"I'm sorry" Sabrina told the man. When he turned his head and saw who it was, suddenly Sabrina's legs froze. Tongue's cow. His brain seemed to stop working, along with the time that stopped running.
This face, is the same face as the smiling face in the photo with her husband. The face that became the reason he did not get a place in Fabian's heart.
"Darling, are you done?"
Sabrina's ears ached hearing the voice of someone she knew so well. Plus that guy's call to this woman in front of him. The footsteps of the man continued to approach her, approaching the woman who was still holding the same box of pasta as him.
Sabrina did not want to be between the two of them, let alone having to watch the intimacy they would show off later. He released the pasta box willingly, intending to leave. However, the woman held Sabrina. "Why are you in such a hurry to leave, don't you want this." The woman held up the pasta box that Sabrina had taken off.
"Honey hurry up a little, it'll be raining soon." The man's voice was getting clearer and clearer along with the growing distance being cut off.
"Wait a minute, I'm choosing pasta for you. I want to cook a special carbonara for you" replied the woman, who was still holding Sabrina.
Sabrina could not stand it anymore, she threw the woman's hand so that it could be released and immediately away from the man who approached her.
"Hurry up, we need to get home soon." The voice was so clearly heard. Sabrina was sure the man was already right behind her.
Sabrina twisted her body, facing Fabian who was already standing right before her now. The man he was worried about, who he had always been waiting for news of, was now right in front of him.
Sabrina condemned her stupidity, her worry was nothing but futility. The man was actually having fun with his lover, combining long-time longings without each other.
"Sabrina," Fabian said dumbfounded.
Sabrina was anxious to cry, but she could bear it as much as she could. He did not want to show how weak he was, when it came to this man in front of him.
Now, Sabrina really chose to leave. He left Fabian with his girlfriend. Without words without sound. Even the shopping trolley he had brought with him stayed without responsibility. He just wants to be alone right now. Laughing at his fate.
He was so sure he would make Fabian leave the woman and choose her, but now his eyes seem to be forced wide open so that he can see reality. Fabian still prefers his lover.
Sabrina walked quickly, carrying her steps half-running away from the shopping mall. Just like Fabian had told Vannesa, it will be raining soon. It looks like a black cloud has been hanging heavily in the sky of Sydney, so heavy that it may soon be unable to hold its weight, and ready to spill it to flutter the city with the nickname 'The Harbour City.
Sabrina continued to run, hoping that the reality had disappeared with the shedding of tears that had now been fused with rainwater. Back, Fabian slashed the wound in his heart, while he was trying to treat it.
Inside the shopping mall, Fabian is going after Sabrina but is being held back by Vannesa. "Where are you going?"
Fabian stop.
"Are you going to leave me for that woman?"
Fabian flinching.
"I came here on purpose, carrying my love hoping you would welcome him. Not for you to ignore."
Fabian was speechless when Vannesa took him to pay for all his groceries. They returned to the apartment they had just rented when Vannesa came to this town.
"Darling, what do you want to drink?"
"Anything," replied Fabian lazily.
"How about orange juice?"
"Whatever."
Vannesa left Fabian alone in the guest room, while she went straight to the kitchen to make their dinner.
Fabian, who was not calm about Sabrina, tried to contact his wife. Finding out, but Sabrina's phone suddenly went inactive. He tried to contact Caty and Paul, and the results were nil. No one knows where Sabrina is.
"Darling, let's eat. Everything is ready" cried Vannesa from the kitchen.
Fabian put his phone back in his pants pocket, and caught up with Vannesa in the kitchen. As Vannesa promised, she cooked carbonara for him.
"Cobain, honey."
Fabian just smiled faintly.
They began to eat, Vannesa greedily ate his dishes, while Fabian just stirred the pasta on his plate. Fabian was agitated at the thought of Sabrina at this moment.
The ringing of Vannesa's cell phone made the woman farewell. "In a moment, yeah." Vannesa went away to pick up her phone.
"Hello," said Vannesa as she entered the room and locked her from the inside.
"Why do you call me at a time like this, I'm with Fabian, '" Vannesa told the man on the other end.
"I just want to know how far you're going to get Fabian out of this town."
"Patience, Lucas. Fabian's not a fool, I have to persuade him slowly." Vannesa pressed her voice so as not to be heard by Fabian.
"Stop bothering me if you want my job done, don't keep calling me. Let me tell you later that things are going well."
Vannesa immediately ended the call from Lucas, patting him on the cheek and rearranging the look of his face to make Fabian unsuspecting.
"Darling, did you spend it?" vannesa shouted walking from the room.
"If you have, I have something for _____" Vannesa flinched a little when she did not find Fabian at the dinner table. The carbonara on the man's plate was also not reduced. Where's she?
"Darling ...." Vannesa called Fabian as she walked into the living room. But there was no Fabian there. He looked at the door that was no longer locked.
Vannesa's feelings became unpleasant. He scowled his head, thinking of the possibility of Fabian going away from him and meeting Sabrina, the man's wife. Vannesa runs to her room, picks up her phone and calls Lucas. He has to tell Lucas to stop Fabian from seeing Sabrina.
Fabian drove his car, splitting the streets of Sydney. Sabrina's apartment was her goal, she had to see her wife immediately. Once at Sabrina's apartment, Fabian immediately entered the apartment.
"Sabrina" he shouted as there was no Sabrina in the living room. He headed for the woman's room, but it was quiet. Go to the kitchen, and the result is the same. He found his wife nowhere.
Fabian is panicking now. His wife disappeared again, when he had a mature plan for the continuation of his marriage.
"Sabrina, where are you, answer my phone!" Fabian again tried to contact Sabrina, but only the operator answered his call.
Not just once, but over and over again Fabian tried to dial Sabrina's number.
Amidst the torrent of rain in Sydney, Sabrina stands under a jacaranda— tree that is a major attraction in spring because of the beauty of its purple flowers— to protect it from the sight of anyone passing by. He wanted to hide at this moment, not wanting to be seen by anyone either. He is weak but does not want to look weak in front of others.
"Sabrina," called someone who made Sabrina look up.
He looked at the man who was paddling him among the rain. Looking at the man, Sabrina wanted to cry even harder.
