A noble heart

"Thank you, it's not Mommy who taught you, it's Mommy who learned from you" Kirani told her son.

"Lord, I can't change your will. All I ask is to strengthen my heart", Kirani prayed in her heart.

Hearing the door knock, Kirani turned her head. He forgot that the door was still locked because Raihan was in the room.

Kirani knew that it must have been Aldo, because a few minutes ago Aldo said he was on his way home.

Aldo came in when the door was open. He had not dared to talk much to Kirani. He knew his wife must still not be comfortable with the incident with Tania.

Kirani also did not say a word to Aldo, because he was busy with his son who had asked for this.

The door was back on tap, Bi Ningsih came to bring food for Raihan.

Raihan immediately approached him after knowing the favorite food in the hands of Bi Ningsih. After that Bi Ningsih took Raihan out for a bribe.

Aldo and Kirani are in the room. Aldo started to open his voice, "Have you eaten?"

"Not yet" replied Kirani.

Aldo suddenly hugged his wife from behind and said, "You must still be heartbroken by the incident. I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you".

Kirani let go of Aldo's embrace and replied, "It's all happened, it doesn't need to be revealed anymore. I'm good enough".

"No, you're not okay" Aldo said.

"Right, I'm fine" replied Kirani again.

"But I saw that you were crying, you must be sad", Aldo spoke again.

Aldo was stunned by his wife's words, his mouth was like a silence exposed to magic from the sentence Kirani said.

"Why are you even looking at me like that?", asked Kirani.

"Ti. no. It's okay. I'm just amazed by your answer. I understand what you mean. You are great, your heart is glorious. Now I need to learn a lot from you" replied Aldo.

Kirani smiled and said, "You don't have to study with me, I still have a lot to learn. And I learned from Raihan".

"Raihan?", Aldo astonished.

"Yes ... Raihan has taught me many lessons about patience and is heartened to forgive", Kirani then recounts the incident that afternoon when she scolded Raihan.

"I'm really lucky to have you, I promise .. ", Aldo's words were stopped by Kirani.

"Don't .. don't make any promises to me, those promises will burden you .. And they will bind you, even harm you if they are not kept" Kirani said.

"Then what should I say to show you the earnestness of my feelings?", asked Aldo to his wife.

"Proof.. with enough evidence, not promises.", Kirani's answer this time again bewitched Aldo's tongue to silence.

After speaking, Aldo wanted to invite Kirani and baby R to go out for dinner together as his happiness was that he had a noble hearted family. Kirani assures Aldo's invitation.

Now Kirani's way of thinking is different from the previous Kirani. No longer weak, but that does not mean also oppress and retaliate with violence. He is focused enough to strengthen himself and able to think from many sides, not from one side only.

Kirani does not need to retaliate against Aldo's actions with anger. Although the reality is that Aldo's actions have hurt him, but he will not make things worse with a fight. This will make his heart even more uncomfortable.
