Chapters. 46: Welcoming the Presence of Candidates Fruit of the Heart.

A few months have passed, even a year already gus Umar and ning Zahra married. And for several months, ning Zahra underwent chemotherapy treatment because cervical cancer suffered by wife Gus Umar was detected late stage.

Ning Zahra who never complained about her menstrual problems, and her unwilling attitude was open even to her own husband.. making a disease that gnaws his body from the inside was too late in the know.

Actually the doctor suggested a radical hysterectomy, but ning Zahra refused it.

Radical hysterectomy that is, the uterus and surrounding tissues are removed, including the fallopian tubes, **** * the upper part, ovaries, lymph nodes, and fat tissue.

Gus Umar patiently accompanied his wife to undergo treatment carried out in a large hospital in the provincial capital, the selection of the hospital is not without reason ,so that his wife gets the best treatment.

And so that the wife does not tire wara-wiri travel far, gus Umar contracted a small house near the hospital. And Laila, whose college is not too far from the hospital, temporarily stayed at the rented house to accompany her brother to take care of Zahra.

Gus Umar decided to take leave from teaching at his family's foundation, in order to take good care of his wife.

In stage 4 cervical cancer that is already severe and difficult to cure as experienced by ning Zahra, chemotherapy is not intended to cure, but to relieve symptoms (palliative chemotherapy).

Chemotherapy works all over the body. Therefore, chemotherapy can also cause side effects that affect healthy cells, such as skin, hair, intestines, and bone marrow.

Often Laila found her sister-in-law crying, because her hair was thinning, her body was getting thinner and her skin became dull.. to make ning Zahra become more inferior if she meets her husband.

"Sir, Zahra's mother is still beautiful because of the beauty of Zahra's mother from inside here," entertain Laila while pointing to Zahra's chest, when Laila was accompanying her brother-in-law.

"Just as Laila believes, brother Umar will never turn away.even though Zahra's hair runs out once," continued Laila while gently patting her brother's back, which is still sobbing.

Ning Zahra shook her head, "no more worthy of your brother Dik, no shame. Better, gus Umar looking for a companion again dik," said ning Zahra stammered.

"Ssttt,, is Zahra's mom talking opo tho?" Prevent Laila, end ning Zahra's words.

Gus Umar who had just entered the room, and could still hear the words of his wife.hugged Ning Zahra, "I will never leave you alone ning, stop thinking like that," whispered gus Umar softly in the ears of his wife.

"But gus, the future of genengan,,,"

"Ssttt,, focus on your recovery, I'm sure we'll be able to spend the rest of the age together" Umar concluded.

In other parts of the city, Aida lives her domestic life by flowing like water. Ryan's wife never again reminded her husband to pray, as Ryan once did. But in every do'a, Aida always pleads with the Almighty to open the door of her husband's heart to be willing to accept good advice. And hopefully, Ryan gets guidance and wants to remember his God.

And this morning, Aida who some days often experience dizziness and nausea in the morning, ventured to visit the midwife at the compound she stayed without permission on Ryan who had left for work.

Aida walked leisurely, towards the midwife's house which according to information from Zulaikhah's ustadzah.

"For me, how can I help you?" Answer and ask the woman kindly.

"Yes, I'd like to see you, midwife Cristina, are you the one?" Ask Aida politely.

The midwife Cristina nodded, "right mbak, I'm the one you're looking for," replied the midwife with a smile.

"Oh Alhamdulillah, please introduce me Aida. Actually I want to check, but like the midwife mom hastily.then, I will come again later in the afternoon," explained Aida.

"Oh, yes, now it's okay, I still have time. Let's go, please," and Cristina's midwife leads Aida into her house.

"Please wait there for a moment" Cristina's midwife pointed to a special room for practice, which was next to the living room.

"Yes ma'am," Aida immediately headed to the practice room, and Aida had just sat down. Cristina's midwife followed her into the room.

"What complaints are there?" Asked midwife Cristina, shortly after sitting down in her oversized chair.

Aida then told her what she experienced, from dizziness, morning sickness, to her late menstrual schedule.

While Cristina's midwife checked Aida's blood pressure, her pulse, and recorded what the patient said.

Midwife Cristina smiled, "like her guess mbak Aida is right. but let's be clear, we just test urine mbak," pinta bu midwife, while handing over the urine test to Aida.

"Please, the bathroom is over there," pointed Cristina midwife, pointing her index finger at the bathroom in the corner of the room.

Aida quickly went to the bathroom, Ryan's wife seemed impatient to know the results immediately. And it didn't take long, Aida came out of the bathroom with lips that showed a smile of happiness.

Aida immediately showed the test pack with two red lines to the midwife, "Alhamdulillah ma'am, the results are positive" said Aida enthusiastically.

"Congratulations, ma'am" the midwife shook Aida's cold hand, Ryan's wife looked both happy and nervous about being one.

After receiving vitamins and blood enhancers from Cristina's midwife, and paying her fees.. Aida rushes home feeling nano-nano, excited, nervous, confused.

Among the happiness that Aida felt, tucked a little worry. "is Ryan able to accept my pregnancy? While all this time, Ryan has been sentenced by the doctor, that he can not have children? And every time I ask her to check her fertility back, Ryan always refuses?"

"Ah, no, no, no, I can't think negatively, anyway all this time Ryan also supports my efforts so that we can have offspring," Aida muttered, saying, trying to brush off the bad thoughts that had stopped in his mind.

Once at home, Aida immediately cooks a special lunch menu for her husband. Aida intends to convey her pregnancy, before the lunch event later. and Aida also intends to hold a small thanks in order to welcome the presence of the prospective baby, who will be celebrated together with the husband.
