"A woman asked the Prophet ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ A woman said, "O Prophet of Allah, what do you think if one of us has his clothes covered with menstrual blood. What's he supposed to do?" The Prophet replied, "If menstrual blood be concerning the clothes of one of you, then he should nibble it with nails, then let him splash water on it, and then he should pray with it."

Had told us Muhammad ibn Kathir Al Abdi had informed us Ibrahim ibn Nafi' he said; I heard Al Hasan ibn Muslim mention of Mujahid he said; Aisha said;; I heard Al Hasan ibn Muslim mention of Mujahid he said; Aisha said; There was no one among us (the wives of the Prophet ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ⁇ ), except for having only one piece of cloth worn during menstruation. If the cloth is exposed to a small amount of blood, it is moistened and rubbed with its saliva.

should women who are menstruating not shampoo, cut their nails, and cut their hair?

there is no history that forbids menstruating women to shampoo, cut nails or cut hair. Similarly, there is no history that orders the hair of women who fall out to be washed at the same time with a post-menstrual bath.

even on the contrary, there is a history that allows menstruating women to comb her hair.

it is mentioned in the hadith of Aisha, that when Aisha followed the Hajj with the prophet shalallahu 'alaihi wa sallam, when she arrived in Mecca she had her period. Then the prophet shalallahu 'alaihi wa sallam said to her, saying to her,

"leave your umrah, untie your hair and comb it."

(CHR. Bukhari 317 and Muslim 1211)

The Prophet shalallahu 'alaihi wa sallam ordered Aisyah who was menstruating to comb her hair, but she had just come from the trip.

but Rasulullah shalallahu 'alaihi wa sallam did not tell Aisyah to keep her hair falling out to be bathed after holy menstruation.

this hadith indicates that hair loss or nail cutting during menstruation is the same as the holy condition.that is, there is no obligation to bathe it along with menstrual bathing.

if this is required, of course the prophet shalallahu 'alaihi wa sallam will explain to Aisha to keep her hair and bathe her along with her menstrual bath.
