Chapter 25's

Today Ara was a little more excited than usual. After last night the doctor said there had been a development with the condition of his father's body, after more than a month lying in a coma.

And today is also the last day Ara and her two friends take the final exam of the semester. At first Ara did not intend to take the exam, but due to the persistent persuasion of Arumi and Miya, she finally wanted to take the exam.

And while on campus, Ara always asked Bi Ratih to keep her father in the hospital.

After carrying out her final exam, Ara and her two best friends walked down the corridor to the parking lot.

Ara who will open the door of Arumi's car, undo his intention when he heard the ringing of his cellphone which indicates a phone call.

"Yes, Bi?" sahut Ara was quick when he saw Bi Ratih's contact number.

Ara's body immediately shook when she heard from Bi Ratih that her father was critical again. Without disconnecting her phone call, Ara quickly told her two friends who were waiting for an explanation from her.

Arumi drove his car at high speed, towards the hospital. Along the way, Ara's body continued to tremble, letting out cold sweat. His mind was chaotic as he thought about his father's condition.

And upon arrival at the hospital, they quickly ran to the ICU room, where Hartono was being treated.

"What happened to Dad?" ara asked Bi Ratih who was seen crying in front of Hartono's room.

"Mr ... You're not there, Neng."

The three were shocked to hear Bi Ratih's words. Ara who was in disbelief, quickly walked into her father's room.

Ara's body became stiff instantly. His world seemed to collapse when he saw the nurse pull out all the tools in his father's body. Pupus was hoping to see his father's recovery.

Ara ran to embrace her father's body and cried loudly. Followed by his two best friends who also cried seeing the departure of their father.

Ara shook her father's body, "Dad wake up, Dad. Wakeup .... Don't leave Ara. Who will take care of Ara if father leaves .... Ahhhhh...." Ara was unceasingly shaking his father's body, hoping for movement from the middle-aged man. But baby, everything is free, his father is no longer there.

"Alright, if you don't want to wake up it's okay. Sleep as you please, until whenever you want. But don't go .... Go to sleep, Ara will keep looking after Dad. Ara promise won't force Dad to wake up. But don't go, Dad don't go, don't leave Ara." Ara hugged her father tightly, shedding all her tears on the body of her first love.

"Dad calm down there. Arumi promised to keep Ara for Dad." Arumi smirked the entire face of the middle-aged man.

"Bad evil, why leave us so soon." Miya embraced Hartono's body, shedding all her sorrow.

The funeral procession was carried out the next day, after returning Hartono's body. Arumi and Miya's family were also present. Papa and Mama Arumi have been coming since. While mama Miya accompanied by Abyan had just arrived, while the funeral procession was underway.

Upon returning from the funeral, Ara locked herself in her father's room. Without caring about the mourners present in his house.

One by one the mourners had gone home, as well as Arumi's parents.

"Will my mom come home too?" ask Miya to her mother.

"Yes, sorry, honey. Mama can't linger. Mama has to go home tonight, because tomorrow morning mama has a meeting" Fina told her daughter. And Miya just nodded affirming her mother's words. "Send my mama's regards to Ara" he added.

Miya nodded again, then hugged the woman who had given birth to her.

"Mas.." said Miya, to the man standing right before her at this moment.

Abyan hugged Miya's body, giving her strength. "You are patient. Sorry, mas can not linger." said Abyan stroking the hair of the woman in his arms.

Miya nodded, taking off the man's embrace, "Thank you, I'm coming."

"Part yourself well. When there is an opportunity, Mas will come to visit you," Abyan said, promising. Before finally getting out of the house.

It had been two days that Ara had locked herself in her father's room. It made Bi Ratih and his two best friends so worried about him.

"Ara open the door, don't be like this. I'd be sad to see you like this. Father will be angry at me for letting his beloved daughter torture herself like this" cried Arumi, as she continued to bang on the door of Hartono's room.

"We'll just break it down. What if Ara kills herself" said Miya.

"Don't be crazy!" arumi replied annoyed.

"Yes, Aunt is worried too." Bi Ratih was worried, and thought the no-no, just like Miya. And Bi Ratih's words, made Arumi even more frightened.

"But how?" ask Arumi in panic.

The sound of the doorknob moving from within, stopped the conversation of the three, and made them turn their heads quickly.

And upon seeing the door of the room slowly open, made the three feel relieved and happy. Arumi and Miya quickly hugged Ara's body that appeared from behind the door. Both of them felt so sad when they saw the condition of Ara's body that was so pale and messy.

"Don't be like this anymore. Don't torture yourself. You know we're very worried about you" Arumi said with tears in her eyes. However, Arumi felt strange as she felt Ara's body weaken. And it turned out, Ara was already unconscious.
