this you guys made? Wow!” chloe was amazed to see the efforts of the two teenagers in preparing breakfast.

“Actually the cook was Midnight, we were told to prepare his meal because of him..”.

“Busy,” Black Aura continues Aoi's words.

Chloe nodded in understanding, “That's it..” then smiled ignorantly upon learning that her estimate turned out to be wrong.

“Ah, humiliating! I thought you two were cooking,” his lips who then got a surprise attack in the form of bread that Black Aura threw right on his face that he had just climbed.

Suddenly, Chloe jumped back so surprised and even tripped by the foot of the dining table. Fortunately, the Black Aura who had teleportation ability instantly caught Chloe.

“Gosh! You're this is nothing?! Put on all the bread! What if my head hits the floor?!” chloe protest. His face paled because he thought he was going to die that morning. But apparently, his life was still saved by his girlfriend.

“Yes, break it,” replied Black Aura softly accompanied by a sweet smile which seemed terrible in Aoi's eyes.

Chloe froze hearing the answer from Black Aura. Soon enough, he quickly erased the strange thoughts he was spinning around and returned to the dining table.

This time the three of them sat in their seats. Surely lined up considering the shape of the Midnight dining table is rectangular. Breakfast was ready, drinks were also, and the rest were now waiting for the others to come down for breakfast together.

Chloe thought for a moment, in America later, about a good tourist spot for them to date where? Chloe looked at Black Aura who was listening to Aoi speak.

The male duo discussed one of the chefs in Japan that Aoi greatly admired. Aoi recounted all the achievements and expertise of the chef in cooking food from various parts of the world. Very talented is the point.

Chloe chuckled softly, Her heart was relieved because until now it was still able to gather with her friends and also with her new friends.

He did not expect to be friends with Midnight who was a lecturer at the campus itself. During this time, Chloe rarely greeted Midnight unless they were passing by on the same street.

After a few minutes of waiting, the three of them heard the sound of footsteps from some people about to approach the dining room. Then, Aoi, Black Aura, the, chloe quits their activities as Midnight and the others enter the dining room with a warm conversation in the morning from Okka and Kenzo.

Jacqueline also looks so familiar with them that this morning's topic doesn't feel boring to them.

“Lho, have you taken a shower, Chloe?” jacqueline asked slightly surprised by Chloe's fresh-looking appearance today. Usually the girl takes a shower around eight and a half.

Chloe grinned, “That's why I want to take a walk first to Chicago. Biologicals..”

Jacqueline returned the smile with a teasing look on her face. He knew what his best friend meant and chose not to know it further because, in their circle, there would be those who would secretly follow them and disturb their togetherness.

So, Jacqueline just said, “Happy huh! You two are a good fit! Don't waste your time too!” she said she cheered Chloe up in the morning with a light pat on Chloe's back.

Midnight who noticed Jacqueline's interaction with Chloe just smiled as she thought of some people whose problems to date have not been resolved.

Those people were Elena, Emma, Rara, and Yuuki. The loss of Legend Aura was all he had left to the Devil Mask. The rest will take care of those four issues.

Midnight believes that this problem will not be as easy as the Carnater problem he is dealing with.

“I want it now. If it will not be good,” firmly Chloe accompanied by a sweet smile.

Black Aura sighed softly, then obeyed Chloe's words.

Just as he was about to pick up the fork, Black Aura's hand accidentally collided lightly with Ethan. Reflex, Black Aura immediately distanced his hand from the man.

“Oh, sorry. I don't mean to bother you. By the way, your hands are cold too! I'm curious, if you and Chloe go hand in hand it must be cold,” god while chuckling.

“Eh? Yes, you wear iron gloves?” Kenzo chimed in to the point that his head was wailing indistinctly just for the sake of paying attention to Black Aura's hands.

“Ah, please do.. Instead of discussing it, I have an offer for you who want to go home quickly to earth.,” said Midnight change their topic of conversation.

“Heh? Quick racecourse? Who wants to go back quickly?” jacqueline and Aoi.

Midnight smiled then pointed at Chloe and Black Aura.

“Eh, do you want to go back quickly? Then the ritual?” ask Aoi.

“For a while, the ritual let me discuss with Megawave. You see, we can not carelessly playin ritual. Besides, I was thinking, you guys need some refreshing. So, I allow anyone who wants to go home for a walk or if it really wants to go home and not come back no problem,” explained Midnight excited.
