At the residence of Gus Umar, Laila who had just returned from the provincial capital due to a semester break, was, he asked Gus Umar to talk to ning Zahra about the concerns of Umar regarding his wife's irregular menstruation.

"Sir, I asked for help yes. persuade your mother to want to see an obstetrician," pinta gus Umar when Laila had just entered, which was followed by gus Umar.

"Why not Umar himself?" Ask Laila while sitting at the dinner table, and then open the hood that turned out to be empty.

"You hungry, brother? Your mother has not cooked, this morning fried rice and has run out," asked Gus Umar while informing, and ignored Laila's question.

Laila shook her head, though,

"Come, let's just talk in the living room," Umar strode towards the living room, and Laila followed behind him silently.

Already many times gus Umar asked ning Zahra to be invited to undergo an examination to the obstetrician, but his wife always said that she was fine. Though almost every month ning Zahra always experience Istihadhoh and every time menstruation must feel abdominal pain, but the wife of Umar gus insisted that such things have been common in women.

In addition, the attitude of ning Zahra who is shy and tends to be closed off. makes Gus Umar can not correct other complaints felt by his wife, the wife, until Laila's sister also can not if you want to consult online with a doctor in the health application in order to find out early if there are indications of certain diseases in the wife.

"Now, where is Zahra's mom?" Laila asked inquiring, shortly after sitting herself on the sofa.

"Still asleep, last time my sister wanted to go to school like a stomachache but like a bias, held and as if fine," reply gus Umar with a look of worry, "so, sister wants help umi to talk. but brother worried later Umi even so come to mind," continued Umar while glancing at the door of his room which is still tightly closed.

"OK, later Laila persuaded Zahra to check up," said Laila, whose face suddenly became cloudy.

"Why you, brother?" Ask gus Umar to frown.

"Laila misses Aida's sister, but until now Laila has not managed to get her number," Laila said, "before returning here, before coming home, Laila went to Aini's late aunt's house first and hoped that Ning could get Aida's number info, but that's it. Until now Aida did not want to give her number," Laila sighed softly.

"Never get tired of praying Aida, may she be healthy and happy there," replied Umar wisely as he rubbed the top of the head of the sister, who was very happy, although in the deepest corner of his heart, the handsome young man also felt what Laila felt even more, but Gus Umar knew that there was a heart that he currently had to take care of, ning Zahra's.

Yes, Laila ended her studies at the State Islamic University in the provincial capital alone, without Aida accompanying her as they promised at that time. At first Laila did find it difficult because she was used to depending on Aida, but gradually Laila began to get used to living independently.

Although every return home once a month Laila never absent to visit Aini's aunt's residence to meet Ms. Ning and ask Aida's news, but until this moment Laila did not get any information except mbak Ning said that Aida is fine. Because that's what Aida said about herself to mbak Ning through Pak Karyo, and during these seven months Aida and her husband had never returned to his hometown and Aida also did not allow Pak Karyo to give his home phone number to anyone including Laila's.

"Sir, it's like you're awake." Said Umar when he heard a gurgling sound from inside his room, "brother back to school again yes, anyway persuaded mbak mu to be invited to the doctor." Gus Umar saw the clock on his wrist as he turned , and then immediately went out to return to school because the second break was over.

Laila then knocked on her sister's bedroom door, and on the third knock the bedroom door was opened from inside.

"Assalamu'alaikum mbak Zahra," Laila gave her greetings and kissed the back of her sister-in-law's hand with reverence.

"Wa'alaikumsalam dik," replied Zahra while hugging Laila, "until home what time was it?" Ning Zahra asked as she broke her embrace.

"It hasn't been long, come straight here. Says Brother Umar, is Zahra sick? Reply and ask Laila.

"Overdoing the brother of Umar dik, it's nothing. Monthly abdominal pain usual dik," reply ning Zahra tried to cover the pain wrapped around her abdomen, until the face of the ayu look pale.

"But Zahra's face is pale, mbak, we go to the doctor? Laila join me deh,, we will find a female doctor, how about mbak? Want huh?" Persuade Laila.

Ning Zahra took a deep breath, and exhaled her slowly. "Ndak need dik, usually if the pain really mbak enough to drink herbal medicine and Inshaallah immediately healed," ning Zahra kekeuh at his establishment, who did not want to see a doctor.

Laila then explained the reason why her sister-in-law had to see a specialist, because in order to be detected early if something was wrong with Zahra's health. And after all, if something bad that is not in the want will happen, so that Umar and his family are not wrong by the ning Zahra family because it is considered indifferent to ning Zahra.

Hearing Laila's long explanation, ning Zahra seemed to nod. "Well, brother, but you will actually accompany ya. and you are the one who entered the examination room," pinta ning Zahra pleaded.

Laila frowned, "why not the same brother Umar anyway mbak? Would it be better for the consul to be with the husband?" Laila stared intensely at her sister-in-law.

Ning Zahra lowered her head, "shame on you," her shrillness was almost inaudible.

"Why should my husband be ashamed?"

Ning Zahra still remained lowered

Laila sighed softly, and then patted the back of her sister's hand. "Laila will accompany Zahra."

And in the afternoon, Gus Umar took his wife to the maternity clinic where there is a famous female obstetrician practice in his area accompanied by his sister.

After queuing long enough in the waiting room, now it is Zahra's turn to enter the doctor's practice room. Laila kept holding her trembling brother's hand, and led him to sit in the patient's chair.

"Good afternoon, ma'am," greeted the doctor kindly, and then asked for his patient's complaint.

Embarrassedly, ning Zahra tried to explain in detail what her complaints had been.

"Has the pain Zahra felt with each menstrual period long ago?" The doctor looked at ning Zahra with a gentle look.

"Since High School, if for Istihadhoh. ahead of graduating High School," replied Zahra with a feeling of worry.

The doctor frowned deeply enough, "well mbak, to be more clear mbak Zahra should undergo a series of examinations yes."

And the doctor then explained the series of examinations that must be undertaken ning Zahra which include: Blood tests, Culture******* to find out if there is an infection, Pelvic ultrasound to check for uterine fibroids, polyps, etc, or ovarian cysts, and endometrial biopsy, to diagnose endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, or the presence of cancer cells.

Guided by a nurse, Ning Zahra conducted a series of examinations at the doctor's maternity clinic which was very complete.
