Fantasy Pristine: Our Bond

Fantasy Pristine: Our Bond
Chapter 4's

"I don't feel it! It was late afternoon..." Rara chirped when she realized the blue sky above them had been painted by the orange twilight sunlight.

She and Chloe were sitting on a garden chair right in front of people who were busy walking towards their house. The two girls hands were clutching a glass of boba that seemed to be about to vanish inside their stomachs.

"Books earlier... I like the story. But, I still don't understand those Auras. I am still confused about their origins. I think it's like there's something the author's hiding." Comment Rara. The contents of the book had crossed his mind.

"Surprisingly, I couldn't find the author's name even the publisher's open name. Is there only one book in the world or is the content of this book just the author's plan before he makes a novel?"

"But, time is right? Sketch writing this much? It even comes with pictures and a full explanation. I guess..."

Rara hung up her sentence then glanced at Chloe who at the same time also looked at Rara's face.

"Don't the Carnater world really exist?" yell them together and end it with their laughter.

"Don't you think the author is in another world?" added Chloe.

"Together with Black Aura, Devil Mask, and his other family?" followed by Rara who was also excited to respond to Chloe's speech just now.

"They fought against Legend Aura!"

"With the writer who was being protected by one of his family members!"

The pair of girls showed off their smiles and plucked their fingers.

"The fantasy he wrote was completely pure from his experience!" yell at the two of them again.

"Great... I wish I could meet the author and she told me about her experience in the fantasy world she was in." Rara looked at the calm orange sky.

A gust of wind blew through some of their hair strands and added beauty to their faces. The smile they showed was really beautiful so it was very fitting to welcome the cold black night sky.

"Black Aura's..." Chloe subconsciously mentioned the name without taking her eyes off the sky. His heart felt calm after passing 10 hours with his best friend Rara. Very precious time.

"You know? Black Aura is an Aura that endures the pain of a human being. Whether he loves the pain or the pain that makes him stronger?

"But if you remember his name... My pain has been nothing to me. I felt something in my pain. Is it okay, from a distance there Black Aura can feel my pain and sadness?"

Rara rounded her eyes somewhat surprised. Knowing his best friend who he used to know as a girl who hated pain and always tried to escape the pain he experienced.

Crossing her mind, Chloe's figure in the Junior High School Scout uniform was sitting far away from her. The bench next to her belonged to Chloe. However, one of their friends occupied the bench and claimed it as his bench.

"Chloe... Know it? Each pain has its own meaning. Like you, I find it hard to accept pain. I don't even want to be stuck in my pain. But anyway... That pain will lead me to become a better person.

"I guess, the author's goal is to present the figure of Black Aura so that we can accept our pain. Yes, we do not accept it directly. But, there must be a time when we will understand the meaning of the pain." Clearly Rara with a soft voice.

"I think you're right. But, I really hated that time. Minji, he has ruined my playing time with you, Ra. He tortured me. Honestly, I hate him." Reveal Chloe with tears that have piled heavily on her left eye.

"I think you guys were talking about me at the time. You guys must be talking about me from behind, right? Say it! Me! On the new bench, try hard to blend in with the girls sitting next to me and...! It made me forget you guys." Chloe continued with her fast-flowing left tear drenching her left cheek.

Rara was silent a thousand words. The incident happened just before their school held a national exam. Just because Minji-someone who thought of him as his sister was willing to snatch Chloe's bench.

He was reminded of the topic of conversation that at that time was about Chloe who suddenly ignored them since her stool was seized by Minji.

"Yes. We were talking about you at the time. B-but, believe! I always support you and defend you. They did this because they wanted to get close to me. I know they're after me and it's hard for me to turn them down. I'm..."

"We both want reality to be better. There is no conflict. No one bickers because of trivial problems. I know you were quiet so that everyone wouldn't get into a fight. I-i know. I understand my pain. I understand your pain. So we decided to be quiet."

"Chloe... You're..." Rara closed her eyes filled with the words Chloe.

Chloe glanced at Rara without hiding her two puffy eyes.

"You... You really are my best friend. You understand me the most. You're fighting loneliness and I want to get closer to loneliness. Know it? I'm tormented if I have to choose between you and the others." Rara. His voice sounded hoarse from crying.

Chloe did not respond other than smiling and sharing a hug with Rara. Letting Rara blend in with her embrace and shed her sorrow in the past.

"Come here... Despite the pain, I now realize that pain is what makes us understand each other."

"Hiks... Chloe's... Please, promise me we will continue to be friends until death comes our way. You will still be my best friend. You're... Of all the people I know, only you understand me." Rara literally shed her tears.

He did not care about the sight of people who were astonished to see the look of those who were muddled by tears.

"I will always be there for you. Even though I already have Aoi, I will never forget you." Chloe's embrace tightened her best friend's body.

"Me too! I'll steal time to share the pain with you... Hicks." Rara retaliates with much more rushing tears flowing from Chloe. Until then, he decided to stretch his arms and chose to look at his best friend once more.

Rara put both her hands on Chloe's shoulders and said, "Chloe! Remember these words! Aoi is your best friend too. Take care of her and love her as much as you love me.

"You only have me and Aoi who care about you. I'm sure he's a good guy. As long as there is no me, please stay with Aoi and share anything with her.

"Remember, too, the book you found... Please keep it well. I'm sure whatever's in that book is pure. I want you to write a fantasy novel, too. I want to read your novel no matter what. I know that wanting does sound coercive..."

"I'll do it!" chloe's firmness makes Rara fixated straight on her.

"I'll keep my promise. If I meet Black Aura, I will write him down in my story and then tell you! So, please be patient, okay?"

Rara nodded steadily while showing off her little finger to Chloe. "Promise me!"

"I promise."

Finally, their fingers hugged each other tightly as proof of their promise under the beautiful night sky filled with dazzling stars.

From a distance, someone watched them in silence. The two violet eyeballs displayed the shadow of a pair of girls who were about to leave the garden chair.

"so yeah... Pain does not just give me strength. But it can also strengthen your bond. Huft..." The teenager turned around after looking at the two girls from behind the window of the store that had long closed.

After spending the past few minutes exploring every corner of this foreign city, he decided to follow in the footsteps of the two girls and listen to their words about the pain.

Frankly, he was happy with the topic of the two girls' conversation.

"The world is too colorful. I see a lot of miracles here. I don't know why the pain in this world can easily tighten their bond?"

No one answered the question. The teenager rushed out of the store and focused on his mission.

"After the mission this time is over, I'll come to you..."
