Chapter 65 - family party

Arriving at the house that raised his life Kevin and Lisa without it never changed or a little did not leave the design of his time.

The car Han rented until earlier than Lisa's car, though, arriving at the two-bed house Kevin and Sona immediately help Lian and Risa take out their suitcases and some of the objects they brought as souvenirs for their neighbors or coworkers.

Sona was silent for a moment in front of Kevin's house, her mind was nostalgic again in the life where she lost it can still see a happy face when our mother Sona agreed to marry for her mother, for her sake, Sona remembers everything so well that it was not strong just to stay there, one tear came down after Sona was made to remember the marriage that happened to her parents, for the first time in a major event he was not accompanied by his mother, even when Sona's graduation was only Kevin as a man who witnessed all the processes of his life without family.

That was the reason why Sona was so grateful to be able to marry a man who could be said to be here in her difficult times, and could realize the beauty of a love that even Sona thought she could no longer feel, Kevin was also so patient when Sona chose to delay her expected pregnancy.

Sona cried again, with only three words that could make her re-spark tears, already six months since the death of the mother, she said, Sona always hopes every night to see her mother with her father greet her even if only in a dream, but maybe it is not time for Sona to see it but she will still be patient waiting.

“why are you still outside darling?” kevin asked, the man was confused by the disappearance of Sona after helping his father and mother, he thought the woman would go somewhere after not long he wanted to visit, he said, but the man instead finds Sona in front of his house.

With his height that passes 175 cm, making Kevin like hugging a high school boy who is only 150 cm tall, he is too tall for Sona but very sweet if it is said they are a young couple. That's one reason Kevin really likes to hug Sona because he can immediately kiss the base of the wife's head. 

“you're crying?” kevin asked so gently that it felt like only Sona could hear that soft voice.

Kevin could feel if Sona shook her head in the chest, the man's shirt was made wet with Sona's tears that had not stopped even getting tighter if Kevin listened from the sobs that came out of his mouth. 

“if not why my clothes get wet?” 

Sona resentfully hit Kevin's field chest, and slightly distanced his body to stare at Kevin. 

He slightly tiptoed, then kissed Kevin's lips at a glance.

“ini what?” kevin asked puzzledly, he touched his lips.

“why is it so cold? Like I have to go in” 

As usual Sona will pretend not to hear what Kevin has to say, while stroking her arm Sona walks away from Kevin just like that.

“Sona!”

Sona, who heard the name called, ran as she looked back at Kevin who was going after her, a pleasure they rarely did but were very romantic, they both chase like a movie whether it's in a Korean drama or an Indian movie. But not yet in front of Kevin's house, Sona has been captured by Kevin by hugging from behind.

“tell me why did you kiss me?” kevin asked, he turned his body around and locked Sona in his arms.

“is there a ban on kissing your own husband?” 

Kevin had been silent ever since, then he looked back at Sona, and shook his head.

In front of his parents' house Kevin kissed Sona gently but there was a little pressure when mischievously his teeth bit Sona's lower lip until the kiss became deeper, and there was less pressure, Sona also did not refuse to deliberately wrap her hands around Kevin's neck area making it easier to kiss him.

Risa and Lian who had just wanted to go out to buy some food for the festa they were going to make, had to rewind her steps when she saw her son kissing in front of the old couple, of course Risa was so embarrassed to see her that she decided to pull Lian who seemed to want to disturb them. 

“Lian! Don't bother them!” risa said, she pulled Lian inside again and let Kevin do it with Sona without knowing if Kevin's parents saw her.

“I also want to do it” said Lian, she immediately wrapped her hands around Risa's waist, making the woman unable to move.

Risa left Lian just like that after breaking her heart.

Sona and Lisa so enjoy the moment where they can toast to enjoy the success they have achieved by pouring each other Soju into their glasses still each until a few bottles are exhausted because of their actions, and so on, though both are not people who can drink a lot of alcohol the easy reason because they are easily drunk.

And husbands can only separate them when they are about to take another drink like Vodka whose alcohol content is so high.

“honeyang, give it to me!” said Sona while whining like a child, she tugged at Kevin's body trying to distance herself with a drink and also Lisa.

“you are why? Look mother-in-law doesn't even mind me! Isn't that Kevin's mom?” said Sona, she looked at Risa who could only nod her head.

In a fit of annoyance Kevin lifted Sona's body and said to his parents “like Sona should rest soon, I'll take her to my room”

“downme! I still want to enjoy the party Kevin” said Sona he hit Kevin on the back, although it will not affect anything on the man.

“Kevin! You're evil!”

Along the way to bring her to her room, Sona did not stop to babble or scold Kevin, until when in the room the woman was even more noisy.

“you're evil!” said Sona again, now she was sitting in the bed of the husband with Kevin in front of her.

“that's enough for today Sona”

kevin encourages Sona to lie down on her bed, this is the first time Kevin has seen Sona so drunk that she can't be controlled.

“Kevin, husband .. Ye know? I love her so much that I won't let another woman come near her!”

Others are right if one is more honest when one is drunk. 

