"Where?" Dirga asked as he arrived in front of the ICU room where Arghi was handled.

Cakra looked at the Moon and Dirga was concerned. Concerned for seeing the condition of the two with wounds everywhere and concerned about the bad news that he will convey.

"Sorry, but Arghi needs a heart donor as soon as possible. There's not much time." The Moon's body just slumped to the floor.

"Dok, my friend wants to donate a heart to Arghi and his kidney to Star. Please do some checking now," Moon turned her head towards Dirga with a questioning look.

"Well, get that guy right away."

"Later brother blahin." Dirga passed away with Cakra leaving the Moon still sitting on the floor. Groping her phone, Moon called Arina.

"Tante, how are the Stars?"

"Well, are you moon okay?" Instead of answering Arina asked back.

"Yes," The moon lied. "Where are the stars?" The moon repeated the question.

Across the street Arina was silent.

"Tante, the stars are fine, right?"

Arina sighed. "The conditions are getting worse the Moon. The puncture was so deep that it hit the Star Kidney. The wound is also quite wide compared to a regular stab wound."

The Moon's head bowed in. He could not accept these two bad news.

"You calm down, soon the Star will be checked for kidney match with the kidney of his friend Dirga. You pray that it may be suitable for the body of the Star."

The moon nodded despite knowing Arina could not see it. Deciding on the call, the Moon rose helplessly near the ICU door. He could only look at Arghi from the glass door. The moon is often in this situation. A situation where he could only look at a body filled with many life support tools. The body that very often hugged him, stroked his hair, calmed him, comforted him, maybe even half his life was in Arghi. It was his brother who kept him in the world. And if Arghi gets away, the Moon might as well choose to go.

The Moon's tears are flowing more and more. His body slumped to the floor. Hit the floor with the rest of his strength to vent the tightness in the chest.

"Sister," she said. He desperately needs Arghi now.

"Adek," the Moon looked up to find Dirga who had grasped his hand.

Dirga hugged the Moon. The two cry together. Remove all buried loads. Wreak pain in the heart with tears. Expect the tightness to decrease along with the swift tears that come down.

Arina and Abian looked at the two of them. They did not feel the pain, but the cries of the two were enough to prove how much pain they both saw loved ones struggling to live.

Arina is approaching. Rubbing both shoulders gives strength.

"Dirga went with Abian, yes, Moon joined aunt. We'll cure his wounds." Without objection both comply. Maybe too limp just to say a single word stuff. Arina smiled and immediately brought Moon into her room.

"I want to take a bath first aunt," Arina nodded in understanding.

"Go to the bathroom. Her clothes are aunt ready. Do not for long yes," which was answered with a nod by the Moon.

It didn't take long for the Moon to come out of the bathroom with wet hair. Arina quickly sat the Moon on the sofa and began to treat the injuries.

Twenty minutes after treating the Moon, Arina took the towel that had been on the lap of the Moon. Dry the girl's hair until it's no longer too wet.

"Udah, you rest here and don't go anywhere. Aunt go first."

"Where is my brother's condition?" Abian who was struggling with the sheet of paper also turned his head.

"Dirga had eight stitches on the head, and the rest were just ordinary wounds. Why are you taking a walk? Not a break."

"Yes, I'll go first. Please take care of brother Dirga yes brother," the Moon again closed the door leaving Abian who stared softly at the girl.

The Moon is now in the Star Room. The man was lying helplessly with an oxygen mask covering part of his face. The moon sat beside the Star gurney, clasping that large hand. Go down inside, then cry.

"Star,"

"It hurts a lot."

"It's all because of me."

"Gue causes all this chaos stars, I..." The moon couldn't continue her sentence and was crying louder.

"Bu-kan," the Moon's cries stopped. Looking up to see the offender making a sound.

"Star," seeing the Star staring at him was lamentable for some reason making the Moon's cries even more swift.

The star goes through each body of the Moon which is a lot of bandages. "Why not wear a jacket? Now it's winter again," the star said it with great difficulty because the oxygen mask disrupted his mouth. Apparently this is the reason Arghi always releases the breathing apparatus. It feels very uncomfortable.

"Sorry, I can't take care of you."

The moon shook noisily. "Gue should be apologizing. All this mess is because of me." The moon puts its head in the hands of the stars. I don't want the stars to see her tears.

"No Lan, you're not wrong."

"Sir Arghi Bin, what should I do?" The tone of the Moon sounded very frustrating.

"Our condition is getting worse, what should I do? I'm confused Star, how am I supposed to be now?"

The star could not say anything other than continuing to rub the girl's head. Nor can he give a promise that he himself and Arghi will be fine.

...~~~...

The moon woke up at four in the morning. Two hours of sleep after crying makes his eyes heavy. Scrolling through the net, it turns out that the Star is asleep. The moon rose out of the star room. Down the aisle of the hospital very narrow. The girl was wearing only training pants and a plain white short-sleeved t-shirt with no jacket or coat. His voice was flat, yet his body trembled with coldness. The girl seemed to be looking for death. Evidently where the girl had been standing.

The moon looked down, looking blankly at her footprints that were imprinted on the snowflakes. He did not have any sharp objects to injure him, so this was the impingement he could do. Standing in the snow on this dark morning.

Rooftop, in the same place as the day he cried in front of the Stars.

"Moon," the girl looked back and found Reyhan's sturdy figure. The man in hospital clothes was slowly approaching the Moon. Wearing the Moon jacket, then bringing the Moon into his arms. The back and head of the Moon at the same time.

"Great children's month" the short phrase managed to make the Moon cry again.

"And yesterday my sister said, if you need someone, you can come to my sister. Don't make yourself an outlet."

Reyhan let go of his embrace, holding Moon leaving the rooftop to his room and laying the girl into his vault. Pale face, trembling body, breathing hard, Reyhan believed the Moon began to experience hypothermia. Reyhan deftly picked up another jacket to wear to the Moon. After that, it covers the moon with a blanket. Sitting beside the gurney, Reyhan gently rubbed the Moon's head until the girl fell asleep completely.
