Chapters. 6: Wounded Eyes Stares

"Dik Aida, we say goodbye" said Umar to Aida who was still sitting in her place, smiling bitterly. Gus Umar was still staring at Aida for a while and did not move from where he stood, like someone was about to tell Umar but his tongue seemed to feel faint.

"I had to dare to tell Aida everything, about my feelings for her and about the matchmaking I couldn't possibly refuse. I don't want our relationship to be far away and no longer as good as before, if between the two of us is still not finished." Gus Umar monologues in silence.