“good night honey” said Kevin, he kissed Sona's forehead before giving a blanket to cover her body and let the wife rest first.

Kevin stopped his activities when Sona opened his eyes, then Kevin immediately kissed his wife's forehead and said “Good Morning”

The first thing Sona did was see Kevin's face, but all of that soon disappeared when dizziness came to her and changed her vision to a little blurry, maybe this is the influence of alcohol and soon Sona began to feel fed up, until forced to get out of bed and run the bathroom. 

Kevin knew this would happen because of the influence of drinking alcohol when it was not suitable for his body but the woman still wanted to drink it even though Kevin often threatened him, he said, the man is only worried if Sona's condition will be bad and may interfere with her fertile period later.

Calmly Kevin walked up to Sona who continued to pull out his entrails in front of the sink, when he got there Kevin immediately helped Sona by stroking her back and helped her tie her hair with his hands. “just take it all out, it will make your stomach feel good”

The vomiting event lasted up to 20 minutes, Sona without being so tormented with her stomach and also her head that felt increasingly dizzy, it felt so difficult to step back the basket that she could only rely on Kevin. 

Not waiting long, the man immediately lifted the body of the wife who was really very limp, carefully Kevin again put Sona's body in her bed, “still want to drink again?” kevin asked, he put himself on the edge of the bed.

Sona felt a little guilty about Kevin's question, so she decided to turn around asking “you're mad at me?” 

“Sona, I worry about your condition rather than having to scold you, you are not a good drinker, your body is very resistant to alcohol, this is not good for your health as well Sona” he said, Kevin made sure not to say a word that could hurt Sona's heart and soften her voice as much as possible. “wait here, I'll make you soup”

Kevin left after giving a blanket to Sona to let the woman rest for a moment to relieve the pain in the stomach, after 15 minutes of closing her eyes, Kevin finally returned with a tray in his hand.

The man walked over and approached Sona, she placed the tray in the drawer next to the bed. Helping Sona to lean on the back of the bed, the first thing Kevin gave Sona was a glass of warm water to ease her pain, “let me feed you”

“what was last night .. I made a mistake?”

“error? A person's attitude when drunk will tend to be more honest and behave as he likes, so making a mistake is definitely going to happen” said Kevin, he began to feed Sona after making sure if the soup was not hot.

“what is so embarrassing? Did I say the wrong thing?” tanya, Sona hesitated a little when Kevin again gave his sharp gaze which made Sona have no choice but to avoid it.

“no, I'm glad to know that has been a burden on your mind, already feel good?”

“very good, thanks for the soup” 

“rest, when the dizziness and nausea disappear, you can just come out, understand?” kevin asked, he put down the finished bowl of soup. 

“how about your family?” 

“just relax, my mom and dad they must understand” 

Kevin again helps Sona to lie down in her bed, it's still morning and it's holiday so Kevin lets Sona get back to rest even though he really wants to take her to one place, but his health is more important than his plan, right? 

Kevin came out after turning off the lights and closing the window.

“how? Is Sona okay?” asked the mother who immediately approached Kevin when the man had just placed the bowl, the soup was made by Risa which was deliberately made for Sona and Lisa. The soup can help reduce the pain in the stomach due to drinking too much alcohol.

“Sona is now resting” 

“you want breakfast with what?”

“where are we going?”

Sona and Kevin decide to get out, and both are on their way to a place not far from Kevin's parents' house.

Sona was silent, from the road that he noticed this car coming into a place, Sona tried to remember if she had ever passed this road before, a few minutes thinking Sona finally knew if this was the way to the mother's grave, after knowing Sona immediately smiled at Kevin, and then she said, he didn't think Kevin would make this decision after six months of not visiting the graves of his parents.

“was last night I said if I wanted to visit here”

“no, I just know very well to see you grieve when you get to my house, so I think it's better to take you here” Kevin said, she stops her car to buy two bouquets of flowers for Sona's parents.

“thank you, I did immediately remember the memories with my mother, it feels like just yesterday I bought her a scarf made by me”

Sona held back from crying, a lot of time that Sona missed without her mother because she was too busy taking care of her education, until finally when Sona will live her life with her mother, she instead had to lose her mother figure and father figure to Sona.

“I'm sure now he's happy with your father”

Before long both of them have been standing in the tomb of Sona's mother and father who was buried nearby, Sona put a bouquet of flowers for both parents. 

It is not the guilt that keeps Sona afraid to come here, but she really has not been able to say if she still needs the figure of Mother who is the purpose of her life, but she is still not able to say, maybe there are many princesses who will ask more about the mother's home life before she stepped into marriage, or maybe after marriage.

Kevin just stayed by Sona's side, he only helped by giving a warm hug to his wife and occasionally helped her wipe away her tears, Kevin did not know what it was like to be abandoned by his parents, so he couldn't say anything to Sona.

“Yes, I love you” too

Sona leaned her head against Kevin's shoulder for a moment, letting all the time pass by. Sona promises that to the extent that she will always remember him, she will also keep Kevin as her last life goal, and try to be a better wife than ever.
