Falling In Love With Drunk

Episode 43

Time has shown at 9am. Lily was getting ready to go to Jonathan's studio, as was Alfred. Looking at Alfred who was standing in front of the mirror, Lily immediately hugged him from behind.

"Look at you, you're so handsome." praised Lily.

With a sweet smile Alfred replied "I have indeed been handsome since birth hehehe. You look beautiful too."

"I've been beautiful since I was born." Lily replied to Alfred with the same joke.

"Am I ready, are we leaving now?"

"Yes, we should leave early. I also sent Jonathan a message earlier today if I'd come earlier."

"All right, let's go now."

Alfred brought 1 bottle of beer without Lily's knowledge. Then they get into the car to head straight to Jonathan's studio.

This morning the streets were not so crowded and the weather was a bit cloudy.

"Are you carrying a thick jacket? It's going to rain" Alfred said.

"I didn't bring, hopefully it won't rain" Lily said.

After 20 minutes of travel, the two of them reached Jonathan's studio. They are immediately greeted by Jonathan and his comrades. Lily is then directed towards the recording room while Alfred waits in the lobby at Jonathan's behest.

"Where is Alfred?" ask Lily to Jonathan.

"Better he's just waiting outside, I want you to focus more. You want to be a successful singer, right? You follow my instructions." Jonathan said.

With a heavy heart, Lily obeyed what Jonathan said. He started singing some songs belonging to famous singers that he liked.

The bored Alfred just waited, then he went out and got into his car. He took out the beer he was carrying, and drank it while. Alfred started his car and walked around Jonathan's studio.

Alfred noticed there was a bar around there, he immediately stopped his car and got inside the bar. Alfred ordered a beer for her. He was in the bar for a long time until he realized he had spent 10 bottles of beer there.

Back to Jonathan's studio ...

"Alright, Lily. You sing so well as always. After this listen and learn the song that Sean has created for you" Jonathan said.

"Thank you Jonathan and the others. I'll try to learn that song at home. Now I'm saying it." said Lily.

"Thank you for today, Lily. The day after you come back to practice. See you soon."

Lily comes out of the recording studio and immediately looks for Alfred waiting in the lobby, but she is surprised to not see Alfred there. Then Lily came out, she didn't see Alfred's car either. Lily immediately took her phone and called Alfred.

"Chelle, Alfred. Where are you?" I asked Lily in a panic.

"You're done, huh? All right, I'll pick you up. Wait for me, you're not going anywhere." Alfred replied casually.

While Lily was waiting for Alfred to pick her up, Jonathan, who was also leaving the studio, was amazed to see Lily still there.

"Not yet, I was waiting for Alfred to come pick me up." Lily replied.

"Didn't he just wait for you in the lobby?"

"You think he can accompany me? Why did you ban him and ask him to wait in the lobby?" lily asked with a slight annoyance.

"I think it's best, right? That's just to keep you focused. You should be more professional later."

Alfred soon arrived at Jonathan's studio. From inside the car, she sees Lily talking to Jonathan. He begins to get annoyed with Jonathan who seems to dislike his presence.

"You deliberately told me to wait in the lobby because you wanted to get close to Lily, right? You dick!" inner Alfred.

Alfred got out of the car and immediately pulled Lily's hand to get into his car. Lily seemed to know if Alfred was angry, so she could only remain silent.

"Where have you been? I'm sorry to you that Jonathan didn't let you accompany me during the training. But I've reprimanded him. Please don't be angry." Lily said with a pity.

"It seems like he had planned it. He might still have a grudge against me because I had hit him at the coffee shop back then" Alfred said.

"Here you go, you better forget about it. I'll tell him that if I practice later, you should be by my side."

"It doesn't need to be like that, nor am I willing to put my foot in his place again. I'll take you and then go home. When I'm done, I'll pick you up."

"Alright then, but you don't get mad at me. Face here and smile at me."

Alfred gave a smile to Lily and kissed her hand. Lily was relieved that Alfred was a little able to control her anger.

"How about we go to your parents' house?" pinta Lily's.

"For what? Let's just go home to your house. I'm so sleepy, I want to sleep." replied Alfred.

"All right then."

Arrive at Lily's house. Alfred went straight into the room and laid his body on the bed. Alfred could not resist his drowsiness because he had drunk a lot of beer earlier.

After seeing Alfred fall asleep, Lily lay down next to Alfred and rubbed Alfred's hair. Lily smelled alcohol on Alfred

"It seems he was upset that Jonathan had been forbidden to accompany me. But you shouldn't have gone for a beer." Lily's inner as she rubbed Alfred's hair.

Lily hugged Alfred tightly. He feels his love for Alfred is growing due to Alfred's change in attitude towards him. Moreover, they will soon be engaged, Lily felt very happy. Although both of her parents are in other countries, Lily feels she has a new family. He was treated well by Alfred's family.

"A lot of things we've been through together. Sad, happy, difficult and happy we all went through. I hope we'll be together until we're old." Lily looked at Alfred's sleeping face.

Lily got out of bed and out of her room. He went towards the kitchen because he felt very thirsty. Lily saw there were some bottles of Alfred's beer there. He picked up 1 bottle of that beer then enjoyed it in the back garden. His mind is not because of Jonathan's treatment of Alfred when in the studio earlier.

"If he won't allow Alfred to accompany me, then I won't continue to train with him. I don't want Alfred to feel unhappy about his treatment." Lily murmured

Lily immediately finished her beer and returned to the room. His head was a little dizzy because he was not used to drinking beer. Lily was lying on the bed right next to Alfred, she hugged Alfred then closed her eyes. It didn't take long, Lily was asleep.
