HAPPY READING 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I was so excited when my mom said I had to change schools. This is the first time I have to change schools. Just imagine, from I kindergarten to I was in first grade High School, I was in the same school with the same friend. This is what has kept me from having a partner until now.
“Sasa, you go to school first huh. Mom will follow. You see, these groceries have not been prepared.” said mother destroyed my daydreams.
“Wah, yes, Bu.”
I live only with my mother and sister, Vera. My father died in the plane crash. It's sad to remember.
—
“Saa!” Well, that's Anin.
“Hai, Anin! I have a story you should know! I'm sure, you're the first to know this.” I said excitedly.
“Aaan, Sa?! You're the class champion again, huh?!”
“Not! Not that! I'll be moving to eleventh grade soon! Finally, Nin! After all this time I went to school in the same place! I'll meet new friends and make new stories again!” I said not to stop.
“Sa, are you serious? Why did you move anyway?” I felt sadness in every word Anin said.
“Yes, Nin. Doain is the best for me! Relax, there is still a video call feature! We can still meet even if we are far apart! Yeah, I'm not gonna forget you, man! Thank you, Nin. As long as I'm in this field, I'm happy to have your kayak friend!”
To be honest, to leave Anin was something difficult for me. But, I should be able to let go of something that has been tied to me slowly.
“Sa, take the report where?” Suddenly, my mother arrived. My mom and I took my report card and yes, I'm a class champion again. Normally, after taking the report, mom would let me play for a while. But this time he took me home.
“Sa, just go home, yes. Help your mom and sister get settled. After all, we will soon move two more days.” I was really surprised, I left for two more days and did not have time to separate first with my friends.
“Sa! I'll go to your house, yeah! I'm helping you clean up! Abisnya, we can not walk anymore, right. Can, yes?”
I was really excited when I heard Anin's offer. I nodded my head in excitement and hugged Anin.
It was two in the afternoon, but there was no sign of Anin coming. I also became restless. Suddenly, my doorbell rang.
“Let Sasa alone open!” I shouted from my room.
When I opened the door, it wasn't just Anin who came. But my classmates approached me.
“Sa, congratulations on becoming a class champion again! We'll really lose you if you leave. In general, you usually bring a happy atmosphere in class.” said Bigail.
I felt so moved to tears that I even forgot to tell them to come in.
“Eh, what is this rame-rame? Comeon, enter. Incidentally there are dried pastries, eaten, yes!” said mother.
They all came into my house and we talked one last time. One by one they went home. Me and Anin.
“Sa, I promise to help you. Come, pat-up. Not done later, you.”
Anin and I immediately headed to my room and cleaned up everything that needed to be brought.
As usual, I also set my favorite song “Rangi-HiVi” Me and Anin also clean up while talking.
“Sa, sorry in advance. I didn't mean to scare you. Are you no longer traumatized by the plane?” soft Anin said.
“Wah, Anin. Why are you apologizing? Relax ah you. Hm, for that, I have not been able to escape from that trauma. But, anyway I'll catch up with dad.”
Suddenly Anin hit me, “You said what the hell, Sa. What about your father?”
“Yes, there you go, Nin. Already, we'd better clean up again. Let's quickly finish.”
“Hm, okay, Nin. Be careful, Anin!”
It was time to leave this city full of memories.
“Sa, ready?” mother said
“Physically, it's ready, Bu.”
“Mindically how?” ask me gently.
“If Sasa, don't ask again, Mom. Mentally he is mentally baja” said Kak Vera suddenly while hugging me.
“Wah, true too, Ver. Yeah, let's get ready up front. So Anin doesn't have to wait anymore.”
We went outside and there was Anin there.
“Hai aunt, Brother Vera and Sasa! Comeing! Before it's too late!”
We got into Anin's car and for some reason, Anin didn't see me from earlier. I think he was sad to leave. All along the way, there was only silence.
Arriving at the airport, Anin hugged me tightly.
“Be careful there yes, Sa! I will miss Sasa! When you arrive, you will be sure, Sa!” As she took off her embrace, I noticed a tear on her cheek.
“Do not cry, Nin. Just gini was crying. I told you yesterday. Yes, yes, yes. Bye, Anin! Thankyou, yes!”
I immediately walked away from Anin, so that I would not cry. Cunning indeed.
When me, my brother and my mother were going to check in, it turned out that we had been left behind by the plane for about fifteen minutes. Chaos filled my mother's mind, surely she felt a loss. We wondered why we were left behind by the plane. We are also waiting for confirmation from the airport. Thankfully, we were able to take the next flight. I really have not been able to release my trauma to the plane, so the fear always appears.
When I looked at the airline officers I was supposed to be boarding, they looked confused. I try to read their mouth. One of them said, “The plane that just flew was not known where it was going now. Arguably missing from radar.” I tried to pretend I didn't know while continuing to sing, because I didn't get on that plane. Before long, the plane that I had to raise now had landed. I intended to inform Anin, but he didn't pick up the phone. I kept trying to call, finally picked up too. But, something's weird. The one who picked up the phone, not Anin. But, her mother and mother crying, I was confused.
“Halo, aunt.” said slowly.
“Halo, Sasa. Anin sent a message, if you call, say that she is fine and she always wishes you the best.” replied her mother stammering.
“Wah, alright aunt. But, why is aunt crying?” askaku.
“Yes, Anin is very good now. Aunty is glad she can get to know a friend like you. Be careful, son. Are you on the plane?”
“Yes, aunt. Why?”
“Wah, okay. Anin just got into a car accident after driving you earlier. The doctors are working to the maximum. But God said something else. Be careful up there yeah, Sa!”
“Halo, auntie! Hello!”
I didn't expect it, that fast. I can only keep crying. Why didn't I get on a plane before? So that Anin and I can be together up there! Whyyy?! Why should Anin? I'm so fucked up. In fact, I can't even go to her funeral! She left because of me, but I couldn't see her one last time! Stupid me!
I learned a lot from Anin's sudden departure. Yes, I should indeed begin to be able to untie with someone who has bonded with me slowly. It took more than two years to truly believe that Anin had left.
Goodbye, Anin.
Finishes.
