Episode 8
Inside the room, Gwen tries to calm Lily down.
“My mother is really devastated now.2 The most important man in my life must be willing to let go of one of them.” said Lily while still sobbing sobbing sobbing crying.
“Lily, do you remember that necklace you gave me in the hospital?”
“Iya Mother, I still keep it well.”
“Once, your Grandma was against your Mom and Dad's relationship just because your Dad was a military member.”
Lily immediately stopped crying and was curious about her mother's story.
“Then how did Mom convince Grandma?”
“When your dad gets a day off, your dad always takes the time to come home. The first person your father met was Grandma.”
Lily was very enthusiastic to hear the love story of her father and mother first. Lily seemed to get the spirit again because of her parents' past stories.
Lily went to Alfred's apartment.
“I'd better leave early for Alfred's apartment, so I'm not late for work.” Lily murmured.
On the way Lily was very anxious about what would happen later to her. Arriving at Alfred's apartment, Lily meets Elizabeth in the lobby.
“Hai Liz, how are you?” ask Lily.
“Oh hi Lily I'm good, you want to meet my sister?” ask Elizabeth.
“Iya, does he exist?”
“Yes he's upstairs, you just go up. I'm in a hurry now, see you again.”
Elizabeth then leaves Lily in a hurry.
Arriving at the door, Lily did not immediately hit the bell. Lily was still hesitant and also scared. While being confused, the door suddenly opened. Lily was surprised to see Alfred.
“Lily... Have you come? Come on in.” said Alfred.
Lily then goes inside followed by Alfred who walks behind Lily.
“Sit down first, I'll go downstairs for a bit to buy a beer. You wait here.”
“Alfred, I won't be long. Can you buy a beer later?”
“Why are you in such a hurry? Where are you going?”
“I'll go fix my phone and then to Lion Cafe.”
“You don't need to fix your broken phone.”
Alfred then walked to his room. Alfred gave Lily a new phone.
“This you just wear. I've bought a new phone for you.”
“No... No need. I just fix my broken phone.”
“I bought this for you, you wear it. Don't reject this command!”
“Alfred please don't set me up, I can fix my phone!”
Alfred then fell silent to hear Lily yelling at him.
“Sorry that I offended you. I just don't want to bother you.” Lily said
“Have you eaten?”
“Not yet, I'm hungry. Come on Alfred we eat out.”
“What do you want to eat?”
“Anything of origin with you.”
Lily and Alfred then leave Alfred's apartment to find food.
“How about we eat sushi? Do you like it?” ask Lily.
“Hmmm alright.”
Lily showed me her favorite sushi restaurant.
“Alright, we've reached Lily.”
“Let me treat you this time.”
“Wah, what event is Lily?”
“There is no event, I just want to treat you. Should there be a new show I can treat you?”
“Not so, let's go in.”
Lily ordered her favorite food for Alfred and herself. Once the food was ready, they enjoyed the meal.
“How does it feel? Enable?” ask Lily
“Iya tasty. You're smart to also choose good food.”
“Of course hehehe.”
They then continued to enjoy the food until it was finished.
“Lily, please accept my given phone. Your phone broke because of me. It is my responsibility to replace it. I beg you not to refuse my gift.”
After thinking about it, Lily also agreed to accept Alfred's cellphone.
“I'm sorry I ruined your phone. I don't know what's wrong with you. I work not feeling calm because I do not know you.”
Lily held Alfred's hand.
“I should be apologizing to you, these few days I'm thinking a lot. I sent you a message but you didn't reply.”
“Lily, you have to understand. I work and meet with my clients. Sometimes I turn off my phone because I don't want anyone to interfere with my meeting with them. I hope you understand me.”
Lily and Alfred then returned to Alfred's apartment.
“Where is your broken phone? Let me help you move your card.”
Lily opened her bag and looked for her broken phone.
“This is his phone.”
Then Alfred moved Lily's card to his new phone.
“It's done, you use it well yes this phone.”
“Of course, this is from you.”
At the restaurant you said you were thinking a lot, what were you thinking?”
“Hmmm is okay, not so important to talk about.”
“Lily, talk to me. Are you still mad?”
“No... I just don't want to talk about it right now.”
In between Alfred and Lily's conversation, Alfred's phone rang.
“Hallo Mom, what's up?” ask Alfred.
“Alfred don't forget to have dinner at home tonight. Did Liz tell you?” ask Jennifer.
“Iya Mom, Liz was here and told me. I'll come.”
“Good, see you later tonight.” Jennifer said and hung up.
“But that was my mother, you don't get jealous.” joked Alfred.
“Ti .. No I'm not jealous. Ahhh I almost forgot, who is the woman you were with at the festival?”
Alfred did not answer Lily's question and laughed out loud.
“You're jealous of him, right? Don't fib. I know now you're jealous.”
“Iya I am indeed jealous of the woman you were with at the festival! You didn't return my messages all day anyway! I'm pissed at you, which is why I blocked your number!”
“All the people who were with me at the festival were my new cousins from Canada. That's why my mom's having dinner together at home tonight. You can come, right?”
“Sorry Alfred I have to work.”
“Relax, I've contacted Lion Cafe if you're permission not to work tonight.”
“Hah??? In seriously? How could? Manager Lion Cafe is very fierce.”
“I spoke directly to the owner of Lion Kaffe. You'll also meet him later tonight.”
“That means the owner of Lion Cafe is your cousin?”

“Where are we going Alfred?”

Alfred took Lily to a place still kept secret by him. Then Lily went to the famous boutique in the city. Alfred quickly chose a dress for Lily to try.
There are 2 dresses of choice Alfred, the first maroon red dress made from satin with a low cleavage with short sleeves.
Both long dresses are black made of suede with long-sleeved square neck pieces and there is a hemisphere in the thigh.
“Lily you try these 2 dresses, I'll see which one is suitable for the event later tonight.”
“Well I'll try.”
Lily tried the first dress, Lily looks so beautiful, sexy and elegant. Alfred then took his phone and photographed Lily.
“Now you try the other dresses, I'll compare.”
Lily changed into the second dress. As soon as Lily opened the curtain, Alfred was so fascinated to see Lily's beauty. Lily looks so beautiful and graceful.
“OK alright, you wear this dress only.”
Alfred paid for the dress and they both went to Jeniffer's favorite beauty salon.
“My mother used to come here, so I memorized this place.” Alfred explained.
Before Lily thought negatively, Alfred immediately explained.
“Oh yes? Is Elizabeth here too?”
“Maybe, I don't know.”
In just 30 minutes they put on Lily's face and got her hair done. Lily was very happy to see her appearance in the mirror. Lily and Alfred immediately left the place and went to Alfred's parents' house.
On the way Lily was so nervous because she was going to meet with Alfred's extended family.
“You why Lily? Why is your face like that?”
“Ti .. No I'm just nervous. You don't stay away from me later.”
“Don't be nervous darling, I'll always be next to you.”
This is the first time Alfred called Lily with the designation “sayang”. Alfred is in love with Lily.
“Lily, how about you stop working at Lion Cafe?”
“Then where do I work? You are just-nothing.”
“Work with me, will you?” kanda Alfred's.
During the trip they talked a lot. Alfred told me all the members of his extended family were going to have dinner together later.
