9. Hatred
Yudha immediately threw away her gaze once knowing that the girl was someone she did not want. He thought, because it was his parents that the Yudha family fell apart. Because it was her mother that Yudha lost her happiness.
“Mas Yudha, glad to see Mas Yudha back in this house. I've been waiting for Mas Yudha, I was so happy when Dad said that Mas Yudha would stay here for a while.” The girl smiled widely, looking a twinkle of happiness in her eyes that could not lie to herself.
There was a flower blooming in his heart, he was really happy to see Yudha's presence in this house. For him this is one of his dreams that has been realized, because he had long wanted the presence of Yudha, and only this time Yudha came.
“God, he looks more handsome and mature. I did not expect that the child who used to play in the river often has now grown up reaching his goals well. I was so happy to see her again, even though it seemed like I lost her warm gaze, Ciara's inner”.
“Until when is Mas Yudha here?” ciara asked again, knowing that Yudha did not respond to her words, she tried again.
“Yudha, answer your sister's question. Don't just shut up,” Andri said.
“I need a break, Dad. I'll go straight to bed in the room and nobody comes in to bother me except ART who delivers food. I don't want anyone approaching me for the time being,” Yudha stressed, full of emphasis.
Andri turned to Ciara at a glance, the girl nodded with a smile, as if she knew what her father meant.
Afterwards Andri immediately helped Yudha into his room which was dominated by white. The walls are very clean because Yudha does not like posters or photos that are usually displayed in the room. The man was laid by his father on a big size mattress. “Do you need anything?” andri asked after Yudha had found her comfortable sleeping position.
Yudha shook her head, “For now no.”
Andri rubbed Yudha's hand slowly. “Yudha, I know that maybe you can't accept the reality, but don't be cruel to Ciara. She is your sister, however, step-brother. Whatever your relationship, it shouldn't make you do bad to Ciara.” The father advised.
“Alright, I will try,” replied Yudha as she was.
“Dad will come out to let you rest, if there is something you need, you can call Dad. But because later Dad works, you can ask Bi Inah for help. He will help you whatever you need.”
After saying that, Andri went straight out of his son's room and let Yudha rest in his room that he had not been in for a long time. The two sharp eyes of the man stared at the ceiling of his room while imagining how ruined his life was now. That guy can't even just go back to the dorm.
Five minutes passed, the door was shut and opened. The man turned his head, looking at Ciara who was carrying a tray containing a bowl and a glass. The girl smiled towards Yudha who immediately threw away her gaze.
“You are bothering me,” chirped Yudha.
Ciara. He wondered, had Yudha really forgotten him? Is there not a single memory of Ciara in Yudha's head? So where did Yudha propose to Ciara and promise to marry her someday? Ciara had lost that promise, but she tried not to be disappointed.
“Sorry, if I disturb Mas Yudha. But I'm busy, Mas Yudha can't possibly count on you. Bi Inah was busy with kitchen affairs, so let me take care of Mas Yudha. Mas Yudha would like, ‘kan?” Ciara. He wanted to be closer to Yudha even with a different Yudha, at least it could treat his longing that he had always endured long ago.
Yudha. “No, tell Dad, I can do it myself,” Yudha replied.
Ciara. Looking at Yudha's face with a meaningful look. “I'm here for Mas Yudha, take advantage of me. I will accompany Mas Yudha no matter what the circumstances of Mas Yudha are, so do not hesitate to ask me for help, Mas, I will remain by your side until at any time. Don't throw me out, 'cause I'm not leaving. I'm your sister, I'll help my brother to be completely healed.” Ciara said with complete confidence.
Yudha sighed. The man closed his eyes, tired of Ciara's behavior that always forced him.
“You want me to gruel?” ask Ciara.
“No, you better get out. I'll eat the porridge if you come out,” drive Yudha out.
“Alright, happy meal. May Mas Yudha recover quickly,” said Ciara sincerely.
Afterwards, Ciara immediately left Yudha's room leaving the man in her room. After closing the door, Ciara did not leave immediately, he had stood in front of the door of Yudha's room for a while. “Mas Yudha turned out to have completely forgotten me, his inner”.
The girl let out a sigh of resignation, then went back to her room with mixed feelings. On the one hand, he was very pleased with the return of Yudha, but on the other hand Yudha was no longer what he used to be.
“However I should return close to Mas Yudha. I don't want to lose him for the first time. It is not his fault Mas Yudha forgot me, maybe there is something else that is the cause of this disaster,” Ciara said.
Just as the girl was about to head for the bathroom, the door of her room was knocked from outside. Soon Ciara turned around and opened it. Andri who was standing in the doorway. The man smiled at Ciara, then put his hand on Ciara's shoulder. “Ra, I'm sorry if Mas Yudha's attitude is not good to you, yes. But believe me Mas Yudha is really good. It's just that now he is in a difficult situation and not okay, so maybe he is quite sensitive to other people,” said Andri with a poignant tone of voice. “It seems like there are things I can't give to your Brother, therefore he is disappointed. But don't let you hate him, Ra. I'm sure someday he'll accept you as his sister.”
Ciara nodded quickly. Her lips are pretty. “Not to worry, Dad. I know how Mas Yudha is. But I will also try to get him to accept me. Just focus on your work, let Mas Yudha I take care. I can be her friend whenever she wants,” the girl said, sincerely.
