Chapter.62 Lucas

Due to their limited time in Sydney, Sabrina and Fabian only went to Araluen for two days. He stayed at Aunt May's for one night. Even so, it was enough to treat the longing Sabrina who had not met her caregiver for two years.

It doesn't feel like they've been in Sydney for a week. The days passed with monotony, because every day Sabrina just spent her time at home like before. Once he went to his florits which turned out to be well managed by Paul and Caty. Sabrina was happy, at least his business used to still go on even though other people were running it. It turned out that every month Caty gave a report to the person who was told by Sergio Ramos to supervise the store.

In two days, Sabrina and Fabian will return to Indonesia despite Sergio's prevention. Sabrina's father-in-law wants her son to lead his company back as CEO at Dream Land. However, Fabian still has responsibilities and employment contracts with the company where he works there. At least he had to finish his responsibilities and then he resigned and settled back in Sydney.

To be honest, Fabian really hopes to start his marriage from the beginning again. Sabrina, is the right woman to go with her. Since Sabrina's rejection that night, Fabian was not necessarily desperate. He kept trying to take the heart of the woman he felt was very fast for him to defend.

Although not yet overtly accepted, but Fabian can feel if Sabrina re-open the heart for him. They slept together in one bed, although nothing happened on that bed and Fabian understood that.

They are used to talking like a couple in general. One week together made their relationship undergo a significant change. The thing that makes Fabian feel like getting a fresh breeze. Slowly he would regain Sabrina as his full wife.

Tonight, Fabian took Sabrina for a walk. Enjoy the beautiful city of Sidney at night. Things Fabian had never done before. He wanted to make Sabrina happy before returning to Indonesia.

A romantic dinner at a fine dining restaurant was deliberately chosen by Fabian because this was his first dinner with Sabrina. He really wanted a formal impression at this dinner. Restaurant with western menu, felt Fabian suitable for his first dinner with his wife.

"You're seriously bringing me here?" Sabrina was quite surprised when they got out of the car and saw the famous fine restaurants in her city. It was only fitting for Fabian to prepare a dress for her and ask Sabrina to wear it. Apparently they'll enjoy dinner formally.

Fabian nodded. "I want to give you the best." Fabian smiled, then extended his hand to Sabrina.

In order to return Fabian's smile, Sabrina also covered her lips with a sweet smile and welcomed the man's hand. They walked into the restaurant. A luxury was instantly presented before Sabrina's eyes. From restaurant decor to service, everything looks classy.

Fabian guided Sabrina to sit down, then ordered the menu they wanted. While waiting for their order came Sabrina asked, "What is this not so much. I can enjoy dinner at a fast food restaurant. It doesn't have to be like this."

"Because I have a purpose." Fabian's smile implied something that Sabrina could not guess until the woman's forehead frowned.

Fabian pulled something out from behind his suit. A blue velvet box. He thrust the small box slowly in front of Sabrina.

Sabrina with her serious face stared at the box. From the shape of the box Sabrina could guess if it was a ring. "Don't tell me you want to propose to me?"

Fabian laughs. "I didn't propose to you. I just gave you a gift. I want to give you something of my own work, and this is my work."

Because Sabrina never took the box, Fabian again grabbed it. Open the box and take it. He grabbed Sabrina's hand and pinned the diamond-studded ring on her finger.

"I'm not sure you didn't ask for a reward for a ring this expensive" Sabrina said, looking at the diamond glow on her ring finger.

"Do you really want me?"

Fabian was serious. "Well, I really want you back. I'll keep fighting for you until we get back together."

Sabrina kept looking into her husband's eyes. To further investigate the truth of the words that the man revealed.

"Excuse me," said the waiter who came to prepare their order.

Sabrina and Fabian stopped their previous serious conversation and made room for the waiter to serve their food. After that they enjoy dishes ranging from appetizers, main menu to desserts. They both ate quietly and did not discuss anything serious, only comments about the taste of the food they ordered.

Before returning home, Fabian is allowed to go to the toilet while Sabrina is still waiting at their table. Sabrina was busy playing her phone while waiting for Fabian to return.

"Fabian," said someone Fabian knew when he just came out of the toilet. "How are you?" ask the man in a style that has never changed in the past. Imperious.

"Lucas."

"It turns out my sister still remembers her brother, too" she told Fabian.

Seeing Lucas' unchanging style made Fabian lazy to serve the man. He chose to leave his stepbrother who had been expelled two years ago by his father.

"Hey, why are you in such a hurry. You haven't even greeted your sister."

Fabian doesn't care, but Lucas tries to catch up. "I want to tell you a secret that your father has been hiding for years from you, and it's about your wife."

Hearing him Fabian immediately stopped. Lucas approached him and whispered something to Fabian. Fabian's eyes were perfectly rounded, his legs suddenly limp hearing Lucas' confession about his father. He looked at Lucas angrily and thought the man was lying to him.

"I'm not lying, if you don't believe just ask your father. He hid the truth from you until you got caught up in marriage with that girl."

Fabian, who has been holding back his anger since, can no longer hold back when Lucas calls Sabrina a girl. Spontaneously, he overflowed anger at what Lucas said by hitting the jaw of the older man.

The unprepared Lucas was only able to withstand the heat and pain in his jaw due to Fabian's blow. Even so he did not reply in the slightest. Lucas glanced at Fabian's departure, which pulled Sabrina out of the restaurant.

He laughed winning. This time he believes there will be a split between father and son that makes his life a mess.
