Conquering Husband

Conquering Husband
Chapter.36 Losing you

A disheveled face, a confused mind, a disheveled heart. That's the picture of Fabian at this time, the emotions that had been ruled had not subsided. The man kept his car running, away from the vile desire that now controlled the heart.

Without direction without purpose. Only the desire to get away from Sabrina kept him going. There is anger in him, because of the immoral actions he did.

He continued to drive down the streets of Sydney until he was tired and pulled over his car by the side of the road. Fabian yelled inside his car, angry with himself. How could he behave like a villain to Sabrina.

Fabian propped his head up on the steering wheel, lowered his head and closed his eyes. Blaming himself who could not resist emotions, if he had always been rude to Sabrina and it felt ordinary, but this time it was very different. He could not forgive himself for what he had done to Sabrina, forcibly enthroning the woman made him worthy of being called a criminal.

From the side of the road, Fabian directs his car to an apartment. Where else if not to the place of Vannesa, at this time only that place occurred to him. Fabian pressed the bell impatiently, leaving Vannesa half-running to meet him.

"Fabees ... Honey, why did you come back so long?" vannesa asked as she opened the door and found Fabian standing there.

With his sluggish face, Fabian passed Vanessa just like that.

"You why?" Vannesa continued to follow Fabian who took her steps into the room.

"Darling, why silence?" vannesa.

"I want to be alone, don't bother me" Fabian said, then walked in and locked the room from the inside. The man rested on the floor, his back leaning on the end of the bed. She pulled her own hair hard. The shadow of the depravity he had committed to Sabrina continued to plague his conscience.

Outside the room, Vannesa restlessly waits for Fabian. He wondered what had happened to that man. His attitude changed, as if illegible to Vanessa.

There was nothing he could do but wait for the man in dismay. Fabian actually locked the door from the inside. In his unease, Vannesa chooses to ask Lucas, as well as tell the man what happened to Fabian.

Vannesa recounted all the events of yesterday, when they met Sabrina, until Fabian's departure last night and ended up returning with an unusual attitude.

"Then move quickly. I'm sure Fabian's feelings for you are no longer the same. We must seize the opportunity that still exists today. I'll arrange for your departure with him. You persuade Fabian to leave, the rest will be my men's business" Lucas replied on the other end of the phone.

"But, how would Fabian agree?"

"That's your job, I don't care how you do it but I want you to quickly take it away."

Vannesa held back from being annoyed at the man who was telling her to. "But, Lucas, you also have to have ______"

Vannesa hurriedly turned off her call upon hearing the sound of the door opening and Fabian came out from there. He certainly did not want to be caught let alone caught. "Sa-honey, are you out?" ask him stupidly.

"What do you want me to do, you want to eat?"

Fabian only glanced at Vanessa then passed by without saying goodbye.

"Honey, where are you going?" Vannesa tried to hold Fabian's arm when the man had already opened the door.

"No, I don't want to. I'm not letting you go, you're definitely going back to that woman's place, aren't you?" guess Vanessa.

"Vannesa, I said let go, I don't want to be rude to you!"

The glare of Fabian's sharp eyes caused Vannesa to take her hands off her, and resignedly see the man back out of place.

Fabian drove his car back. True to Vannesa's guess, the man drove his car into Sabrina's apartment. He couldn't contain his guilt, he wanted to apologize and try to fix everything.

Fabian took his stride by running down the corridor to get to where his wife's flat was. His finger quickly pressed the number which was the date of his marriage to Sabrina to open the door of his wife's apartment. Even in the room, he was still running to reach the room, he was really impatient to see Sabrina's condition.

His steps stopped, disappointment immediately implied clearly on his face when he found the room was empty, there was no wife he had just left in a roaring cry.

"Sabrina," he shouted, trying to find the woman. Fabian opened the bathroom door hoping his wife was in there, but he was disappointed.

Fabian came out, looked for him in the kitchen. But, just the same, it's quiet. "Sabrina!" screamed once more.

There was no word, only his voice echoed in the room. He returned to the room with shaky steps, the weight in his heart growing heavier as he stopped in the doorway and stared blankly at the messy bed. Sabrina's clothes that she had opened were still open forcibly on the floor. Looks torn, awful. Even with the breakfast he had made for Sabrina, he was still scattering with hoarse glass fragments from plates and glasses. Her heart was breaking even more at the sight of Sabrina's room.

There's something he's aware of, Sabrina's suitcase doesn't exist. He opened the closet and it was empty. All his wife's clothes were gone from there. Just one thing he thought, his father. Sabrina must have gone back to her father's place, not only was her father close to Sabrina in this city. Not wanting to waste any time, Fabian came back down from the building and rushed towards Ramos mansion.

Sabrina continued to cry, she could not stop the tears that were proof of her anger and disappointment towards Fabian.

"Cry, if you want, you can finish your crying today, but after this you can no longer fall. You have to look to the future, you have to fight to be happy" said the man who now holds Sabrina in the car.

Assisted by the driver of the man, Sabrina left her apartment, leaving all the wounds inflicted by her own husband.

"Maybe you're so hurt, but you have to remember, your wounds mustn't kill your future" the man said.

Sabrina could only be silent at the advice of her father's confidant. Uncle Andrew, the man who is still loyal to look after him even though they have no blood ties. With Aunt May, the man continued to care about his employer's son, although there was no longer a salary like when—William Alandro—his father was still there.

"You're my daughter too, and I'm your father too. You have to remember that."

"From now on you will stay in my house."

Sabrina was silent. Staring blurry at the street he was walking through to uncle Andrew's house.

"I have a good offer for you, but there's no need to rush. Most importantly now, you must recover from the poison that tormented you."
