Waiting Room

Waiting Room
Chapter 2 #3

I \= Okta

"Too often take me to a place like this." He said while eating chocolate as we walked.

"OKAY. Okay." Okay."

"I am so sorry."

"Don't ask for a sling..."

"Well okta. Once to the seat." He said while pointing at a wooden chair.

"Hmmmmm. Ja. Yes.." he jumped straight on my back without any cue. "Eh. Uh. Eh." I almost fell and almost fell because of it. While he laughed at me who was busy maintaining balance.

Since it was almost afternoon, I decided to take her home. He also said it because he was tired. Although tired, on the way home April's mouth continues to babble. Can't be quiet.

"You like quiet places like that?"

"Hmmm. You could say that."

"Oh." Then he was quiet for a while. But it doesn't stop there.

"Eh. There's a night market, Okta!!" He patted my shoulder while pointing at a night market.

"Yes. Ja. I see it too."

"Tomorrow we'll go there?"

"Hmm." Reply lazily. I am now very cape. But him, his battery is not exhausted what? Can talk like that.

"Oct. Bla bla blah."

"Oct. Bla bla blah."

"Oct. Bla bla blah." He's been raving all the way, my God.

The more I spend the day with her, the greater my comfort and maybe even my liking. But I can't say it now. Not time. He still belongs to someone else no matter when. But I was still willing to wait for him to part. No matter how long I have to wait. And I'll stop waiting if he marries that partner.

"You want to go home? Don't you wanna stop by first?" Ask her.

"No need. Thank ye. I'll go home, see you later." said smbil smiling.

"Yes.."

Sitting in front of the window, gazing out as the raindrops were pouring down from the sky while occasionally touching my bedroom window. Tonight is sad. From the radio I was listening to, April was talking about the topic here and there and I just smiled at her voice. Then a song called I was waiting for you to break was heard from the radio. Gosh...why does the song have to be exactly like this? Like my situation is waiting for someone to part with his partner even though the possibility is only as big as peanuts.

My phone rang, indicating a phone was coming in. That's from April. I hurried to lift it without much thought.

"How are you?" The question that came out of his mouth made me happy. This time he asked me how I was doing.

"good. What was? Is the broadcast done?"

"It has. But not home yet. Raining."

"Want me to pick it up?"

"Yes. My goal is to call you for that. Sorry bothering you. Guess I can't?"

"Can. Very well. Wait a minute." After April hung up the phone, I rushed to find a raincoat and rode my motorcycle to the radio station where April was broadcasting.

The longer the rain gets. Then my back feels wet. I paused for a moment to check. And predictably, my raincoat was torn. Shit, I didn't check it first because of the rush. With that torn raincoat, I continued on my way to meet April.

Arriving there, April was sitting in a chair, mamandangi HPnya and look very restless.

"Hey!" I greeted him while raising my hand. He looked at me and walked up to me.

"I'm sorry. I'm troubling you."

"It's okay. Thank you." Thank you."

"Thank you?"

"Yes. Thank you for making me happy to be distracted."

"We can copy first, right? It's cold..."

"Yes. Come on."

"Wait, I'll take a raincoat for you on the bike." I walked over to get a raincoat and gave it to her in April.

"Your back is wet. Your raincoat's torn."

"Yes. I-i know. This is you wear."

We both got on the bike and stopped at a cafe. I ordered a matcha latex she was the same. We sat facing. I was busy looking back at my wet back, while April was busy laughing at my behavior.

"Haha. A raincoat to wear."

"I'm in a hurry."

"Why?"

"Worry. Afraid you're struck by lightning."

"Haha. Okta, you're there." He laughed loudly. I smiled broadly at her laughter, so warm even though I was cold.

"Please mas, mba matcha late her." Say a waiter while keeping two glasses of mattcha latex.

"What are you thinking?" I asked him after sipping a glassy drink.

"Eh. There's no one."

"Don't lie. I know."

"Janu didn't call me. The phone wasn't picked up either."

"mmmmmmmmm. Busy maybe."

"But usually he has."

"That's usually. But not now."

"Yes. Maybe you're right." He smiled as he stared at the drink from which he did not drink.

When did you feel like leaving your janu, April? I don't want to keep hearing stories about him.

"Glek... glek. Let's go!" He said after finishing his drink.

"Attent. Not paid."

"Oh yes. Forgetting. Hehe. You paid, huh?"

"Hmm."

We both got out after paying for the drinks. The rain had started to subside, we started walking home on my bike. Only halfway through we left did the rain show up again more heavily than before.

"You wanna wear a raincoat?" I was a bit screaming because my voice was hit by the sound of rainwater ripples.

"slowly. All my body is wet!" The reply was shouting too. Rain cannot be compromised. Now even coupled with the rumbling sound and lightning flash. But that's why April hid behind my back in fear.

"Don't be afraid of lightning. Fear it of its creator." I explained with a small laugh.

"But lightning can also make us meet with its creator. Wanna?" It was a slick reply that made me laugh a little.

"You don't want to stop by first?" He said when we got to the gate of his house.

"No way."

"Why? Your clothes are wet."

"It's precisely because my clothes are wet that I don't want to stop by. Your house will be muddy."

"Haha. Yes yes too. I mean not changing your clothes? There's my dad if you want."

"no need. Dadah~." I'll run my bike home soon. Bring me new memories that I made. The memories are simple, just a story of a trip through the rain accompanied by a silly conversation conversation. But to me it's precious.
