Episode 42

All of Alfred's family and Lily gathered to enjoy their dinner. Jennifer is very happy Lily can be back in the middle of her family.

Lily hasn't had time to finish her meal, she's got a call from Meghan. Lily quickly moved away from the dinner table to receive the call from Meghan.

“Hallo .. Lily where are you? Why didn't you come to work?” ask Meghan.

“Gosh! Sorry Meghan. I forgot not to tell. Looks like tonight I can't come to work.” Lily said.

“If you don't want to work here, you say so! Don't be a hassle like this.”

“Sorry, Meghan. Alright I'll come tomorrow.”

“No need! You are no longer needed at Dragon Cafe.”

Meghan hung up on me. Then Lily returned to the dining table with a sad face.

“Who called you, Lily? Why is your face so moody?” ask Alfred.

“I forgot to tell Meghan if I couldn't come to work. Then he got mad at me and dismissed me.” Lily replied.

“Indeed where are you currently working, Lily?” ask Jennifer.

“I work at Dragon Cafe, but now the manager dismissed me.” Lily replied.

“You don't grieve like that, your singing career is about to start right? So you don't worry if he stops you.” Alfred said.

Then they all continued their dinner. Alfred's family loved Lily, Jennifer and Daniel had even prepared a house for Alfred and Lily if they were married later.

When they finished, they all gathered in the living room to talk.

“Why is your face moody like that, Lily? What are you thinking?” ask Daniel.

“Ti ... No. I'm not thinking about anything.” Lily replied in a stammer.

“Don't worry if you're laid off from your job. That means you're not a match for the job. Maybe God is preparing the best for you.”

“Iya, Uncle. Hopefully.”

Daniel then left them because there was some work to be done as soon as possible.

“Lily ... Alfred ... How about we have your engagement party this weekend?” ask Jennifer.

“No problem, Mom. I'm just following. What about you, Lily?” ask Alfred.

“I also follow.” replied Lily.

“Well then, I'll start inviting some friends and colleagues. Mom is very excited.”

Then Jennifer went to her room. In the living room only Alfred, Lily and Elizabeth remained. They decided to watch a horror movie.

Just 30 minutes of watching, Lily was already feeling sleepy.

“Alfred ... What if we go home now? I'm already sleepy. Tomorrow morning we have to go to Jonathan's studio. We can't be late.” Lily said.

“Alright, I called Dad and Mom first.” Alfred said.

Alfred then goes to his parents' room to let them know that he and Lily are going home.

“You want recording huh?” ask Elizabeth.

“Iya, Liz. Hopefully everything goes smoothly.” replied Lily.

“I pray you can succeed in becoming a famous singer. I'm so proud of you.”

“Thank you, Liz.”

Before long Alfred and his parents came, Lily then said goodbye to go home with Alfred.

After about 45 minutes of travel, Alfred and Lily have arrived at Lily's house. Alfred then woke Lily from her sleep.

“Lily ... Lily .. Wake up. We have arrived.” said Alfred while gently rubbing Lily's cheek.

It seemed Lily was too sound so Alfred had to carry her to the room. Alfred patiently took off Lily's shoes and covered Lily's body with a blanket.

While Lily is asleep, Alfred goes to the mini market to buy some beer for her. Alfred then returned to Lily's house.

Arriving at Lily's house, Alfred was surprised that Lily was already in the living room.

“You from anywhere?” ask Lily in a tinge.

“I bought a beer in the mini market, why did you wake up?” ask Alfred.

“Who told you to buy beer? You're this!”

Alfred then put his beer on the table and sat down next to Lily. Alfred tried to calm Lily down so as not to get angry at her.

“Some days I don't drink beer, occasionally can I?” rayu Alfred's.

“Why didn't you tell me first?” ask Lily in anger.

“Have not been angry like that, your beauty can be lost if you are angry. Sorry yes dear.”

“Other times you have to tell me if you want to buy beer!”

“Alright, next time I'll tell you if I want to buy a beer. But now smile first. Don't be mad at me yeah, tomorrow you have to practice singing.”

“What's his business getting angry with singing exercises?”

“If you get angry later your beautiful voice can be lost. Now try smiling sweetly at me.”

“You're like talking to a child. I want to go back to sleep. You can't spend all this beer. Save rest. Just watch out if you spend it all.”

“Siap Mr. Princess. I'll keep a few bottles of beer. Please Mr. Princess sleep first.”

Lily smiled as she looked at Alfred's silly behavior that continued to seduce her. Then he went into the room and slept.

While Alfred sat in the living room and enjoyed the beer he had just bought. He only drank 3 bottles, 7 other bottles he kept in the refrigerator.

Not feeling the time has shown at 1 pm, Alfred began to feel sleepy and then he followed Lily to the room.

She lay down next to Lily and looked at Lily who was asleep. Alfred rubbed Lily's hair gently and held her hand.

Alfred closed his eyes and fell asleep beside Lily while holding Lily's hand.

The next morning, Lily awakens and is shocked to see Alfred asleep next to her.

“Why can he be next to me?” inner Lily.

Lily then walked out of the room and prepared milk and sandwiches for breakfast.

About 10 minutes later, the food was ready. Lily went into her room to wake Alfred up.

“Alfred ... Alfred .. Wake up. Breakfast is ready. Let's eat first.” said Lily while patting Alfred's body.

Alfred began to open his eyes slowly, then he pulled Lily's hand until Lily fell on the bed. Alfred hugged Lily tightly and kissed her forehead.

“Let's get up, breakfast is ready. After that we have to prepare to go to Jonathan.” studio Lily said.

“Alright, I'll wash my face first.”

Lily then came out of the room and sat waiting for Alfred in the dining room, while Alfred went to the bathroom to wash his face.

When it was over, Alfred immediately caught up with Lily who was waiting for him. Then they both enjoyed the breakfast Lily had prepared.
