Chapter 10 - Shadow

Risa takes Kevin to the toilet to pee, while coming down from the ring, Risa warns Justin not to follow her, otherwise she will hate Justin.

“ayo”

Risa cleans Kevin's hands with a wet tissue and then leads Kevin's hands back. “ next week we go to the planetarium, how?”

“ya” Kevin nodded

“Where to?”

“along with aunt Jennie” replied Risa, it feels like Risa wants to grab Lian's hair.

“Daddy” exclaimed Kevin when he saw Lian and Jenny walking towards him.

“Hai Boy” Lian shuffling Kevin's hair.

Jennie looked at Risa, the woman grasped Lian's hand, there was an uncomfortable feeling seeing how their fingers were tightly intertwined.

“I want to buy drink” said Risa.

“Kevin with Dad, okay?”

“Ya” says Kevin

“enjoyed?” ask Jennie.

“means?”

“be the shadow of Lisa”

“you think you'd do something like that?” Risa took her food from the booze stand.

“Yes, Lian thinks you Lisa” Jennie folded her hands in front of her chest. “since the beginning you were just a stranger who infiltrated between our lives”

We were? you mean Jennie, Lian, and Kevin? Risa grimaced softly, after Justin! Why would Jennie say such a thing.

“I guess if your face does not look like Lisa, Lian will never want to get close to you, and you will never stay with them”

“sufficient” Risa stopped her steps

“stop taking care of my life, if you like Lian please take care of your feelings without having to involve me”

“how is today?” lian asked, she was still busy with the steering wheel after driving Jennie home, they stopped by the restaurant and decided to go home.

even Risa never asked what Jennie was doing on the playground, why Lian had to ask who was with her earlier.

Lian had never known how to deal with a woman six years younger than her, she never knew if Risa had explosive emotions.

“stop” jolts Risa as Lian's hand tries to embrace her, bringing her into her arms.

Risa can't take it anymore, it's enough “since the beginning I'm just a stranger”

Lian had asked why Risa could not pick up Kevin, and Risa only answered if she had a little business.

He just didn't want Lian to worry, especially Kevin but did Lian care about him? Risa laughed to herself with her thoughts, she wished Lian to worry about her, it was ridiculous.

There was no greeting to be an introduction when Risa answered the phone from Lian, the sky was dark enough to say twilight, it was appropriate for Lian to call her.

Risa was surprised when our words bounced out of Lian's mouth, how close was their relationship really? Risa did not understand the storyline of her life, Lian just came into her heart.

again a fucking sneeze, Risa swears in the heart.

Lian did not mind Risa's words at all, pressing the LG button on the elevator wall.

“Kevin can catch it, I don't want him to get the flu later”

“will not, I just need to lock you in my room and you won't infect Kevin”

Risa gulped her saliva, unsure if it was a good solution for her.

At Jung Lian's house.

Risa was lying on the bed in Lian's room, after the man took her home she immediately went out of her room.

The door rang open, Lian carrying a tray that had filled chicken soup and porridge on it.

“come home” Lian's hand signals for Risa to move to the bed side

“have taken medicine? Or want to go to the doctor?” ask Lian.

Risa shook her head weakly, she was still sneezing “today I was taking medication, I didn't want to go to doctor”

In her heart, Risa hoped that Lian would feed the porridge for her.

“why?”

“hm?” risa did not understand

“why not eat the porridge?”

Risa's eyebrows shot up, her face snatched away dislike, she thought Lian would like it, but the man just stared at sitting on the side of the bed.

“don't spoiled” Lian took a bowl filled with porridge.

Risa's mouth was gaping perfectly, why was this man not understanding at all, with annoyed Risa took the bowl from Lian's hand, bribing a spoonful of porridge into her mouth.

stupid, why did he not blow his porridge first, he slowly swallowed the porridge that was already in his mouth.

Lian took a drink, handed to Risa a drink, let Risa gulp down the water slowly “still hot?”
