Chapters. 58 Crocodiles Famine

Just at lunchtime, Fabian and Sabrina arrive at the Ramos family mansion. Esme welcomed them even though there was no liking on her face.

"How are you, Mom?" greet Sabrina upon arriving at her father-in-law's house.

"As you can see I'm fine" Esme replied.

Fabian who heard it did not like Esme's tone to Sabrina. "Where's my dad?" sela Fabian's.

"She's in her room, she's on is____"

Without waiting for Esme to finish her sentence Fabian immediately pulled Sabrina by the hand. "Come on!"

Sabrina seemed to be dragged following Fabian's steps towards Sergio's room. Fabian knocked on the door of his father's room slowly and then entered without waiting for the owner of the room to let him.

"Dad," said Fabian, looking at the old man sitting on the head board holding a book. Sergio dropped his book, hearing the voice of his son. His smile grew as he saw his son standing before him and was happier when he saw the woman beside Fabian.

He took off his reading glasses and put them on the nightstand. He looked back at his son and daughter-in-law who were still standing looking at him.

"Come here" said Sergio.

Fabian and Sabrina approached. Fabian first hugged his father and then Sabrina. Afterwards Sergio asked for help to stand up and sit on the sofa. The three of them sat face to face, with Sabrina and Fabian sitting side by side in front of Sergio. Sergio's smile continued to grow.

"I'm sure you'll be back together" he said in front of Fabian and Sabrina.

Fabian and Sabrina looked at each other at what Sergio said.

In order to eliminate the awkwardness of Sergio's words, Fabian asked, "How are you, Dad?"

Sergio took a deep breath. "It's better, and it's gonna get better because you're back. I can't wait to see your kids." Sergio smiled at the end of his sentence. A smile full of hope.

Sabrina looked back at Fabian. He has not decided anything about the continuation of his marriage to Fabian, but his father-in-law already expects a lot from him.

"Dad, actually my arrival here was not long, I just wanted to visit my father because I knew he was sick. I have to go back to Indonesia because I have a job there" Sabrina explained so as not to cause misunderstandings.

What Sabrina said changed Sergio's expression a little, which had looked happy with a smile that continued to grow suddenly appeared murmur of sadness in his eyes.

Fabian who noticed the change in his expression immediately chimed in, "But you don't have to worry, we still have at least one to two weeks to stay here. Right, isn't that right, honey?" Fabian immediately grabbed Sabrina and pulled her closer.

Sabrina is struggling with what Fabian is doing but she can't turn down the man.

"We will stay at least one week to treat my longing, I'm sure our work in Indonesia can wait" Fabian continued.

Sergio smiled again. "I'm glad to see your relationship is getting better. Sometimes it takes parting to realize the meaning of the presence of a partner. Fabian, don't waste your wife. Take good care of her, because I don't want another daughter-in-law besides Sabrina."

"Te-of course, Dad. I've realized all my mistakes and I don't want to waste my wife anymore because I love her so much" Fabian said.

Sabrina was a little upset by Fabian's attitude. He could have lied to his own father. Sabrina's eyes didn't stop staring at the man.

"Thank you, Sabrina" said Sergio.

"Yes?" Sabrina, who was still focused on Fabian, was slightly snapped when her name was mentioned by her father-in-law.

"Thank you for forgiving Fabian. I pray that your marriage will always be filled with happiness. I also pray that God will soon allow you to have children." The sincere prayer came from the lips of Sergio Ramos. A prayer that Sabrina could not refuse.

He also guaranteed the prayer to be accompanied by a smile of doubt. He was afraid that he would make his father-in-law disappointed. In contrast to Sabrina, Fabian accepted the prayer confidently and hopefully it will come true.

After the conversation, Sergio invited them to lunch and continued by chatting about their departure for more than two years. At this time, Sabrina was more silent for fear of mispronunciation especially if she had to lie about her relationship with Fabian. A day of talking after traveling nearly seven hours on the plane made Sabrina feel tired and want to rest. After bidding farewell to his father-in-law, he entered the room he used to live in with Fabian. The room he once left when he wanted to take Fabian's heart with the intention of conquering the man.

"What are you thinking?"

Sabrina turned her head to look at the source of the voice so close to her ear. Fabian was bowing his face, almost leaning on his shoulders.

"I hope we can enjoy our nights in this room like we used to" Fabian whispered right in Sabrina's ear.

Hearing him made Sabrina immediately step on the man's foot. Instantly Fabian complained. "Awww ...."

"Dream!" said Sabrina then went to open the suitcase that had been brought by the maid to this room. He had to shower immediately because he felt his body was already very sticky. He also needs to relax to rest.

Fabian looked at Sabrina who entered the bathroom with a smile. "You brought me back to life with all your attitude" Fabian murmured.

Waiting for Sabrina who was bathing, Fabian chose to lie down on the bed while opening her phone and contacting Jovan. He told his co-worker that he would be in Sydney longer. After contacting Jovan, he also contacted Hiro, however Hiro was the owner of the company where he worked, and he already considered Hiro and Jovan to be friends.

Not feeling Sabrina had come out of the bathroom, seeing his wife who looked fresh after the bath made Fabian's mind start to wander. He even gulped his saliva violently. For a long time he had not seen his wife in the way she is today. Although not open clothes let alone tempting, still Sabrina has the attraction to wake up her long-sleeping desire.

"What do you see?" the jolt of Sabrina that directly dragged Fabian to reality.

"W-what?" ask him like a fool.

"Why are you looking at me like that?"

"What do you mean?"

"Like a hungry crocodile?" accuse Sabrina.

"What?"

"Yes, I'm not wrong, am I?"

"You're not wrong, but I'm also innocent of behaving like a hungry crocodile because that's a fact about me." Fabian.

"Then get out of the way, I don't want to sleep in one bed with a crocodile!"

"This is my room, so no one can kick me out of my bed."

"Oh .. so, all right. I'll sleep on the couch."

Seeing Sabrina take Fabian's pillow instantly prevented. "Wait, you just sleep here. I'm the one sleeping on the couch." Fabian automatically shifted his body and gave a place to Sabrina.

The woman immediately sat down on Fabian's side and spread her body on Fabian's back. He picked up his phone and pretended to be indifferent to Fabian who kept staring at his back.

Fabian is helpless. What was in his shadow was instantly overblown when Sabrina did not rub him. He can only restore his rough hair while looking at his wife who is busy playing mobile phone.

Seeing his unwavering self, Fabian plans to avenge what Sabrina did.

"Look what I can do to you!" he said in his heart.
